  • ISTANBUL – SINGAPORE
  • We arrive at Istanbul Airport 3 hours before our flight and complete check-in, baggage drop, and passport control procedures. We then fly to Singapore on Singapore Airlines flight SQ391, departing at 13:25.

  • Day 2
  • SINGAPORE – BANGKOK – (Evening Dinner Bangkok Night Markets Tour)
  • We arrive at Singapore Airport at 05:00 local time and then fly to Bangkok on Singapore Airlines flight SQ706, departing at 07:10. We arrive in Bangkok at 08:35 local time and transfer to the city center with our private vehicle to begin our city tour. During our tour of Thailand's capital Bangkok, we will panoramic view the King's residence (mansion), the Parliament Building, and the Democracy Monument. After the city tour, we head to our hotel. After checking into our rooms, we have free time to rest, and guests who wish can join the optional Evening Dinner Bangkok Night Markets Tour (50 Euro). Initially, we will visit Patpong Night Market, one of the economical shopping areas in Bangkok. Here, you can find imitation products of world-renowned brands and enjoy fun shopping in street stalls. Next, we will visit Khao San Road, well-known for its vibrant nightlife, hosting music, dining, and entertainment venues for every taste. At the end of the tour, we return to our hotel.

  • Day 3
  • BANGKOK – (Bangkok Phenomena Tour) – (Illuminated Bangkok Chao Phraya River & Asiatique Tour)
  • After breakfast, we have a full day of free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Bangkok Phenomena Tour (85 Euro). Our first visit will be the Maeklong Railway Market. A train passes through the center at a specific time every morning, which is an intriguing characteristic that has made this market one of Bangkok's most popular tourist spots. After visiting the market, we’ll head to the Coconut Farm to observe the local people's various uses of coconut trees before we have a short free time to buy souvenirs made from this tree. Next, we will visit the tourist village of the Padaung (Long Neck) Women, known for their long necks due to heavy rings they wear from a young age. Our tour continues with a boat trip to the Floating Market, where we will enjoy shopping on the floating kiosks selling souvenirs, tropical fruits, and vegetables. After the Floating Market, we will head back to Bangkok’s city center, stopping at the Dragon Temple (Wat Samphran) for panoramic views. The Dragon Temple has become a significant tourist attraction due to its viral photographs online, characterized by a pink cylindrical structure surrounded by a dragon statue. After a photo break, we will conclude our city tour, which includes the King’s residence, the Parliament Building, the Democracy Monument, and the Golden Buddha Statue (Wat Traimit), famous for being the world's largest and most pure gold statue. Following our visit to the Golden Buddha, we will head to Wat Pho, which hosts the largest reclining Buddha in Bangkok and was built in 1832. This stunning statue, 45 meters long and 15 meters high, is adorned with mother-of-pearl and covered in gold. After our visit, we finish our tour and provide free time in the city center. During this free time, guests who wish may join the optional Illuminated Bangkok Chao Phraya River & Asiatique Tour (45 Euro), where we will explore the Asiatique Riverfront, one of Bangkok's largest open-air projects, offering shopping, entertainment, diverse restaurants, cultural events, and modern nightlife in Bangkok before transferring back to the hotel.

  • Day 4
  • BANGKOK – PHUKET – (Evening Dinner Phuket Sunset and Night Tour)
  • After breakfast (depending on the local airline's flight schedule, breakfast may be served at the hotel or provided as a packed meal), we complete our check-out process and transfer to Bangkok Airport for our flight to Phuket. Upon arrival at Phuket, Thailand’s most popular island, we transfer to our hotel. After checking into our rooms, we will have free time to enjoy the sun, sea, and sand. In the evening, guests who wish can join the optional Evening Dinner Phuket Sunset Tour (55 Euro). During our tour, we will take in the breathtaking sunset views at one of Phuket's scenic viewpoints where we can capture amazing photographs of the sunset over the islands, bays, and beaches. We will have dinner at a local restaurant. Following dinner, we will have a night tour of Phuket’s vibrant nightlife and its illuminated streets. At the conclusion of the tour, we will return to our hotel for rest and free time.

  • PHUKET – (Lunch Included James Bond Island Tour)
  • After breakfast, we have a full day of free time. Guests who wish can join the optional full-day Lunch Included James Bond Island Tour (85 Euro). The tour will start on our speedboat, with our first stop at Hong and Panak Islands, which have been featured in numerous documentaries. While paddling through the bays and caves, you will witness stunning natural scenery and observe various wildlife. After having lunch on the boat, we will continue to James Bond Island, where scenes from the James Bond film "The Man with the Golden Gun" were filmed. Here, we can see the famous nail rock and enjoy free time for shopping from local vendors and taking plenty of photographs. After the tour, we return to the hotel and have free time. During this time, guests can consult with our guide to participate in evening entertainment and shows.

  • PHUKET– (Lunch Included Phi Phi Island Tour)
  • After breakfast, we have another full day of free time. Guests who wish can join the optional full-day Lunch Included Phi Phi Island Tour (85 Euro). We will quickly reach Phi Phi Don, one of two tropical coral islands near Phuket. We will visit Maya Bay, famous for its palm-fringed beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters that feature in movies like "The Beach" starring Leonardo DiCaprio, where we will have a photo stop. Next, we will visit Phi Phi Ley, where we will tour the Viking Cave. After having lunch, we will have free time for snorkeling, sunbathing, and enjoying the beach before concluding the tour and returning to the hotel. In the evening, guests can again enjoy free time and choose to participate in nightlife entertainment and shows.

  • Day 7
  • PHUKET – SINGAPORE – (Singapore Icons Tour)
  • After breakfast and check-out procedures, we transfer to Phuket Airport for our flight to Singapore. Upon arrival at the airport, we complete baggage drop, check-in, and passport control before boarding Singapore Airlines flight SQ725, departing at 09:55 to Singapore. We arrive at Singapore Airport at 13:00 local time and transfer to the hotel with our waiting vehicle. After checking in and resting, guests who wish can join the optional Singapore Icons Tour (55 Euro). This tour highlights the unique beauty of Singapore at night. Our first stop will be the famous Merlion Monument, which features the half-lion, half-fish statue. Next, we will visit Gardens by the Bay to experience the light shows illuminated by symphonic music. Finally, we will see the dazzling architecture of the 340-meter tall Marina Bay Sand. Guests will have free time in the shopping center housing world-famous brands. Interested guests can visit the terrace bar or restaurant (prior reservation required) or the casino. After the tour, we return to our hotel.

  • SINGAPORE – (Sentosa Island & National Orchid Garden & Orchard Mall Tour) – BALI
  • After breakfast and check-out procedures, we have a full day of free time. During this time, guests can join the optional Sentosa Island & National Orchard Garden & Orchard Mall Tour (85 Euro). We will head to Sentosa Island, which hosts exciting activities, themed amusement centers, award-winning spas, lush rainforests, and beaches, where you can have free time to visit SEA Aquarium, Universal Studios, or Madame Tussauds Museum and other themed entertainment parks (entrance fees not included). Following this, we will explore the National Orchid Garden to see various kinds of orchids found in Singapore. After this tour, we will have free time to shop and explore Orchard Road, known as Asia's Champs-Élysées, a two-kilometer stretch filled with popular malls. After our tour, we will transfer to Singapore Airport for our flight to Bali. Upon arrival at the airport, we will complete baggage drop, check-in, and passport control before boarding Singapore Airlines flight SQ948, departing at 21:20 to Bali. We will arrive at Denpasar Airport at 00:05, and then transfer to our hotel in Bali. After checking in, we have free time to rest.

  • BALI – (Lunch Included Mystical Bali Tour)
  • After breakfast, we have a full day of free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Lunch Included Mystical Bali Tour (85 Euro). Our first stop will be Tanah Lot Temple, located by the sea and famous for its stunning view, followed by a visit to Lake Bratan, the second largest lake in Bali with stunning landscapes and temples. After having lunch at a local restaurant, we will proceed to Git Git Waterfall, where we can see the powerful waterfall and take photos after a pleasant forest journey. After Git Git, there will be an opportunity to buy souvenirs on the island. After lunch at a local restaurant, we will head to Ubud, known as Bali’s culture and art center, where many famous Hollywood movies have been filmed. We will first visit Ubud Sacred Monkey Forest for a brief stop and then visit the Royal Palace, followed by free time at Ubud Art Market, considered the central place for local handicrafts and souvenirs. In the early evening, we will transfer back to the hotel at the hour indicated by your guide.

  • Day 10
  • BALI – (Lunch Included Uluwatu Temple and Tropical Bali Island Beach Tour – with Sunset Kecak Dance Show)
  • After breakfast, we have a full day of free time. Those who wish can join the optional Uluwatu Temple and Lunch Included Tropical Bali Island Beach Tour – with Sunset Kecak Dance Show (85 Euro). Our first stop will be Uluwatu Temple, which is located on a steep cliff and is believed to protect the local people from evil spirits and holds significant spiritual value. We will then have free time on the exotic Bali's most famous beaches for sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying the beach. We will have our lunch here. After that, we will head to watch the Kecak dance, a visual performance unique to the region. The dance, decorated with themes and stories from Hinduism, narrates the battle between good and evil. As the sun sets, the combination of the red hues surrounding the dance will captivate audiences. In the early evening, we will transfer back to the hotel at the hour indicated by your guide.

  • BALI – (Lunch Included Bali Icons Tour) – SINGAPORE
  • After breakfast and check-out procedures, we offer free time until our flight back to Istanbul. During this free time, those interested may join the optional Lunch Included Bali Icons Tour (85 Euro). Our first stop will be the Rice Terraces, where you can experience the Infinity Swing and taste the famous Luwak coffee while taking numerous photos. Next, we will visit the Holy Water Temple (Tirta Empul), a Hindu water temple near Tampaksiring village. After the temple visit, we will transfer to Denpasar Airport. Upon arrival at the airport, we will complete baggage drop, check-in, and passport control, before boarding Singapore Airlines flight SQ947 at 21:45 to Singapore.

  • SINGAPORE – ISTANBUL
  • We arrive at Singapore Airport at 00:20. We will then continue our flight to Istanbul on Singapore Airlines flight SQ392, departing at 02:15. We will arrive at Istanbul Airport at 08:30 local time, marking the end of our tour.

1 - General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program. 2 - If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Turdan Tura can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the date of the trip. In such a case, the cancellation information is communicated to the guest. The full tour fee is refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour, any domestic flight connections purchased from Turdan Tura are also refunded to the guest. However, if a visa service is used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, it cannot be refunded as these services are considered used. If a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance can also be canceled and the fee refunded. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of Turdan Tura, they cannot request any fee refund from Turdan Tura in the event of cancellation of the trip by Turdan Tura. The guest accepts any material and moral losses that may arise from the tour cancellation in advance and cannot hold Turdan Tura responsible. 3 - Turdan Tura has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour if sufficient participation is not achieved. In this case, since the tour will be arranged individually for the guest, the included guidance service will only cover international round-trip transfer. Cancellation and Changes 4 - Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying Turdan Tura in writing up to 30 days prior to the tour departure date. In case of cancellation less than 31 days before the start date, a penalty of 50% of the tour fee will be charged, and for cancellations 15 days or less before the start date, the full tour fee will be charged as a penalty. If a cancellation request is made, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary according to the time of the cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire about refunds in advance. Turdan Tura cannot guarantee refunds for the cancellation of additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 5 - Extra tours are organized by the local agency providing services with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the trips may not take place or the prices and contents of the extra trips may vary. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites to be visited and depending on weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. 6 - The vehicles allocated for extra tours are for the use of guests who purchase that extra tour. 7 - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as an overview of the cities and do not include entrances to museums or historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be held if local authorities do not allow visits on the days and times specified, or if roads are closed due to any events, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions; Turdan Tura will not be responsible for these tours not taking place. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where access is not permitted. 8 - Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or extra tours according to the number of participants and the status of museum and archaeological sites. This is also valid for any changes that may occur in flight times. 9 - Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to accept waiting at a convenient resting facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside resting facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed. 10 - Important points for tours conducted with speed boats include: do not consume heavy meals and excessive amounts of water just before boarding the boat. Guests with complaints related to their stomach, back, or neck, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their situations. About Flights 11 - Turdan Tura acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply. 12 - There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. Turdan Tura is obliged to communicate these changes as quickly as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellation of the flight time when purchasing the trip. 13 - Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 14 - According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of round-trip plane tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15 - For those participating in flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed at the airport with the relevant airline counters or online via the airline's website before the flight. 16 - Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced publicly at the airports and displayed on the information boards in the area. This information must be followed by guests personally. 17 - Turdan Tura is not responsible for guests who are not present at the designated airport at the notified times in accordance with airline rules, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses, such as obtaining new round-trip plane tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flights, are the responsibility of the guests themselves. 18 - The general baggage allowance for flights originating from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination, the baggage allowance may reduce to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Turdan Tura. 19 - Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles (to business or first class) can do so depending on the availability of the airline (check your airline membership). No guarantee is given for miles on each flight. Check if the program tickets are in an upgradeable class. 20 - Some airlines may charge extra fees for meals and online check-in services. Other Matters 21 - Turdan Tura will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation requests made by guests directly with the hotel. In this case, Turdan Tura's cancellation conditions will apply. 22 - When the hotel(s) in the tour program are specified only by category information without naming, and/or alternative options are offered for the same destination, Turdan Tura will inform the guest 48 hours prior to the trip departure. 23 - During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances further than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, Turdan Tura will inform guests 15 days prior to the trip departure. 24 - While registering for the purchased tour, it is necessary for guests to correctly enter/report the name as stated in the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty costs for cancellations or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests. 25 - Before leaving Turkey, please check with your service provider to ensure that your mobile phone is enabled for overseas use. 26 - The check-in time for accommodations in hotels is 15:00, and the checkout time is 12:00. 27 - Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are conveyed to the hotel by Turdan Tura. Care is taken to ensure that reserved rooms correspond to the guests' preferences according to the hotel's availability. However, fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Turdan Tura. 28 - Breakfasts offered at hotels may vary from the rich Turkish breakfast tradition. They are typically served as continental breakfast, consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned for groups. 29 - In some cases, a double bed may be available instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be combined when necessary. 30 - Child and extra bed policies may vary by hotel and room types. 31 - All additional beds and baby cots are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the hotel. 32 - The capacity of additional beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum). 33 - In triple rooms, there is an application for an additional bed, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 additional bed. Additional beds may consist of folding beds or couch beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept any crowding and bed type that may arise due to the additional beds added to standard rooms in their reservations for triple rooms and/or those with children. 34 - In hotel reservations, if the number of children accompanying adults and their ages are incorrectly reported by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge extra fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification for children. 35 - In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid when the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply only for the eligible age group of "one child" staying with two adults. 36 - Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in the TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests or extra services you may wish to receive at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) will be charged by the hotel. These expenses will not be included in the charges at the time of booking and must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37 - Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes in effect will be collected from the guest by the hotel upon entry or exit. 38 - The distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions. 39 - Turdan Tura may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in cases of necessity or as deemed necessary. 40 - Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of participants in the tour are solely their own responsibility, and Turdan Tura is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, any costs incurred in returning them to the country and/or person will be borne by the owner of the item. 41 - Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any relevant medications and reports if they have health issues. 42 - For possible extra expenses, a photo ID/passport issued by government institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel upon check-in. The return of any requested deposits at checkout is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Turdan Tura will not intervene in this process. Visa and Passport 43 - There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. 44 - Our guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of travel. 45 - In customs crossings/border checkpoints, at least 2 blank pages in your passport are required for entry-exit stamps to be affixed. 46 - Being exempt from visa requirements for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that entry/exit can be made; the passport control officer has the authority to deny entry/exit, and Turdan Tura cannot be held responsible for this situation, which is the responsibility of the passenger. 47 - Non-Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship who will participate in the tour using their other country's passport must consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country they will travel to; otherwise, Turdan Tura will not be responsible for any resulting situations. 48 - Passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged in similar ways should be renewed to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the visited country. In failure to do so, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 49 - Guests under 18 years of age should be cautious, as a document showing the consent of both parents may be requested by police officers at the time of entry/exit. It is recommended that both parents of underage guests pay attention to this matter.
