• Day 1
• ISTANBUL - TEHRAN

• Meeting at Istanbul New Airport Departures Terminal in front of Mahan Airlines counter at 08:15. After our luggage and passport procedures, we depart for Tehran at 11:00 with Mahan Airlines flight W5113. Arrival in Tehran at 14:30. Then, we will take Mahan Airlines flight W5051 to Bangkok at 21:40.

• Day 2
• TEHRAN - BANGKOK
• After having our breakfast on the flight, we arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 08:20 local time. Meet with our guide waiting at the airport and transfer to our private vehicles for a city tour of Bangkok, where we will see attractions such as the Golden Buddha Temple, Flower Market, Chinatown, Parliament Building, and Democracy Monument. During this tour, we will have the opportunity to get to know both the exotic beauty of Bangkok and the Buddhism that deeply influences Thailand. After the tour, transfer to our hotel, room distribution, and check-in. Guests who wish can join the optional Bangkok Canals tour. In the evening, those interested may join the optional Baiyoke tour.
• -Bangkok Canals Tour: 25 Euro per person 
• This tour is a must-do; otherwise, Bangkok will feel incomplete. During our tour, we will experience Bangkok's historical canals in a private boat, witnessing interesting views that you can't find anywhere else in the world. You will closely observe the life of the Thai people on the canals and witness the blending of the rich and poor in Thailand. We will feed sacred fish in front of one of the temples.
• -Dinner at Baiyoke Sky & Asiatique Riverfront Night Market: 50 Euro per person 
• This tour offers a breathtaking view from Baiyoke Sky, Thailand's tallest 85-story building at 309 meters. We will enjoy a buffet dinner with a stunning view at the restaurant on the 77th floor. After that, we will visit Asiatique, Bangkok's newest entertainment center built in a region where the first trade between ocean-crossing European countries and Thailand occurred, merging history with modernity, with over 1500 shops and restaurants. Free time for shopping, followed by transfer back to our hotel.

• Day 3
• BANGKOK
• After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Floating Market Tour during the day and the optional Chao Praya Dinner Cruise & Asiatique Riverfront Night Market tour in the evening. Overnight at our hotel.
• -Floating Market Tour: 50 Euro per person
• In this tour, we leave Bangkok to visit a coconut farm in the town of Samut Songkram, where the famous Siam Twins were born. We will learn about how the Thai people benefit from coconut trees and see souvenir items made from this tree. You can also wander through the orchid garden inside. After leaving here, we will take a short bus ride to the pier for Thai-style boats. Boarding the boats, we will have a pleasant journey of about half an hour accompanied by the beautiful exotic scenery of the Far East, eventually reaching the famous Floating Market—a floating market set up with canoes on the river, providing a chance to shop. On the way back to Bangkok, we will taste some of Thailand's most famous tropical fruits.
• -Chao Praya Dinner Cruise: 50 Euro per person
• This tour takes you on the kings’ river, Chao Praya, known as the Venice of the Far East. On our 41-meter wide boat, a live music dinner awaits. After dinner, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

• Day 4
• BANGKOK - PATTAYA
• After breakfast, we move to Pattaya. Visit the world-famous jewelry factory owned by the royal family and arrive in Pattaya, Thailand’s most famous entertainment destination. Transfer to our hotel and free time. Those who wish can join an optional Elephant Safari and Crocodile Farm tour. After our tour, those interested can optionally join the world-famous Alcazar Show tour in the evening. Overnight at your hotel.  
• -Elephant Safari Tour: 35 Euro per person  
• How many times in your life can you go on a safari on an elephant? Here’s your chance. After an informative session about elephants, we will have an elephant safari through the jungle.
• -Crocodile Farm Tour: 20 Euro per person
• In this tour, we will watch a dangerous show with crocodiles and then tour the beautifully arranged garden. We can take souvenir photos with tigers and feed the elephants while seeing various live animals unique to the Far East in the beautiful garden.
• -Alcazar Show Tour: 35 Euro per person
• We will have a beautiful evening with changing stage decorations and costumes in this best cabaret show in Thailand, filled with amazing lights and sound systems.

• Day 5
• PATTAYA
• After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can participate in the optional Coral Island Tour. Overnight at our hotel.
• -Coral Island Tour: 50 Euro per person
• Unlimited sun and ocean fun. We travel to Coral Island from Pattaya beach with our speedboats, where we can enjoy swimming all day in the turquoise waters on the white sand beach made of coral dust, surrounded by palm trees. Lunch includes grilled fish, shepherd's salad, and tropical fruits. 

• Day 6
• PATTAYA - PHUKET
• After breakfast, we will transfer to the airport at the time specified by our guide. After ticket and baggage procedures, we will have a pleasant flight with a local airline to Phuket, lasting about 1.5 hours. Arrival in Phuket and transfer to our hotel with our vehicle waiting for us. Guests who wish can optionally join the Siam Niramit Show Tour in the evening.
• -Siam Niramit Show Tour (Dinner Included): 60 EUR per person 
• After our dinner, taken as a buffet, we proceed to the theater section where the show takes place. The Siam Niramit Show presents Thailand's culture and history through unique choreography, featuring a massive stage listed in the Guinness World Records, with over 150 dancers and state-of-the-art stage technology. We will experience a magical atmosphere with 4D effects, stunning costumes, aerial ballet, acrobatics, and the fairy-tale presentation of Thai culture.

• Day 7
• PHUKET
• After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Phi Phi Island Tour. Overnight at our hotel.
• -Phi Phi Island Tour: 70 EUR per person 
• We organize a full-day tour to perhaps the most exotic island in Thailand by a special speedboat. We quickly reach the first of the two heavenly coral islands near Phuket, Phi Phi Don. At Monkey Beach, we will see Macaque monkeys and have the opportunity to swim and snorkel with thousands of colorful fish. We will have time to swim and sunbathe at Maya Bay, where some scenes from Leonardo Di Caprio's movie The Beach were filmed, along with its palm tree-lined beach and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Then we will visit Viking Cave and have lunch on Phi Phi Island.

• Day 8
• PHUKET - TEHRAN - ISTANBUL
• After breakfast, free time. At the time indicated by our guide, we will transfer to the airport. After ticket and baggage procedures, we will depart for Tehran on Mahan Airlines flight W5056 at 22:15. Local time arrival in Tehran at 02:15. Later, we will fly to Istanbul on Mahan Airlines flight W5116 at 07:50. Arrival at Istanbul New Airport at 10:45 and end of our tour.

- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. - In the event that adequate participation for the trip is not met, Turdan Tura can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the date of the trip. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside of the tour, any domestic flight connections purchased from Turdan Tura will also be refunded to the guest, viza services, travel health insurance will not be refunded if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using travel health insurance, if a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled and the fee will be refunded. If the guest has purchased their domestic flight connection from a different product provider independent of Turdan Tura, in the event of cancellation of the tour by Turdan Tura, the guest cannot request any refund from Turdan Tura. The guest accepts in advance any financial and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour, and Turdan Tura cannot be held responsible. - Turdan Tura reserves the right to cancel the tour in good faith if adequate participation is not achieved for the trip. In this case, since the tour will be arranged individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the airport transfer for the international round-trip travel. Cancellation and changes - Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying Turdan Tura in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for plane tickets that have been paid for or committed to by Turdan Tura. If there are less than 31 days until the start of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty of P% of the remaining tour fee from the price of the plane ticket, and in the case of cancellation made 15 days or less before the start date of the trip, they can cancel by paying the entire tour fee as a penalty. If a cancellation request is made, refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary, so it is necessary to inquire about refunds beforehand. Turdan Tura cannot make any commitments related to the cancellation refunds of additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours - The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide according to the status of the museums and archaeological sites, whether they are open or closed, and weather conditions. Different guides can accompany our guests during the tours. - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle, not including entrance to museums or historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, along with other tours specified in the program, cannot be held accountable by Turdan Tura if they cannot be conducted due to local authorities not allowing entry on the scheduled day and time, closure of roads due to any event, or in cases where adverse weather conditions render the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where road closures or vehicle entry restrictions exist, if possible. - Our guide can make changes to the dates of city tours and/or additional tours according to participant numbers and the status of the museums and archaeological sites. This also applies in cases of possible changes to flight times. - Attention should be paid to the following when performing tours with Speed Boats: do not eat heavy meals and limit fluid intake just before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, and neck ailments, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guides of their situations. - There is no refund for not participating in the services included in the prices, such as tours or meal services. About Flights - Turdan Tura acts as an intermediary between the airlines and passengers, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will be applied. - Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. Turdan Tura is obliged to inform guests of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations to their flight time when purchasing the trip. - Children between the ages of 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. - According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of round-trip plane tickets is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline. - Check-in and boarding processes for participants of flying tours are personal responsibilities and must be carried out by the guests either at the airports, at the respective airline desk, or online through the airline’s website before the flight. - Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced verbally at the airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be monitored personally by guests. - Guests who are not present at the specified airport at the indicated times in accordance with airline rules cannot hold Turdan Tura responsible for any problems arising from being late for check-in or boarding, or if they complete these processes on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip plane tickets and transfers in the destination area in the event of missing the flight will be borne by the guests. - The general luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are internal flights in the destination country, this luggage allowance may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Turdan Tura. - Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets using frequent fliers' miles (to business or first class) can perform upgrade transactions depending on the availability of the airline after the tickets have been issued (check with the airline to see if you have membership). No guarantee is given for upgrades for every flight. Please check whether the tickets in the program are in an upgradeable class. - Some airlines may charge extra fees for catering and online check-in services. Other Matters - Turdan Tura will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, Turdan Tura's cancellation conditions will apply. - In cases where hotel names are not specified in the tour program, only category information is provided and/or if options are presented for the same destination, the guest will be informed by Turdan Tura 48 hours before the trip starts. - During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located at a greater distance from the specified locations or km. In such cases, Turdan Tura will provide information 15 days before the date of departure. - At the time of purchasing the tour, the guest must correctly enter/declare on the system the name as it appears on their passport, date of birth, and passport number. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties arising from incorrectly entered information resulting in the cancellation or changes of plane tickets will be reflected on the guests. - Before leaving Turkey, ensure that your mobile phone is enabled for use abroad by checking with your service provider. - The check-in time for hotels is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. - Any requests related to the room (higher floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by Turdan Tura. Care will be taken for the reserved rooms to align with guest preferences, according to the hotel's availability. However, the realization of these requests is subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Turdan Tura. - Breakfast offered at hotels differs from the rich breakfast traditionally enjoyed in Turkish cuisine. It is generally offered as a continental breakfast, consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups. - In some instances, a twin bed room may be provided instead of a double bed room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined when needed. - Child and extra bed policies may vary depending on each hotel's room types. - All extra beds and baby cribs are subject to availability and must be approved by the hotel. - The capacity for additional beds or baby cribs in the room is 1 (maximum). - In triple rooms, there is a practice of extra beds, and the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Additional beds consist of folding or coach beds. Our guests acknowledge that due to additional beds added to family reservations of triple rooms, they accept the potential tightness and bed types in the rooms. - In hotel reservations, if the number and ages of the children staying with adults are incorrectly declared by our guests, the respective hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to verify the age of children. - In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices apply only if the child is staying next to two adults. Child discounts apply only to one "single child" within the age group staying beside two adults. - Daily exchange rate fluctuations are reflected in the TL prices. The rates at the time of payment will apply. Additional requests and services such as minibar, ironing, etc., will be subject to extra fees charged by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. - Some countries have various implementations regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All city, tourism, or other taxes currently applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit. - The distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, roadworks, and conditions. - Turdan Tura can change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be used, without altering the content of the program, when necessary or deemed appropriate. - The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identifications of individuals participating in the tour are their own responsibility, and Turdan Tura is not responsible for any forgotten/lost/stolen items. In instances where forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or to the individual will fall to the item owner. - Individuals participating in the tour are required to have their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to their health issues on hand. - For any possible extra expenses, the hotel may request a deposit in the form of a photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash upon check-in. The return of the requested deposit at check-out is a transaction between the guest and the hotel, and Turdan Tura has no intervention in this matter. Visa and Passport - There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. - Guests must ensure their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of travel. - For customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for the entry/exit stamps. - The exemption from visa requirements for entry to these countries does not guarantee entry/exit from the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny entry/existing; Turdan Tura is not responsible for this situation, and responsibility lies with the passenger. - Guests who are not Turkish citizens or have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country's passport must inquire directly at the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applicable for the country they will travel to; otherwise, Turdan Tura cannot be held responsible for any resulting issues. - To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the visited country due to torn, damaged, wet, or similarly compromised passports, it is necessary to renew such passports. Otherwise, the passenger is responsible. - For guests under 18 traveling alone or only accompanied by one parent, there is a possibility that police officers may request a document showing the mutual consent of both parents during entry and exit from the country; therefore, it is advised for minors and their parents to pay attention to this issue.
