- Meeting at Mahan Airlines counter at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport at 08:15. After the baggage and passport procedures, we will depart for Tehran at 11:00 on Mahan Airlines flight W5113. Arrival in Tehran at 14:30. Then, we will depart for Bangkok at 21:40 on Mahan Airlines flight W5051.
- Day 2
- TEHRAN - BANGKOK
- After having breakfast on the plane, we will arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 08:20 local time. Meeting with our guide waiting at the airport and departing for a city tour of Bangkok with our private vehicles. During the Bangkok panoramic city tour, we will visit some of the notable places such as the Golden Buddha temple, the flower market, Chinatown, the parliament building, and the democracy monument. During this tour, we will have a chance to learn more about the exotic beauty of Bangkok and Buddhism, which has a profound impact on Thailand. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel, allocate rooms and settle in. Guests who wish can join our optional Bangkok Canals tour. In the evening, those interested can participate in our optional Baiyoke tour.

- This tour cannot be missed to see Bangkok. During our tour, we will navigate through Bangkok's historic canals on our private boat, witnessing unique views that you won't find anywhere else in the world. You will closely observe the lives of Thais on the canals and witness the blending of rich and poor segments of Thailand. We will feed sacred catfish in front of one of the temples.
- Optional Tour: Dinner at Baiyoke Sky & Asiatique Riverfront Night Market: 50 Euro
- In this tour, Baiyoke Sky is the tallest building in Thailand at 309 meters with 85 stories. You will enjoy an open buffet dinner against a magnificent view at the restaurant located on the 77th floor, offering a 360-degree view of the city. Afterward, we will head to Asiatique, an entertainment venue that incorporates history and modernity, built in the area where trade was first established between the European countries across the ocean and Thailand, now featuring more than 1500 shops and restaurants. There will be free time for shopping and then we will transfer back to the hotel.

- After breakfast, free time. Those who wish can join the optional Floating Market & Snake Farm Tour during the day, and in the evening, they can join the optional Chao Praya Dinner Cruise & Asiatique Riverfront Night Market Tour. Overnight at our hotel.

- In this tour, we will go outside of Bangkok and first visit a coconut farm in Samut Songkram, the birthplace of the world-famous Siam Twins. Here, we will learn about how the Thai people benefit from coconut trees and see souvenirs made from this tree. You can also visit the orchid garden inside. After this, we will take a 10-minute bus ride to the pier where Thai-style boats depart. We will board the boats and enjoy a pleasant journey of about thirty minutes, accompanied by delicious exotic views, to reach the famous Floating Market, which has captured the cover of magazines and documentaries, where you will see and shop at the open market set up on the canals. During the return to Bangkok, you will taste some of the most famous tropical fruits of Thailand.

- In this tour, a live music dinner awaits you on our boat that is 41 meters wide, cruising on the Chao Praya River, known as the Venice of the East, in Bangkok. After our dinner, we will transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
- Day 4
- BANGKOK - PATTAYA
- After breakfast, we will head to Pattaya. We will visit the world-famous jewelry factory owned by the royal family and arrive in Pattaya, Thailand's most famous entertainment destination. Transfer to our hotel and free time. Guests who wish can join our optional Elephant Safari and Crocodile Farm Tour. In the evening, those interested can participate in the world-famous ALCAZAR SHOW tour. Overnight at your hotel.

- You may never have the chance to go on an elephant safari again. Here’s your chance. After receiving information about elephants, we will go on an elephant safari through the jungle.

- In this tour, we will watch the dangerous show involving crocodiles and then visit the beautifully arranged gardens. We will take a souvenir photo with tigers, feed elephants by hand, and see various exotic animals in the beautiful garden.

- After breakfast, free time. Those who wish can join the optional Coral Island Tour with Coral Reefs. Overnight at our hotel.

- Endless sun and ocean fun... We will go to Coral Island with our special speedboats from Pataya beach, where we will spend all day in the turquoise waters, and enjoy the white sandy beach made of coral dust, with palm trees surrounding us. Lunch will consist of grilled fish, shepherd's salad, and tropical fruits.

- After breakfast, free time. Those who wish can join the optional Nong Nooch Tropical Garden Tour. Overnight at our hotel.

- This amazing tropical garden has won the award for the best arranged garden in Thailand for years, and we guarantee you will take many photographs. First, we will watch a cultural show, where we will see Thai dances, Thai boxing demonstrations, and reenactments of historical battles, before moving to the second part where we will watch the amazing show performed by elephants, the symbol of Thailand. After that, we will tour the enchanting garden and see the special section with a plethora of orchids.

- In the morning, we will have our transfer to the airport at the time specified by our guide. After ticket and baggage procedures,
- we will depart on Mahan Airlines flight W5050 at 22:20 to Tehran. We will arrive in Tehran at 02:15 local time. Following this, we will depart for Istanbul on Mahan Airlines' scheduled flight at 06:30. We will arrive at Istanbul New Airport at 09:30, marking the end of our tour.

-Tourists traveling to Thailand must have received both doses of the vaccine and it must have been at least 14 days since the second dose. (Sinovac or BioNTech)
-The general terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of it.
-If adequate participation for the trip is not achieved, the agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the travel date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Regarding the refund of additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from the agency will also be refunded, while visa services and travel health insurance for which a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest will not be refunded as these services have been used. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from an independent provider, they cannot claim any refund from the agency in the event of tour cancellation by the agency. The guest accepts in advance any financial and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour at the time of purchasing the tour, and the agency cannot be held responsible.
-If adequate participation for the trip is not achieved, the agency reserves the right to show goodwill and decide not to cancel the tour. In this case, since providing the tour individually for the guest will be the case, the included guiding service in the package will only cover the transfer to and from the airport for international departures.
Cancellation and Changes
-Guests have the right to cancel without penalty until 30 days before the tour departure date, provided they notify the agency in writing, except for airline tickets that have already been paid for and/or guaranteed. If there is less than 31 days before the start date of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty equivalent to the remaining tour fee after deducting the cost of the flight ticket, and if it is 15 days or less before the start date, the entire tour fee can be canceled by paying the penalty fee. In case of cancellation requests, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the time of the cancellation request, therefore the guest should inquire in advance about the refund process. The agency cannot guarantee the cancellation refunds for additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
-The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites are open/closed and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
-Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours carried out within a maximum of 2-3 hours without including entrances to museums or historical sites, narrated by a guide from within the vehicle. The agency is not responsible for the cancellations of such tours if they cannot be conducted due to local authorities not allowing visits or closed roads during the scheduled days and times of the program, nor in cases where tours cannot be conducted due to weather conditions rendering them impossible. Some tours can be conducted using public transportation or on foot if they are in areas where road access is not allowed or there are closed roads.
-The guide, while adhering to the content of our tours, may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the opening status of museums and historical sites. This also applies to potential changes in flight times.
-Important points to consider for tours conducted by speed boats; heavy meals should not be consumed just before boarding the boat, and excessive drinking of water should be avoided. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, or pregnant guests should inform their guides about their conditions.
-If guests do not participate in tour or meal services that are included in the prices, there will be no refunds.
About Flights
-The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply.
-There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. The agency is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times by purchasing the tour.
-Children aged 0-2 only pay the fee for airport taxes.
-According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
-Check-in and boarding processes for participants in flights are personal responsibilities and must be done by passengers at the airport at relevant airline counters or online through the airline's website before the flight.
-Last minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. These notifications must be specifically monitored by the guests.
-The agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the designated time, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures in time, or have completed these procedures but do not board the aircraft. All expenses related to new round-trip tickets and transfers required for passengers who miss their flight will be borne by them.
-The general weight allowance for baggage on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary based on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance may drop to 15 kg on those flights. Additional baggage weight/price regulations are determined by the airlines and are not the agency's responsibility.
-Guests wishing to upgrade the ticket using their miles (to business or first class) can perform upgrade procedures after the ticket is issued, subject to the airline's availability (please check your membership with the relevant airline). There is no guarantee for upgrading for each flight. Please check whether the tickets in the program are upgradeable classes.
-Meal and online check-in services with some airlines may be subject to additional charges.
Other Matters
-The agency will not accept responsibility for any modification or cancellation made directly by guests with the hotel. In such cases, the agency’s cancellation conditions will apply.
-If the tour program provides hotel(s) with only category information without mentioning names, or if it is presented as optional for the same destination, the agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the travel date.
-During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used further away than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, the agency will provide information 15 days prior to the travel date.
-When registering for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter the name as written in the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties arising from incorrect information leading to ticket cancellation or changes will be charged to the guests.
-Guests should ensure that their cell phones are activated for use abroad by checking with their telecom provider before leaving Turkey.
-The check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
-The agency will communicate requests related to the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Efforts will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms meet the guest's preferences based on hotel availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the agency.
-The breakfast offered at hotels may differ significantly from the rich Turkish breakfast by generally being served as a continental breakfast, consisting of limited options like butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room assigned to the group.
-In some cases, a double bedroom may be provided instead of a double bed. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary.
-Child and extra bed policies may vary by each hotel based on room types.
-Any additional beds and baby cribs are provided upon request and based on the hotel’s availability and must be approved by the hotel.
-The capacity for extra beds or baby cribs in the room is 1 (maximum).
-Extra beds are available in triple rooms, but the bed assigned to the third person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of folding beds or what is referred to as coach beds. Our guests declare that they accept any cramped conditions and bed types resulting from extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child-inclusive reservations.
-If the number of adults and children staying in hotel reservations is falsely declared by the guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification of children.
-In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid when the child is accompanied by both adults. Child discounts apply only for "one child" in the appropriate age group staying with 2 adults.
-Exchange rates during the day are reflected in TL prices. The rates at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests and additional services you will receive at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) are subject to extra charges at the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
-Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local-level taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes currently applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel at the time of entry or exit.
-The mileage distances provided in programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country being visited, roadworks, and conditions.
-The agency can change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown if deemed necessary or in unavoidable circumstances without altering the program's content.
-Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal items, bags, suitcases, passports/ids, and the agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case of forgotten items being found, the costs incurred for delivering them to the country and/or the person belong to the item owner.
-Those participating in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policy and any medications and reports related to any health issues.
-For any extra expenses, hotels may request official ID/passport with a photo and a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in, which will be requested by the hotel during check-out. The return of the deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the agency will have no intervention in this.
Visa and Passport
-There is no visa application for T.C. citizens.
-Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months after the travel end date.
-For customs crossings/border checkpoints, a minimum of 2 blank pages must be available in your passport to have the entry-exit stamp stamped.
-The exemption from visa requirements for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean you can enter/exit the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny you entry or exit, and the agency is not responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the traveler.
-Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and plan to participate in the tour using a passport of another country must inquire about the visa procedures applicable to the country they will be traveling to directly with the relevant consulates. The agency will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from failure to do so.
-Passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged should be renewed to avoid issues at the border with customs police due to damaged passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
-Minors under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent should be aware that border control may request a document showing the mutual consent of both parents at the time of entry and exit, and it is advisable for both minors and parents to be mindful of this.
