Need to Know
General terms are an integral part of the 'Tour Brochure' and 'Tour Registration Agreement' and cannot be considered separately.
- Our tour program is organized with a certain participation requirement. If insufficient participation is not provided for the trip, the last cancellation notification date will be 20 days before the tour departure. The tour that has been canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you via the operational agency.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by our agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Tours can be combined with other agency tours. In such cases, Eraktouristic is responsible for the guests of Eraktouristic.
- This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
- The prices of all our package programs are limited to minimum quotas of up to 10 people, and there may be a price increase for groups exceeding this number. Please inquire about the price information.
- For normal passports, if the passport issuance date is more than 10 years, and for other types of passports, if it is more than 5 years, even if the person participating in the trip has a valid visa, they cannot leave the country, and visa processing cannot be done for that passport. Please check your passport information and details.
- The passport police require a minimum of 6 months validity at the time of travel for all types of passports (Regular, Special, Official, and Diplomatic) for Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even if they have a valid visa. Therefore, passports with less than 6 months validity will not be approved by our agency. Eraktouristic does not have any compensation liability towards passengers due to the inability to participate in the tour for those with less than 6 months validity passports.
- Eraktouristic acts as an intermediary between consumers participating in the trip and any third parties or legal entities providing services related to the trip, such as ships, hotels, carriers, etc. Therefore, consumers who register for the trip by applying to Eraktouristic are aware that, due to the agreements made between the agency and the carrier institutions, the agency is not directly responsible for the vehicles not being present as indicated in the program, delays in land, air, and sea vehicles, strikes, terrorism, wars and the possibility of war, or similar force majeure situations, delays due to the fault of the transport operator or personal faults of third parties, or any unforeseen technical matters, inconveniences, material and moral damages, accommodations missing or faulty services, and that the agency has no existing liability due to not being the operator.
- For all customs-related international departures, it is required to be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Especially, guests arriving at the ports or airports from other cities via domestic flights should adjust their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, the responsibility for being late or being unable to participate in the tour belongs to the passenger, and Eraktouristic has no compensation liability towards the passenger. If the airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended to complete the check-in procedures personally 24 hours before the tour departure.
- Eraktouristic acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before the flight. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
- The services included in the tour program, such as breakfasts taken at the hotel, are usually served as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, which is appropriate for the breakfast culture of the visited country and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Triple rooms may be provided based on hotel availability, and the bed designated for the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are foldable and can be considered as coach beds, participants in the tour accept that they may experience tightness in the rooms for the 3rd person and/or child reservations. Children's discounts apply to single children in the appropriate age group staying with 2 adults.
- Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your request for a TWIN room before making a reservation.
- In cases where children under 18 years of age who are not considered adults are not accompanied by one or both parents on the tour, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent letters during the trip.
- Panoramic city tours are conducted as 2-3 hour tours for introducing cities, and they may be held on different days as long as the content does not change. Museum and historical site entrances are not included. Optional tours will be held depending on the number of participants determined by the tour leader and can be changed according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place due to weather conditions. Tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Eraktouristic cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
- Individuals participating in the tour must bring reports related to any health issues, pregnancy conditions, or medications they regularly use.
- For extra tours conducted during the journey, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas where they can use public transportation options before entering the city.
- Information about the tour – venue – tour leader – hotel will be provided by your sales consultant via email and verbally 48 hours before the tour departure.
- The passport is an official document, and the passport police have the authority to deny entry into the country for reasons such as being damaged, dirty, or having tears in the stitching or pages. In such cases, the responsibility falls on the passenger.
