• The duration of the tour is 4 Nights and 5 Days, including the day of departure and return, with 3 nights of hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent during travel. • In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are included in one package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing rights, etc. cannot be refunded. • The child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. Children aged 0-6 may not have a separate bed provided in hotel accommodation. • In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest typically stays in an extra bed in 3-person rooms. • The hotels listed in the program are the preferred accommodation facilities for each tour. Changes may be made to the region and hotels based on occupancy, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated upon request 48 hours before the tour departure, depending on availability. • The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. Selection between rooms is not available. • Our break spots may change in terms of location and service standards due to reasons such as congestion, renovations, etc., provided they remain the same. • In case of circumstances such as weather, road conditions, and crowding at visiting sites, the guide may make changes if deemed necessary regarding the timing of the program (in the order of the sightseeing locations during the day or between days). • Our tours are not responsible for any places not visited as stated in the program due to force majeure (weather, road, crowding at visiting sites, etc.) or if guests do not adhere to the timings provided by our guide during the tour. In such a case, the guest has no claim for rights. • A graduated pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of reservations within the package increases and as the date approaches, the tour prices may rise gradually. The right to increase prices from tour to tour is reserved. In this case, prices cannot be fixed without an advance payment. • Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed at the time of reservation. There is no guarantee for notes entered during the reservation. Special seat selection such as front or back is not permitted. • The seating arrangement within the vehicle is regulated by the Operation based on the reservation order for each tour. No refunds are available in case of objections regarding seating placement. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard. • Extra activities included in the tour program, such as nighttime tours, will take place depending on the number of participants and the availability of current personnel. Extra activities planned en route will take place regardless of all guests' participation. Guests not participating in extra activities will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra activities have accepted to wait at the break place as part of the tour. • If any extra tour fails to occur for any reason, the guest does not have any claim for rights. The tour is not responsible in this situation. • Extra tour prices may vary by periods. In such a case, the date the guest purchased the tour is not considered, but the date of the tour itself is. The applicable extra tour price for the period when the tour is taking place will be valid. The guest accepts this upon purchasing the tour. • The tour is not responsible for any financial damages caused by guests to services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining venues, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to demand payment for damages caused by guests. • In cases where an unaccompanied minor under 18 years (not legally an adult) is participating, a consent form from one or both parents must be kept with the individual during the trip. • Guests participating in the tour must carry documents regarding their health issues, pregnancy status, and any medications they are continuously using. • Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., at designated departure times. • The estimated arrival times at the end of the tour are approximate, and the tour is not responsible for delays arising from force majeure. • Guests will be dropped off at the opposite side of the stops we collected them from at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on getting off at a different location. • According to traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts during their journey, and the tour is not responsible in case of non-compliance. • Guests are responsible for all personal belongings within the vehicle, including at breaks, etc. • The first day's sightseeing will start before checking into the hotel; therefore, please prepare the items you need to carry separately. • Due to the program's intensity, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared. • Long distances may need to be covered during the programming; necessary information will be provided by the tour guide during the journey. • Lunches consist of economical menus unique to the region. During lunch and dinner, tables will be used according to group arrangements based on regional density. • The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. The confirmed route's start and end can be learned by guests if they contact us two days before the tour. • Should the agency fail to reach the required number of participants for the tour, they must inform the guest, and the guest may choose to postpone the tour to the next date, cancel it, or be booked to the nearest departure point. In such a case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. The guest has no claim for rights in such a case. • Cancellations and modifications made by the guest up to 30 days before the start date of the service will have their payment refunded without any reason. Cancellations and modifications made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date will incur a deduction of 30% of the reservation amount; between 15-7 days, 50%; and 100% deduction for cancellations and modifications made 7 days or less before. • Guests who have purchased the Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package can cancel the purchased package tour without providing a reason up to 72 hours before the start date. After cancellation, the total amount paid will be refunded without any deductions according to the method of payment. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover airline tickets. • Museum passes and entry fees for archaeological sites are not included in the tour fee. All museum entrance fees are to be covered by the guests. **CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND GUARANTEE PACKAGE** The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package allows guests to cancel and modify the purchased package tour without any reason up to 72 hours before the start date. After cancellation, the total amount paid will be refunded without any deductions, according to the method of payment. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover transportation for tours with flights. Guests wishing to purchase this package can add it to their reservations at the time of booking. **MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618** The scope of Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 includes the agency's bankruptcy or the non-provision of package tour services for any reason. It is included in the tour fee. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment costs.
