• Day 1
• ISTANBUL – SINGAPORE
• We arrive at Istanbul Airport 3 hours before our flight, and after completing check-in, baggage drop, and passport control procedures, we fly to Singapore on Singapore Airlines flight SQ391 at 13:25.

• Day 2
• SINGAPORE – BANGKOK – (Dinner Bangkok Night Markets Tour)
• We arrive at Singapore Airport at 05:00 local time and then fly to Bangkok on Singapore Airlines flight SQ706 at 07:10. We arrive in Bangkok at 08:35 local time and then head to the city center with our private vehicle for our city tour. During our city tour in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand ruled by a monarchy, we will panoramically see the residence of the Thai king (mansion), the Parliament Building, and the Democracy Monument. After the city tour, we transfer to our hotel. After check-in and a free time for resting, guests can join the optional Dinner Bangkok Night Markets Tour (50 Euro). In this tour, we first visit the Patpong Night Market, one of Bangkok's economical shopping areas. Here, you can find counterfeit products of world-famous brands and various souvenirs, enjoying fun shopping at the rows of street vendors. Then, we will visit Khao San Road, known as the heart of Bangkok's nightlife with its bright and crowded venues, where we will host music, dining, and entertainment venues catering to every taste. After the tour, we will return to our hotel.

• Day 3
• BANGKOK – (Bangkok Phenomena Tour) – (Illuminated Bangkok Chao Phraya River & Asiatique Tour)
• After breakfast, a full day of free time. Guests can join the optional Bangkok Phenomena Tour (85 Euro). In this tour, we first visit the Maeklong Railway Market, which is one of Bangkok's most interesting tourist spots, where a train passes through the market at a certain time every morning, and vendors quickly pack up their goods. After this visit, we will first visit a Coconut Farm to observe all the uses of the coconut tree by the locals, followed by a short free time to buy souvenirs made from this tree. Our next stop will be the tourist village of the Padaung (Long Neck) Women, who are known for their heavy rings worn from a young age that elongate their necks. We then reach the Floating Market by traditional Thai boats, where we will experience shopping and bargaining with local sellers in the world-famous Floating Market, where souvenirs, tropical fruits, and vegetables are sold from canoes on the river. After the Floating Market tour, we move to Bangkok city center. On the way, we will have a panoramic visit to the Dragon Temple (Wat Samphran), a popular tourist attraction since its photos went viral online, featuring a pink cylindrical building encircled by a dragon statue. After a photo break around the Dragon Temple, we will reach Bangkok city center and carry out our city tour, where we will have a panoramic view of the residence of the Thai king (mansion), the Parliament Building, the Democracy Monument, and the Golden Buddha Statue (Wat Traimit), which hosts the world's most valuable and purest gold statue. Our next stop will be the reclining Buddha (Wat Pho), which is known as the largest temple in Bangkok and houses the famous Reclining Buddha, made in 1832, measuring 45 meters long and 15 meters high, inlaid with mother-of-pearl and covered in gold. After visiting Wat Pho, we will conclude our tour and offer free time in the city center. During this free time, guests can join the optional Illuminated Bangkok Chao Phraya River & Asiatique Tour (45 Euro). After this tour, which includes Asiatique Riverfront, one of Bangkok's largest outdoor projects that hosts shopping, entertainment, restaurants offering different cuisines, and cultural events along the Chao Phraya River, we return to our hotel.

• Day 4
• BANGKOK – PHUKET – (Dinner Phuket Sunset and Night Tour)
• After breakfast (depending on the local airline's flight time, breakfast may be taken at the hotel or given as a breakfast package), we complete our check-out procedures from the hotel and transfer to Bangkok Airport for our flight to Phuket. Upon arrival at the famous island of Phuket, we transfer to our hotel. After check-in, we have some free time to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. In the evening, for guests who wish, we will organize the optional Dinner Phuket Sunset Tour (55 Euro). On this tour, we will visit the viewpoint in the southern tip of Phuket, a popular spot for photographers, where we can observe and photograph the sunset along with the views of Phuket's most beautiful islands, bays, and beaches. We will have dinner at a local restaurant. Afterward, we will conduct our night tour of Phuket and its dazzling streets. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and have free time to rest.

• Day 5
• PHUKET – (Lunch James Bond Island Tour)
• After breakfast, a full day of free time. Guests who wish can join the optional full-day Lunch James Bond Island Tour (85 Euro). In this tour, we will start with a speedboat, with our first stop being Hong and Panak Islands, which have been subject to many documentaries. During this trip by canoe, an adventure awaits you with breathtaking natural views and numerous species of living creatures in the bays and caves. After enjoying a buffet lunch on our boat, we will head to James Bond Island, where the renowned nail rock and beach from the movie "The Man with the Golden Gun" were filmed. We will have free time for shopping from local vendors and taking plenty of photos. After the tour, we will transfer back to the hotel, with free time afterward. In the evening, guests wishing to join entertainment and shows can consult our guide.

• Day 6
• PHUKET – (Lunch Phi Phi Island Tour)
• After breakfast, a full day of free time. Guests who wish can join the optional full-day Lunch Phi Phi Island Tour (85 Euro). We will quickly reach Phi Phi Don, one of the two paradise coral islands near Phuket, with our speedboats. We will see Maya Bay, where some scenes from the movie "The Beach," starring Hollywood star Leonardo Di Caprio, were filmed, and we will stop for photos. Afterward, we will visit Phi Phi Ley. Here, we will visit Viking Cave. After having lunch, we will have free time for snorkeling, as well as sun, sea, and beach relaxation, and then return to the hotel. In the evening, guests who wish can join entertainment and shows.

• Day 7
• PHUKET – SINGAPORE – (Singapore Icons Tour)
• After breakfast and check-out procedures, we will head to Phuket Airport for our flight to Singapore. After completing baggage drop, check-in, and passport control procedures at the airport, we will fly to Singapore on Singapore Airlines flight SQ725 at 09:55. Upon arrival at Singapore Airport at 13:00 local time, we will transfer to our hotel with the vehicle waiting for us. After check-in and having free time to rest, guests who wish can join the optional Singapore Icons Tour (55 Euro). In this tour, we will witness the unique beauty of Singapore at night. Our first stop will be the Merlion statue, famous for its lion and mermaid figure. Then we will go to Gardens by the Bay to watch the light shows of the illuminated trees with symphonic music. After that, we will see the Marina Bay Sand, a dazzling architectural structure standing 340 meters high. We will have free time in the shopping mall, where world-renowned brands are located. Guests can visit any of the terrace bars or restaurants associated with Marina Bay Sand (prior reservation required) or its casino. After the tour, we will return to our hotel.

• Day 8
• SINGAPORE – (Sentosa Island & National Orchard Garden & Orchard Mall Tour) – BALI
• After breakfast and check-out procedures, we will have a full day of free time. During this free time, guests who wish can join the optional Sentosa Island & National Orchard Garden & Orchard Mall Tour (85 Euro). In this tour, we will head to Sentosa Island, which is home to exciting activities, themed entertainment centers, award-winning spas, lush rainforests, and beaches. During the free time here, we can choose to visit SEA Aquarium, Universal Studios, or Madame Tussauds Museum and other themed amusement parks (entrance fees are not included). Then we will explore the National Orchard Garden, where we will see Singapore's various types of orchid flowers. In the continuation of our tour, we will have free time for shopping and exploring in Orchard Road, known as Asia’s Champs-Élysées, which is home to Singapore's most popular malls (shopping centers). After the tour, we will head to Singapore Airport for our return flight to Bali. Upon arrival at the airport, we will complete check-in, baggage drop, and passport control procedures before flying to Bali on Singapore Airlines flight SQ948 at 21:20. We arrive at Denpasar Airport at 00:05, and we will transfer to our hotel in the Bali region with the private vehicle waiting for us. After check-in, we will have some free time to relax.

• Day 9
• BALI – (Lunch Mystical Bali Tour)
• After breakfast, a full day of free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Lunch Mystical Bali Tour (85 Euro). Our tour will first visit Tanah Lot Temple, famous for its mesmerizing view by the sea, and then we will head to Lake Bratan, which is the second largest lake in Bali, known for its stunning views and magnificent temples. After having lunch at a local restaurant, we will head to Git Git Waterfall, located in the north of the island, where we will see the joy of the waterfall and take photos after enjoying a pleasant forest journey. After Git Git, we will have the opportunity to buy souvenirs from the island. After lunch at a local restaurant, we will move to Ubud, known as the cultural and artistic center of Bali, where many famous Hollywood movies have been filmed. First, we will have a short break at the Ubud Sacred Monkey Forest. Then we will visit Ubud Royal Palace, considered the focal point of Ubud; and we will have free time at Ubud Art Market, which is deemed as the center for local handicrafts and souvenirs. In the late afternoon, we will transfer back to the hotel at the time indicated by your guide.

• Day 10
• BALI – (Lunch Uluwatu Temple and Tropical Bali Island Beach Tour – Sunset Kecak Dance Show)
• After breakfast, a full day of free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Uluwatu Temple and Lunch Tropical Bali Island Beach Tour - Sunset Kecak Dance Show (85 Euro). Our tour will begin with a visit to Uluwatu Temple, built on the edge of a steep cliff, which is one of Bali's symbolic temples, believed to protect the island from evil spirits. Afterward, we will offer free time for sunbathing at the tropical beaches of Bali. We will have lunch here. Afterward, we will watch the Kecak dance performance, a visual dance show native to the region, illustrating the battle between good and evil, decorated with motifs and stories from Hinduism. As the sun sets, the combination of the red surrounding color and the dance leaves a mesmerizing impression on the audience. In the late evening, we will transfer back to the hotel at the time indicated by your guide.

• Day 11
• BALI – (Lunch Bali Icons Tour) – SINGAPORE
• After breakfast and check-out procedures, we will have free time until our departure flight to Istanbul. During this free time, guests who wish can join the optional Lunch Bali Icons Tour (85 Euro). Our tour will first head to the Rice Terraces, where you will have free time to experience the Infinity Swing and sample the famous Luwak coffee, capturing different photos. After that, we will visit the Holy Water Temple (Tirta Empul), a Hindu water temple located near Tampaksiring town. After the temple visit, we will transfer to Denpasar Airport. Upon arrival at the airport, we will complete check-in, baggage drop, and passport control procedures before flying to Singapore on Singapore Airlines flight SQ947 at 21:45.

• Day 12
• SINGAPORE – ISTANBUL
• At 00:20 local time, we arrive at Singapore Airport, and then we continue our return flight to Istanbul on Singapore Airlines flight SQ392 at 02:15. We will arrive at Istanbul Airport at 08:30 Turkish time, concluding our tour.

GENERAL TERMS

1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.

2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; Turdan Tura can cancel the tour until 21 days prior to the tour date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic flight connections purchased from Turdan Tura will also be refunded to the guest, if visa services were utilized for visa applications on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they have been used, if the visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled, and the fee will be refunded. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of Turdan Tura, in the event of a cancellation of the trip by Turdan Tura, no fee can be claimed from Turdan Tura. The guest accepts in advance all material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour, and Turdan Tura cannot be held responsible.

3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Turdan Tura has the right not to cancel the tour by showing goodwill. In this case, since the tour will be arranged individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the airport transfers for the outbound and inbound international flights.

Cancellation and Changes

4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty if they notify Turdan Tura in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date. In the case of less than 31 days remaining until the start of the trip, a penalty of 50% of the tour fee will be charged, and in case of 15 days or less remaining before the start of the trip, the entire tour fee can be canceled by paying a penalty. The conditions for refunding additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary depending on the cancellation request, hence, it is necessary to inquire about the refund conditions in advance. Turdan Tura cannot give any commitment regarding the refund of additional services.

Guiding Services and Extra Tours

5- Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, requiring a minimum participation of 10 people. If the sufficient number is not achieved, the tours may not be conducted, or the prices and contents of extra tours may vary. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites, as well as weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.

6- The vehicles allocated for extra tours are exclusively for the use of guests who have purchased this extra tour.

7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are arranged for the general introduction of cities and are conducted with a guide's narration from the vehicle, without including entrance fees for museums or historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours may not be conducted if local authorities do not permit visiting at the times specified in the program or due to road closures caused by any events or weather conditions, in which case Turdan Tura shall not be held responsible for the cancellation of these tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot, depending on access restrictions.

8- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or extra tours according to the number of participants and the closure status of the museum or historical site, also valid in case of any changes that might happen to the flight times.

9- Participation in extra tours is at the discretion of the participant and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest area along the way. These passengers will be dropped at a rest area before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point they were dropped off after the completion of the tour.

10- Regarding the tours to be made with Speed Boats, precautions to be taken include not eating a heavy meal just before boarding the boat and not drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with complaints related to the stomach, back, neck or pregnant guests should inform their guide about their conditions.

About Flights

11- Turdan Tura acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, in addition to the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply.

12- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. Turdan Tura is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of flight time changes/cancellations at the time of purchasing the trip.

13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.

14- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight ticket purchased round-trip is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.

15- Check-in and boarding procedures for people participating in tours with flights are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guests at the airports, at the relevant airline counters or online on the airline's websites before the flight.

16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at the airports and shown on information boards in the area. This information must be monitored by the guests themselves.

17- Turdan Tura is not responsible for passengers who fail to be present at the specified airport at the announced times according to airline rules or do not complete the check-in and boarding procedures in time, or who complete these procedures on time but do not board the flight. All costs related to obtaining new departure-return tickets and transfers necessary for passengers who miss their flights are the responsibility of the passengers.

18- In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. If domestic flights are available in the destination country, the luggage weight may be reduced to 15 kg for these domestic flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Turdan Tura.

19- For guests who want to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be performed depending on the availability of the airline (please check with the airline you are a member of) after the tickets are issued. No guarantee of miles for each flight is provided. Please check whether the tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class.

20- In some airlines, meals and online check-in services may incur an extra charge.

Other Matters

21- Turdan Tura will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guests directly contacting the hotel. In this case, Turdan Tura's cancellation conditions will be applicable.

22- In tours where hotel(s) are presented without specifying names but with category information and/or presented with options for the same destination, the guests will be informed by Turdan Tura 48 hours prior to the tour departure.

23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located farther from the specified locations or distances. In such cases, Turdan Tura will inform guests 15 days prior to the tour departure.

24- At the time of registration for the purchased tour; it is necessary for the guest to accurately enter/declare the name as in the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalty fees resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.

25- To use mobile phones abroad, please check with the company to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use before leaving Turkey.

26- The check-in time for accommodations is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.

27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by Turdan Tura. Care will be taken for the reserved rooms to align with the guest's preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Turdan Tura.

28- Breakfasts offered in hotels may differ from the rich breakfast commonly found in Turkish cuisine. They are generally served as continental breakfast with limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.

29- In some cases, a twin room may end up having a double bed instead. Most European hotels offer rooms with two separate beds that can be combined if necessary.

30- Child and extra bed policies may vary by hotel and room types.

31- Any requests for extra beds and baby cribs are provided upon request and are subject to the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel.

32- The capacity for an extra bed or baby crib in a room is 1 (maximum).

33- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the extra bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of sofa beds that can be open and closed. Guests on reservations for triple rooms and/or those with children acknowledge and accept the potential tightness and bed types due to the additional beds added to the standard room.

34- If the number of children and the ages of children staying with adults are incorrectly declared by our guests in hotel reservations, the applicable hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification for children.

35- In reservations consisting of 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates are applicable only if the child is staying alongside two adults. Child discounts are valid for “one child” who is within the age group that accompanies two adults.

36- Daily currency fluctuations are reflected in the TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests and some extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.) in the hotel may incur extra charges. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.

37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes applied this way will be collected from the guest by the hotel at the time of check-in or check-out.

38- The road distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road work and conditions, etc.

39- Turdan Tura may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown if deemed necessary while preserving the content of the program.

40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/ID of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Turdan Tura shall not be responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the costs incurred during their delivery to the country and/or person will be borne by the item owner.

41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any relevant medications and reports if they have any health issues.

42- For any potential extra expenses, the hotel may require a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in. The deposit requested at the time of check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Turdan Tura has no involvement.

Visa and Passport

43- There is no visa requirement for T.C citizens.

44- Guests must have their passports valid for at least 6 months after the end of their journey.

45- In customs crossings/border gates, at least 2 blank pages in your passport are required in order to be stamped with entry-exit seals.

46- The exemption from a visa requirement to enter the countries on this tour does not guarantee entry or exit; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry/exist to the country, Turdan Tura is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.

47- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other country's passport must inquire personally about the visa procedures applied by the country to which they will travel at the relevant consulates, otherwise, Turdan Tura will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.

48- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country you are visiting due to ripped, worn out, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; passports must be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

49- Underage guests (those under 18) traveling alone or with only one parent should be aware that they may be asked to show a document indicating the consent of both parents when entering or exiting the country. It is advised that underage guests and their parents pay attention to this matter.
