Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and based on weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. 6 - Vehicles allocated for extra tours are for the use of guests who purchase this extra tour. 7 - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with guiding narration from inside the vehicle, not including museum and historical site entrances, lasting no more than 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of Turdan Tura if they cannot be conducted due to the local authorities' prohibition of visits at that time or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot wherever vehicle access is blocked. 8 - Our guides, according to the content of our tours, may change the days of city tours and/or extra tours based on the participation number and the status of museums and archaeological sites being closed. This is also valid in the event of any changes to flight times. 9 - Participation in extra tours is optional for the participants and is not mandatory. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and picked up from the location they were dropped off after the tour concludes. 10 - Important considerations for tours conducted on Speed Boats include avoiding heavy meals just before boarding and not drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with complaints regarding stomach, back, or neck issues, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their conditions. Turdan Tura is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The guest accepts the risk of changes/cancellations to flight times upon purchasing the trip. 13 - Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 14 - According to airline rules, if the outgoing flight of a purchased round-trip airline ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15 - Check-in and boarding procedures for participants in flights are personal responsibilities and must be carried out by the guest at the airports, at the relevant airline counters before the flight, or online on the airline's official website. 16 - Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced at the airports and displayed on the information boards in the area. This information should be followed up by the guests themselves. 17 - For guests who are not present at the specified airport during the times indicated according to airline rules, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who have completed these procedures but do not board the plane, Turdan Tura cannot be held responsible in the event of missing the flight. All costs related to obtaining new round-trip airline tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss the flight are their responsibility. 18 - The general baggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and destination country. If there are domestic flights within the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines, and Turdan Tura is not responsible for them. 19 - For guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be performed depending on the availability of the airline after the tickets are issued. In such a case, Turdan Tura will provide information 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour. 24 - When registering for a purchased tour, it is necessary for the guest to accurately enter/declare their name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties incurred due to incorrect information leading to airline ticket cancellations or changes will be charged to the guests. 25 - To use your mobile phones abroad, please ensure that your phone is activated for international use by contacting the company to which your line belongs before leaving Turkey. 26 - The check-in time for accommodations is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 27 - Turdan Tura communicates room-related requests (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. There is an effort to ensure that booked rooms comply with the guests' preferences, based on the hotel's availability. However, fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Turdan Tura. 28 - The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the traditional rich Turkish breakfast. Generally served as continental breakfast, it may consist of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups. 29 - In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of twin-bedded rooms. Many European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary. 30 - Child and extra bed policies may vary by each hotel and room type. 31 - Any additional beds and baby cribs are provided upon request and depending on hotel availability and approval by the hotel. 32 - The capacity for additional beds or baby cribs in the room is a maximum of 1. 33 - There is an application for an extra bed in triple rooms, which may be smaller than standard beds. In such circumstances, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification regarding children. 35 - In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child resides alongside two adults. Child discounts apply only for "single children" complying with the age group accompanying two adults. 36 - Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in the TL prices. The rates at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.) received at the hotel may incur extra charges, which will not be included in the charges at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37 - Some countries may have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes applied in this manner during entry or exit will be collected by the hotel from the guest. 38 - The distances given in the programs are based on maps.
