- Istanbul – Podgorica – Budva

- We meet with our esteemed guests at the Istanbul Airport International Departures terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. After ticket, luggage, and passport processes, we depart for Podgorica at 15:25 with a special flight of Air Montenegro. We arrive in Podgorica at 16:25 local time. After passport procedures, we head towards Budva. Upon arrival in Budva, known for its magnificent beaches and vibrant nightlife, we will have a walking tour of Stari Grad (Old Town) and the castle. Then we will transfer to our accommodation hotel and check in. Guests wishing can enjoy the nightlife of Budva in one of the beautiful restaurants and entertainment venues. Overnight at our hotel.
- Day 2
- Budva (Tivat-Porto Montenegro-Perast-Kotor)
- After breakfast, there is an optional full-day Kotor and Fjords Tour (75 Euro). In this tour, we will see Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Kotor, and Perast, and also take a round trip by boat to the Lady of the Rocks island in Perast. First, we will move to Tivat to explore the Porto Montenegro marina with its rich architecture. Then we will visit Kotor, which is listed as a UNESCO World Natural and Historical Heritage site, basking in the Mediterranean sun and surrounded by white stone. We will explore the tourist and historical city of Kotor, the Kotor fjord, and the historical castle city. Kotor, located in the southwest of Montenegro and the south of Croatia, is Europe’s second-largest fjord after Norway, featuring four bays connected by narrow straits. The bare mountains surrounding the bay descend steeply to the shore. After our city tour in Kotor, we will have free time for personal exploration and activities, followed by a visit to the charming baroque town of Perast, famous for its small islands in the Kotor fjord. We will take a pleasant boat ride to visit the “Lady of the Rocks” island and return. Perast is one of the best places in Montenegro for swimming, so don’t forget to bring your swimsuit. After enjoying the sea and sun in Perast, we will return to Budva. Guests wishing can also optionally participate in an evening Montenegro Night with live music. (75 Euro) In this tour, a special dinner with limited drinks will be served at a nice restaurant by the Budva beach accompanied by live music. Overnight at our hotel.

- Day 3
- Budva (Cetinje- Virpazar- Lake Shkodra- Bar- Sveti Stefan)
- After breakfast, there is an optional half-day Budva Beaches Petrovac and Sveti Stefan boat tour (75 Euro). In this tour, we will start our journey by boarding our private boat from the Budva coast, first stopping at the island of Sveti Nikola (Hawai), followed by swimming breaks at the island of Sveti Stefan. Continuing by boat, we will arrive at the charming town of Petrovac. We will stay on the private boat for approximately 2 hours. Petrovac, a small touristic town on the Adriatic coast, is also one of the oldest coastal towns in Montenegro. We enjoy the sea and sun on the beaches of Petrovac. After a self-arranged lunch, we will return via road from Petrovac. On our return, we will see Sveti Stefan panoramically for the second time by land. Once a fishing settlement that was nationalized and later sold to a Singaporean hotel chain, Sveti Stefan was a walled village during the 15th century. Until the 1950s, it was a fishing town, and in the 60s, 70s, and 80s, it became a popular destination for celebrities like Sophia Loren, Marilyn Monroe, and Liz Taylor. We will take a photo break at a viewpoint where we can see Sveti Stefan and return to Budva. This tour will be conducted without a boat for the off-season (Spring, Fall, Winter) as the “Budva Beaches, Sveti Stefan, Petrovac and Old Bar Tour.” Guests wishing can also optionally join an Lake Shkodra Boat Tour, Old Royal Capital Cetinje and Dinner at a National Restaurant Tour (110 Euro) in the afternoon. In this tour, we will first head to the charming town of Virpazar to see Lake Shkodra. We will enjoy a pleasant cruise through the national park on Lake Shkodra with a private boat. During this cruise, you will have the opportunity to taste the famous Montenegrin wines. It will also be a lovely privilege to see the pelicans in the lake, which hosts around 250 different types of birds. After the boat tour on the lake, we will explore Cetinje, the former royal capital of Montenegro. During our panoramic tour here, we will see the former Turkish Consulate, the small Cetinje square, King Nikola’s house, and the historical Serbian Orthodox monastery. Dinner will be served at a famous local restaurant of Montenegro while watching the sunset. Overnight at our hotel.

- Day 4
- Budva (Herceg Novi)
- After breakfast, it's a free day for shopping, exploring, and enjoying the sea and sun. In the morning, guests wishing can join an optional full-day Herceg Novi, Portonovi, Shopping at Jumbo and Teleferik with Lovcen National Park Tour (75 Euro). In this tour, we will first see Herceg Novi, a city famous for its natural beauty and flora, located on the border with Croatia. We will explore the “City of Fortresses” Herceg Novi on foot. Places we will see include Nikola Durkovič square, the Clock Tower, Bloody Tower, Belavista square, St. Archangel Michael Church, Forte Mare fortress, and the King Tvrtko statue. After our walk, you can enjoy the sea and sun on the beaches of Herceg Novi. (Don’t forget your swimsuit) Next, we will see the new luxury tourism investments, Portonovi marina in Montenegro. On our return to Budva, we will have approximately a 1.5-hour shopping break at Jumbo Shopping Center. (Jumbo is closed on Sundays) During the shopping break, guests wishing can choose the new Teleferik to reach Lovcen Mountain, where they will be mesmerized by the magnificent view of the bays of Kotor, Tivat, Risan, and Herceg Novi from an altitude of approximately 1316 meters. (An additional 35 Euro is required for transfer and cable car fees) Alternatively, guests wishing can join a full-day Lunch included Mostar and Blagaj Tour (150 Euro) for those wanting to allocate just one day of their time in Montenegro to see another country (Bosnia-Herzegovina). We will depart from the hotel around 7 in the morning. After crossing the Bosnia border, we will visit the Blagaj Dervish Monastery, which is the first tekke in Bosnia, and see the wonderful Blagaj region. We will have lunch at a special restaurant by the riverside. (Grilled fish, salad, drink) Afterwards, we will proceed to the historical city of Mostar. During our walking tour in Mostar, we will see Ottoman artifacts, the Koski Mehmet Pasha Mosque, and the famous Mostar Bridge. The bridge, which was built in 1557 by architect Hayreddin, is a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture. The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery during the war in 1992 but was reopened in 2004 with significant contributions from the Republic of Turkey. After the personal exploration and activity time, we will return. Overnight at our hotel.

- Day 5
- Budva – Podgorica – Istanbul
- After breakfast, we proceed to Podgorica Airport. After luggage and check-in procedures, we will depart for Istanbul at 07:00 with the special flight of Air Montenegro. We arrive at Istanbul Airport at local time and the tour ends.
General terms are an integral part of the 'Tour Brochure' and the 'Tour Registration Agreement' and cannot be considered independently.
- Our tour program is organized with a certain participation requirement. In the event that sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last notification date for cancellation is 20 days before the departure of the tour. The cancellation of the tour due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through the operations of the tour.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by our agency 48 hours before the travel movement.
- Tours can be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, guests are responsible from tour to tour.
- This price list and program are valid until a new price list is released.
- Our prices in all package programs are limited to a maximum of 10 people, and an increase in price may occur for groups exceeding this number. Please inquire about price information.
- For regular passports, if the issuance date of the passport is more than 10 years, and for other types of passports, if it is more than 5 years, even if the person participating in the trip has a valid visa, they cannot travel abroad, and visa processing cannot be performed. Please check your passport information and details.
- The passport police require a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel for all types of passports (ordinary, service, diplomacy). Because of this, passports with less than 6 months of validity will not be approved by our agency. Tourdan Tura has no compensation obligation to passengers who are unable to participate in the tour due to having passports with less than 6 months of validity.
- Tourdan Tura acts as an intermediary between the consumers participating in the tour and every kind of third parties providing services related to ships, hotels, transportation companies, and the tour. Therefore, the consumers who register for the tour by applying to it are aware and accept that Tourdan Tura is not directly responsible as an operator due to lack of presence at the designated vehicle schedules, times, or places, delays of land, air, and sea vehicles from strikes, terror, war, war threats, or any similar force majeure, disruptions caused by the fault of the transportation means or personal faults of third parties, or unforeseen technical issues, material, moral damages, accommodation shortages, or faulty services of facilities, as Tourdan Tura does not have responsibilities as an operator.
- For all customs-outgoing foreign departures, it is required to be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time. Especially guests coming to the ports or airports from other cities using domestic flights should arrange their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. For this reason, delays and/or inability to participate in the tour are the responsibility of the passenger, and Tourdan Tura has no compensation obligation towards the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended that passengers perform check-in procedures in person 24 hours before the tour departure.
- Tourdan Tura acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times need to be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
- Included in the tour program services, breakfasts taken at the hotel are usually served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu called Continental breakfast, which includes butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall dedicated to the group.
- Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and are known as coach beds, the tour participant has accepted and declared that they are aware of potential crowding and bed type issues in bookings for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts apply only to one child that meets the age group requirements accompanying two adults.
- Due to the limited availability of twin (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your request for twin rooms before reservation.
- In cases where children under 18 years of age who are not considered adults do not participate in the tour with either or both parents, it is mandatory to have the necessary consent documents with them during the trip.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for the promotion of cities and last for 2-3 hours, and may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change. Museum and archaeological site entrances are not included. Extra tours will be carried out with the number of participants determined by the tour leader and can be changed by the tour leader depending on the flow of the program. Tours may not take place due to weather conditions. Tours that are not allowed to be visited for any reason by local authorities cannot be held, and Tourdan Tura cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these tours.
- Individuals participating in the tour who have health problems, pregnancy conditions, or regularly used medications must carry related reports with them.
- During extra tours to be carried out on the road, passengers who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to resting areas where they can benefit from public transport vehicles before entering the city.
- Information regarding tour – area – tour leader - hotel will be provided 48 hours prior to tour departure by your sales consultant via email and verbally.
- A passport is an official document and is subject to inspection; thus, it must not be damaged, soiled, or have tears on the stitching or pages. In such cases, the passport police have the authority to refuse entry into the country. In this case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the tour and documents requested by the consulate are required. There is no visa requirement for passengers with Turkish passports to participate in this tour. Having a visa does not mean that entry into the country will be permitted. The passport police have the authority to refuse entry into the country. In this case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

- Our tour program is organized with a minimum requirement of 40 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last notification date for cancellation is 21 days prior to the tour departure. The cancellation of the tour due to insufficient participation will be communicated by Tourdan Tura.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by Tourdan Tura 48 hours before the travel movement.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used further than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be given by Tourdan Tura 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
- Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and are known as coach beds, Tour participants have accepted and declared that they are aware of potential crowding and bed type issues in bookings for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts apply only to one child that meets the age group requirements accompanying two adults.
- Included in the tour program services, breakfasts taken at the hotel are usually served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu called Continental breakfast, which includes butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall dedicated to the group.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with guided narration from inside the vehicle, excluding museum and archaeological site entrances, and last up to a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, along with other tours mentioned in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not allow visiting, are closed due to any event, or if roads are closed because of weather conditions making the tours impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot if the conditions permit.
- Extra tours are organized by the local tour provider we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, tours cannot be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be altered by the guide based on the conditions of the museums and archaeological sites' open/closed status and weather conditions.
- Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in scheduled extra tours during the tour accept that they will wait at a suitable rest area along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside relaxation facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
- Tourdan Tura acts as an intermediary between the passengers and the airline, and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be delays in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times prior to the existing tour may change. Tourdan Tura is obliged to inform passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of changes in times when purchasing the tour.
