Need to Know
• The duration of the tour is 4 Nights 5 Days, including the day of departure and return, with 3 nights of hotel accommodation. 1 night of travel is expected.
• In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are included in one package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing rights, etc., cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child only accompanying two adults. Separate beds may not be provided for children aged 0-6 during hotel accommodation.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms generally stays in an extra bed.
• The hotels mentioned in the program are preferred accommodation facilities from tour to tour. Changes may be made regarding the regions and hotels according to the occupancy, as long as the hotel standards remain the same. Based on availability, the names of the hotels will be communicated upon request 48 hours before the tour departure.
• The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. Room selection is not permitted among the rooms.
• Our rest stops may change in terms of location and service standards due to density, renovations, etc., as long as they remain the same.
• The tour program's timing (the order of sights during the day or between days) can be changed by the guide if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, crowding at visited sites, etc.
• Due to unavoidable reasons (weather, road, crowding at visiting sites, etc.), or if guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide during the tour, the tour cannot be held responsible for places that cannot be visited despite being mentioned in the program. In such cases, guests have no right to claim.
• A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of reservations in the package increases and the date approaches, tour prices may gradually rise. The right to increase prices from tour to tour is reserved. In this case, a price cannot be fixed without an advance payment.
• During reservations, seat numbers cannot be guaranteed or promised. There is no guarantee for the notes entered in the reservation. No special seat selections, such as front or back, can be made.
• The seating arrangement inside the vehicle is arranged by the operation based on the order of reservations. In cases of objections regarding seat placement, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours, such as night tours mentioned in the tour program, depend on the number of participants and available personnel. Extra tours will still be held even if not all guests participate. Guests opting not to join extra tours will be directed by our guide to resting areas or city centers. Those who do not participate in extra tours have accepted to wait at the rest stop as part of the tour.
• If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest has no right to claim. The tour is not responsible in this case.
• Extra tour prices may change depending on the periods. In such cases, the price that applies is based on the date the tour is taking place, not the date the guest purchased the tour. By purchasing the tour, the guest accepts this condition.
• The tour is not responsible for any material damages caused by the guest to services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining establishments, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to demand compensation for damages caused by guests.
• For minors under 18 who do not travel with one or both parents, a consent form is required to be kept during the journey.
• Guests participating in the tour are required to carry reports related to any health issues, pregnancy, or medications they are regularly using.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the designated departure times.
• Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is tentative, and the tour is not responsible for delays due to unavoidable reasons.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite side of the stops taken at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different point.
• According to traffic laws, all passengers in the vehicle are required to wear seatbelts during the trip, and the tour is not responsible in cases of violations.
• The responsibility for all personal belongings in the vehicle rests with the guests during breaks, etc.
• Since the first day's tour will start before checking into the hotel, please prepare the items you will need separately.
• Due to the program's intensity, finding ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., may not always be possible, so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Long distances may be covered during the scheduled programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide during the trip.
• Lunches consist of economical menus unique to the region. During lunch and dinner, tables are allocated to groups based on regional density.
• The start and end routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. Guests may inquire about the confirmed start and end points of the tour up to 2 days in advance.
• If the agency does not reach the required number for the tour, the guest will be informed, and at the guest's request, the tour may be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, ticketing may be made for the nearest departure point to enable the guest's participation in the tour. In this case, the agency is required to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via phone, SMS, or email. The guest does not have the right to claim in such cases.
• Guests can cancel and make changes to their reservations up to 30 days before the service's starting date without stating a reason, and the amount they paid will be refunded. Cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date will incur a 30% deduction from the reservation amount; cancellations and changes made between 15 and 7 days will incur a 50% deduction; and cancellations and changes made 7 days or less before the tour will incur a 100% deduction from the reservation amount.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel the purchased package tour without stating a reason up to 72 hours before the tour's start date. The full amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight tickets. Guests who wish to purchase this package can add it to their reservations during the booking process.
• Museum Cards and entrance fees to museum sites are not included in the tour price. All museum entries are to be paid by the guests.
**CANCELLATION, REFUND AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE**
The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows guests to cancel and change their purchased package tour up to 72 hours before the tour's start date without stating a reason. After cancellation, the total amount paid for the package tour will be refunded fully without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not include airplane transportation for tours including flights. Guests who want to obtain this package can purchase it as an additional option during reservations.
**COMPULSORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NUMBER 1618**
The scope of the 1618 Compulsory Travel Insurance covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason for not providing the package tour service. It is included in the tour price. It is not health insurance and does not cover medical expenses. Private health insurance costs are the guest's responsibility.
**OUR TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES**
Our transportation is classified based on the number of guests as follows. The type of vehicle provided varies according to the number of guests on each tour. Our vehicles do not have headsets. It is recommended to bring an external charger as charging your phone in vehicles with TV units can reduce your phone's battery life.
