  • Meeting point at the outer terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 20:00 on the specified tour date with our esteemed guests. After ticket, baggage, and boarding procedures, we will depart for Hurghada at 22:45 with Pegasus Airlines flight PC620. Arrival at 01:25 local time the following day, after baggage collection and visa processing, we will transfer to our hotel by private bus. After check-in procedures, we will settle into our rooms.

  • After breakfast, we will have a panoramic city tour. Hurghada is the center of Egypt's tourism and the Red Sea, known for its golden sandy beaches, turquoise sea, and palm trees. During our city tour, we will visit the old town El Dahar (Downtown), the new and modern tourism center Sakkala, and the Sahl Hasheesh area consisting of hotels, shopping malls, and stores. After the tour, free time in the city. Guests wishing to can join the full day Extra Giftun Island Orange Bay Boat Tour. We will have a wonderful boat tour at the magnificent spots of the Red Sea on Giftun Island, where we will relieve all our fatigue of the Egypt tour. We will have lunch on the boat. The sights we will see during the city tour include the Cairo Citadel, Mosque of Muhammad Ali, Sultan Hassan Complex, Imam Shafi Mosque, Baron Empain Palace, Sadat's Tomb, Al Azhar Mosque, Islamic Museum, Cairo Museum, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili bazaar, Tahrir Square, and many tourist attractions in the city will be viewed panoramically. Additionally, in antiquity, it served as a center for science and education and has taken on the role of Egypt's commercial and maritime center since the 19th century.   • After an early breakfast, we will transfer to Sharm with our private bus. Following an approximately 500 km journey, we will arrive in Sharm and begin a panoramic city tour. As one of Egypt's popular holiday spots with its bays and beaches, the city tour of Sharm el Sheikh will include Nabq Bay, Hadaba Bay, and Naama Bay. We will see numerous colorful shopping stores, cafes, restaurants, and various attractions in the old town and new town areas called Hollywood Sharm el Sheikh. After our free time at the main center, Soho Square, your guide will inform you for the transfer to your hotel.

  • After breakfast, we will check out of our rooms by noon. After leaving our luggage in the baggage room, free time. Guests wishing to can join the Extra Glass-bottom Boat Tour on the Red Sea. Guests must confirm flight times 48 hours in advance. Our agency is not responsible for any changes in flight times and airports or possible delays made by the airline companies. - Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not covered by our agency for changes or disruptions in domestic connecting flights. - For group tickets, the airline rules apply; if the outbound flight is not used as per the group ticket rules, the return flight cannot be used, and no refund will be made for the unused segment. - For flights departing from Turkey, the general baggage allowance is 20kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. In domestic flights within the visited countries, this weight may drop to 15kg. Extra baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of our agency. - For reservations, individuals must provide their name and surname, date of birth, T.C. The distance of hotels from the center is a maximum of 5-25 km. - During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the specified locations. In such cases, the agency will inform you 15 days before the tour departure date. - Breakfasts at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally consist of a continental menu including butter, jam (marmalade), bread, tea, coffee, and soft drinks. Group breakfasts may be served in separate halls depending on hotel occupancy. - In group reservations of 10 people or more, it is mandatory to purchase extra tour packages at the time of booking from the agency. - There will be no hot or cold drinks or snacks available in the vehicle during the tour. However, sales will be made by the captain and assistant inside the vehicle. - The price for children under 12 years old applies when they stay in the same room as 2 adults. In a triple room; the 3rd bed is an extra bed and is a foldable bed, thus not of the same comfort as the other 2 beds. - Children aged 0 - 2 years are free for extra tours. Children aged 2 - 12 years receive a discount. - Triple rooms may be allocated based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Since extra beds are foldable, the tour participants accept that they have been informed about possible crowding in rooms with 3rd person and/or child reservations and the type of beds. - Our agency reserves the right to change the tour route, provided that the content remains the same. City introduction tours may be held the next day depending on the arrival time in the city. - Hotel names are given as "and similar". The information about the hotel to be accommodated will be provided 2 - 3 days before the tour departure. - Panoramic city tours are conducted without disembarking from the vehicle or walking, and do not include entrance fees for museums and archaeological sites. - Our agency is not responsible for the cancellation or failure to occur of tours due to reasons outside our agency (road closures, weather conditions, restrictions imposed by local authorities on entry and sightseeing, traffic at border crossings, etc.). Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot in places where road access is not permitted. - Extra tour prices are determined considering a minimum participation of 10 people. Therefore, if sufficient numbers are not met, excursions may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, used vehicles, and the number of participants may vary. - Extra tours are based on the participant's desire. Passengers who do not want to participate in extra tours organized on the way accept to wait at a rest area determined by the guide. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest area before the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from the spot they were left after completing the tour. - Guests who have purchased any of the advantageous extra tour packages, if they do not participate in any of the tours (even for special reasons), requests for refunds will be calculated based on the non-discounted price. Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport whose passport was issued 10 years ago or more must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country, and/or the airline may not carry them out of Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger. - Our agency acts merely as an intermediary between the client and the consulate and is not responsible for any reason for the visa being denied or not approved, including compensation rights. In case of cancellation, visa and insurance fees are not refundable regardless of time. - The visa must be obtained from the consulate of the country of most extended accommodation. Otherwise, our agency is not responsible for the refusal of entry by border police. - To enter the visiting country without any issues, the passport from which the visa is obtained or the passport used for exit must not be torn, damaged, wet, or subjected to similar damages. Otherwise, the border police have the right to deny you entry into the country, and our agency is not responsible for this. - During your travels, please ensure that you take your belongings with you when leaving the vehicles and hotels; otherwise, our agency or other service providers (local agency, hotel, bus company, etc.) are not responsible for lost items. - In cases where a minor child is participating in the tour without one or both parents, it is mandatory to carry the required consent forms during the trip. - Our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour/change the date with prior notice to its guests. In programs lacking sufficient participation, the agency maintains the right to cancel the tour with prior notification. In case of cancellation, our agency is obliged to inform personally about the cancellation.
