- Day 2
- Istanbul – Baku
- Please be at the AJET Airlines counter at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departure Terminal 3 hours prior to the flight departure time. After completing international departure procedures, we will depart for Baku on AJET Airlines flight VF179 at 00:10. After arriving, we will leave the airport and have an optional breakfast in Baku city center before starting our tour. After breakfast, we will begin our panoramic city tour. We will see the Heydar Aliyev Center, which has become a symbol of Baku, from a panoramic view. We will take a short photo break at Flag Square and Baku Boulevard to immortalize this moment. After seeing the newly opened Ağ Şehri, we will proceed to our hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, we will complete our check-in procedures and settle into our rooms. Guests may join our optional Dinner included Baku City Tour.

- Old City, Yaila Park (Martyrs’ Lane, Turkish Mosque, the Mini Square of the Soviet Union's double hero, General Hazi Aslanov, Flame Towers, Eternal Flame, an observation deck with magnificent views) views of Baku and Baku Bay, Baku TV Tower, Little Venice. The city walking and bus tour starts on the city walls of the Old City (the first monument in Azerbaijan is the statue of national poet Sabir, the statue of Nizami, and their founding history) and includes the building of the Philharmonic Orchestra named after Muslim Magomayev, the City Duma building, a Venetian-style house - Ismaili's external oversight as well. We will explore the famous Torgoviy Street, reminiscent of Istanbul's Istiklal Street. Here, you'll enjoy the amazing views of the city from Dagustu Park, which is known for its extraordinary 19th-century houses. Afterwards, we move to the restaurant where we will have dinner from a set menu. In this tour, you can learn about Azerbaijani cuisine. Overnight at our hotel.
- Day 3
- Baku
- After breakfast, there will be free time. Guests may join the optional 'Lunch Included Gobustan – Mud Volcanoes – Carpet Museum' and 'Dinner and Musical Azerbaijan Night – 60 USD' tour. Overnight at our hotel.

- We will head to Gobustan, located about 65 km southwest of Baku, which is the richest region in Azerbaijan in terms of archaeological artifacts and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Gobustan, located near the Caspian Sea on the old Shirvan road, is also called an outdoor museum. This area provides important information about prehistoric societies, hunting, animal and plant life with its rock engravings and painted stones. Afterwards, we continue our journey to the Mud Volcanoes area, located nearby Gobustan. This region is known for having half of the world's more than 700 mud volcanoes, especially the largest ones. When you arrive, you will feel like being among "moon craters." After listening to the guide’s explanations, we observe the live volcanic activities. After visiting the mud volcanoes, we will have lunch at a local restaurant and then head to the largest Carpet Museum in Azerbaijan.

- Day 4
- Baku
- After breakfast, there will be free time. Guests wishing can join the optional tour of Atashgah, Fire Mountain & Heydar Aliyev Museum. After the tour, we will transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

- Located 30 km from the center of Baku, at the foothills of the village of Surakhani, the Eternal Fire Temple (17th-18th centuries) was revered by Zoroastrians, Hindus, and Sikhs at various times. The temple, named "Atashgah" because of the natural gas outlets where "eternal" unquenchable fires existed, translates to "House of Fire" or "Fire Place." This place provides important information about prehistoric societies with its rock engravings and painted stones and leads us to the Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center visit. Designed by famous architect Zaha Hadid, which reflects the rise of the Caspian Sea in Azerbaijani mythology, this building was constructed in 3.5 years. The Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center, highlighted as one of Azerbaijan's most important structures, is seen as a symbol of the Azerbaijani society’s approach to the future with its modern, extraordinary, and futuristic architecture. The center contains permanent and temporary exhibitions, archaeological findings, ethnography section, classical instruments, personal belongings and vehicles of Haydar Aliyev. During this visit, you will gain a broad spectrum of information about Azerbaijan from past to present. After the tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight until the transfer time set by our guide.
- Day 5
- Baku-Istanbul
- Transfer to the airport. After the ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul on AJET flight VF180. After arriving at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, the end of our tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the advantageous travel package prices for additional tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 15 people. If the participation is below 15, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
- In cases where the program does not specify names but only provides category information and/or has options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip.
- Our programs will have a guide meeting at the disembarkation area; the guide service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, the guide service will also be included. During extra tours, different guides may accompany our guests.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than specified kilometers. In such cases, the tour will inform you 2 days prior to the departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are maximum 2-3 hour tours conducted from within the vehicle without including entrances to museums or archaeological sites.
- Panoramic tours and other indicated tours may not be carried out if local authorities close the places to be visited, roads along the route are closed due to any event, or due to weather conditions that make it impossible to carry out the tour. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
GENERAL TERMS
- Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the passport issuance date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may be denied entry to the country they are traveling to and/or their flights may not be executed by the airline. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler, and the tour operator cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; these passports must be renewed, and if the relevant country applies visa requirements to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
- The tour operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to deny visa issuance as deemed necessary, and the tour operator has no responsibility related to the passenger's visa denial. The tour operator only undertakes the role of an intermediary agency. The tour operator has no sanctions or responsibilities regarding personal visa applications. Consumers accept these terms by registering for the tour.
- For passengers who will apply for their visa themselves, the procurement of the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests should consider this time period when arranging their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, the tour operator shall not be responsible for any potential disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the tour operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amount excluding fees and similar charges paid to the consulates, provided they present their unused visa within a week of the visa's expiration. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of another visa agency and the tour operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Changes in routes may occur depending on the city where the plane will land. The type and timing of the flight may change, and this situation has been communicated at the time of the contract. THE PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. Triple rooms have an additional bed application, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be given; if rooms suitable for this are available in hotels, a block will be made according to availability by the hotel.
- Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
- The hotels offer a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, it is required to provide and enter the full name, birth date, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties for cancellation or changes of flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Our guests are required to have an international travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have travel insurance may face fines from the local police in the respective country. In case of fines due to not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in a visa being denied or being unable to enter a border post for one or more other countries; in this case, the tour operator cannot be held responsible as this falls outside of their control.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours that provide economic benefits to the group and are made along the route are required to agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is completed. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests, and our journey will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra trips can be held on different days without changing the content, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, the tour operator is obliged to present the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or prices may change.
- Tours or trips that local authorities do not allow to be visited will not be conducted. The tour operator cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these tours.
- The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are organized as a single ticket for round-trip flights. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be voided. In this case, the rules of the airline are applicable.
- Possible last-minute delays and gate changes during flights will be displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In such situations or for personal reasons leading to missed flights, the guest is required to procure their new ticket (if necessary, according to the previous item, as a round-trip ticket) at their own expense. Additionally, if the group departure is missed, the guest may partially or completely miss the program of the first day; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the city or country with a flight different from the group, the transfer between the airport and city or the airport and hotel will be the guest's responsibility.
- Passengers wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after their tickets have been issued, provided there is availability in the relevant airline’s flight. The flight seats in our programs are group class, and thus, if the desired ticket can be upgraded due to availability, the difference amount set by the airline must be paid to change the ticket from group class to upgradeable economy class. In this case, the price difference is the responsibility of the passenger. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phone abroad, you should check with your GSM operator to ensure that your line is open for international calls and receiving calls before leaving Turkey.
- Please make sure you have taken all your belongings before departing from or separating from the transportation vehicles you use and the hotels you stay at.
- The tour operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown to without disrupting the program's content due to force majeure events or as deemed necessary.
- The tour operator reserves the right to change the names of hotels while maintaining the same category.
- The tour operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- If children under the age of 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain a consent letter from their father; if traveling with their father, they must obtain a consent letter from their mother. If traveling with a third party, consent letters from both parents are required. The tour operator cannot be held responsible for the failure of the flight due to the absence of a consent letter.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
