-You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the date of the end of your travel and is not older than 10 years. For destinations requiring a visa, you need to apply for a visa with the documents listed in the “Required Documents for Visa” list, which Turdan tura will provide you. To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn-out, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew those passports, and if it is a country that requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Guests under 18 years old traveling alone or with only one parent (mother or father) may be asked to show a document indicating the joint consent of both parents by the customs officer upon entry/exit to/from the country; thus, we recommend that guests under the age of 18 and their parents be sensitive to this issue.
-We do not anticipate facing any health threats regarding meals taken in good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, we suggest that you be careful about your eating and drinking when you are not with the group, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk, and dairy products, eat well-cooked meat and fish products, and prefer fruits that have peelable skins like bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed upon entering the country and during return.
-Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, requiring at least 20 participants, and participation is not mandatory. If a sufficient number is not achieved, tours may not take place, or the prices, content, and transportation means of optional tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether the museums, archaeological sites, or venues are open or closed and on weather conditions.
-During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified in kilometers. Triple rooms may be allocated depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed offered to the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Extra beds are often foldable or couch beds, so participants in 3rd person and/or child reservations in these rooms are deemed to have accepted the potential crowding and the type of bed provided. Child discounts apply only for one (1) child who meets the age group mentioned in the pricing section, staying with two adults. The breakfasts included in the tour program are served in a style that is typically continental, consisting of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited, and may be served in a separate hall reserved for groups.
