Need to Know
• The duration of the tour is 6 Nights 7 Days, including the day of movement and return, and it consists of 5 nights of hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent traveling.
• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are included as a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, sightseeing, etc. rights cannot be refunded.
• The child discounts applied in the tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided in the hotel accommodation.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays on an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are the preferred accommodation facilities for each tour. Changes may be made regarding the region and hotels according to availability, provided that hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated upon request 48 hours prior to the departure of the tour, depending on availability.
• The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. No selection can be made between rooms.
• Our breaks may change in terms of location and service standards due to force majeure reasons such as density, renovation, etc., provided that they remain the same.
• In program timing (regarding the order of the visited points during the day or between days), the guide may make changes if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, density at visitor spots, etc.
• Our tours are not responsible for places that could not be visited during the tour program due to force majeure (weather, road, crowding at visitor spots, etc.) or if the guests do not comply with the timings provided by our guide. In such a case, the guest has no right to claim.
• A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of bookings within the tour package increases and the date approaches, tour prices may also increase gradually. The right to increase prices from tour to tour is reserved. In this case, price fixing cannot be done without advance payment.
• Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed at the time of reservation. There is no guarantee for notes entered during the reservation. Special seat selection such as front or back cannot be made.
• The seat arrangement inside the vehicle is adjusted by the operation based on the order of reservations from tour to tour. In case of objections regarding the seat arrangement, a refund is not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours such as night tours included in the tour program will take place based on the number of participants and the existing personnel conditions. Additional tours to be conducted along the way will be carried out even if all guests do not participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in the extra tours have joined the tour accepting to wait at the break points.
• If any extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest has no claim rights. The tour is not responsible in this case.
• Extra tour prices may vary by periods. In this case, the guest's purchase date of the tour is not considered, but the date on which the tour departs is taken into account. The extra tour price during the period of the tour applies. The guest accepts this by purchasing the tour.
• The tour is not responsible for any material damage caused by the guest during the services provided by the transportation vehicle, hotel, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses reserve the right to request compensation for material damages caused by the guest.
• In the absence of one or both parents for children under 18 who are not considered adults, a consent letter must be kept with them during travel.
• Guests participating in the tour need to carry their reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they use regularly.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc. at the departure points.
• The times announced for arrival at the end of the tour are estimates, and the tour is not responsible for delays due to force majeure.
• Our guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stops we took at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different location.
• According to traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout their journey, and the tour is not responsible for any accidents in case of non-compliance.
• All personal belongings in the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest during breaks, etc.
• The first day's tour will start before checking into the hotel, so please prepare the items you need to bring separately.
• During the tour, due to the busy schedule, it may not always be possible to find places like ATMs, currency exchange, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Long distances may be traveled during the programs to be carried out. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide during the journey.
• Lunches consist of economically priced menus specific to the region. Dining tables used for lunch and dinner will be divided into groups based on regional density.
• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined according to regional density. Guests can learn about the confirmed start and end of the route two days before the tour starts, should they wish.
• In cases where the agency determines that the tour does not reach the required number of participants, the guest will be informed, and the guest will have the option to defer the tour to the next date or cancel it. Alternatively, tickets may be arranged at the nearest departure point to allow the guest to participate in the tour. In such cases, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via phone, SMS, or e-mail. The guest has no claim rights in such cases.
• In cancellations or changes made by the guest at least 30 days before the start date of the service, the amount paid will be refunded to the guest. In cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date, 30% of the reservation fee will be deducted; 50% will be deducted for cancellations and changes made between 15 and 7 days; and for cancellations and changes made 7 days or less before the date, 100% of the reservation fee will be deducted.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package can cancel their purchased package tour without specifying a reason until 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After the cancellation, the total amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover flight tickets. Guests wishing to purchase this package can add it to their reservations during booking.
• Museum Cards and entrance fees to museums are not included in the tour price. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by the guests.
**CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND GUARANTEE PACKAGE**
The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package allows the guest to cancel and make changes to the purchased package tour without stating any reason until 72 hours before the start date of the tour. Following cancellation, the full amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover flight arrangements for tours that include flights. Guests interested in purchasing this package can add it during the reservation.
**MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618**
The scope of the Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the case of the agency's bankruptcy or the non-provision of package tour services for any reason. It is included in the tour fee. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment costs. Private health insurance is the guest's responsibility.
**OUR TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES**
In our tours, transport is classified based on the number of persons as follows. Vehicle types are provided according to the number of participants in each tour. There are no headphones in our vehicles. In vehicles with TV units, it is recommended to bring an external charger as charging your phone can reduce its battery life.
