Need to Know
• The duration of the tour is 4 Nights 5 Days, including the day of travel and return, with accommodation for 3 nights. 1 night is spent traveling.
• In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing activities are available as a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guide, sightseeing rights, etc. cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for a single child accompanying 2 adults. Separate beds may not be provided for children aged 0-6 in hotel accommodations.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms generally accommodates in an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are preferred accommodation facilities from tour to tour. Changes in regions and hotels may be made based on availability, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated at least 48 hours before the departure upon request, depending on availability.
• The rooms at the accommodations are determined by the hotel. Room selection cannot be made.
• Our break points can change in location and service standards due to crowding, renovation, etc., while remaining the same.
• In the program timing (whether during the sightseeing stops or between days), various conditions such as weather, road conditions, and the density of the places to be visited may require the guide to make changes as deemed necessary.
• Our tour is not responsible for places not visited despite being listed in the program due to compelling reasons (weather, road conditions, and crowding at the sites) or if guests fail to comply with the timings given by the guide during the tour. Under such circumstances, the guest is not entitled to any claims.
• All our tours implement a tiered pricing system. As the number of reservations within the package tour increases and the date approaches, tour prices may rise accordingly. The right to increase prices from tour to tour is reserved. In this case, price fixation cannot be done without a prepayment.
• It is absolutely not possible to guarantee a seat number during reservation. There is no guarantee for the notes entered into the reservation. Special seat selection such as front or back is not performed.
• The seating arrangement in the vehicle is arranged by Operations based on the order of reservation. In cases of objections regarding seat placement, refunds of payments are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours, such as night tours included in the program, depend on the number of participants and the current staff conditions. Additional tours planned on the road will still take place even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to resting areas or city centers. Guests who do not join extra tours accept that they have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the break points.
• If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not acquire any rights. The tour operator is not responsible in such cases.
• Extra tour prices may vary depending on the periods. In this case, the period in which the guest purchased the tour is not considered; the price applicable during the tour period is valid. The guest accepts this while purchasing the tour.
• The operator is not responsible for any material damages incurred by guests in all services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Establishments have the right to claim damages caused by guests.
• In case a minor under the age of 18 is traveling without one or both parents, the necessary consent form must be carried during the trip.
• Guests participating in the tour are required to bring reports related to health issues, pregnancy status, or medications they are continuously using.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the predetermined hours for departure points.
• The times listed for arrival at the end of the tour are estimates, and the operator is not responsible for delays arising from force majeure.
• Guests will be dropped off in the opposite direction of the stops where they were picked up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different location with the vehicle staff.
• According to traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout the journey, and the tour operator is not responsible for circumstances to the contrary.
• The responsibility for all personal belongings inside the vehicle lies with the guest during breaks.
• Since the trip will start before checking into the hotel on the first day, please prepare the items you need to carry separately.
• Due to the intensity of the program during the tour, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc. It is advisable to be prepared.
• Long distances may be covered in the planned programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide in the vehicle.
• Lunches consist of economically priced local menus. During lunch and dinner, tables will be allocated based on group size according to regional density.
• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined according to regional density. The confirmed starting and ending routes before our tour can be learned by guests if they wish within 2 days prior to the tour.
• If the agency determines that the tour has not reached sufficient numbers, the guest will be informed, and they may choose to postpone the tour to the next date or cancel it. Alternatively, ticketing can be arranged to the nearest departure point to enable the guest's participation in the tour. In such a case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest at least three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. Under such circumstances, the guest does not acquire any rights.
• The amount paid will be refunded to the guest for cancellations and changes made without reason by the guest between 30 days prior to the start date. Cancellations and changes made between 29 to 15 days prior to the tour date will have a deduction of 30% of the reservation fee; cancellations and changes made 15 to 7 days prior will incur a deduction of 50% of the reservation fee; cancellations and changes made 7 days or less before will incur a 100% deduction of the reservation fee.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel their purchased package tour without stating a reason until 72 hours before the tour start date. Upon cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight tickets. Guests wishing to obtain this package can add it to their reservations during booking.
• Museum Cards and entrance fees for museum sites are not included in the tour price. All entrance fees for museums must be paid by guests.
**CANCELLATION REFUND AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE**
The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows the guest to cancel and make changes to the purchased package tour until 72 hours before the tour start date without needing to provide a reason. After cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded in full, without deduction, depending on the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover transportation via flight. Guests wishing to obtain this package can add it during reservation.
**MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618**
Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency’s bankruptcy or the provision of package tour services for any reason. It is included in the tour fee. It does not cover health insurance; treatment costs are the guest's responsibility.

Our transportation is classified according to the number of people as follows. The vehicle types listed below are used based on the number of participants in each tour. Our vehicles do not have headphones. If your vehicle has a TV unit, it is recommended to use an external charger since charging your phone will reduce the battery life.
