Need to Know
• The tour duration, including the day of movement and return, is 6 Nights 7 Days, with 5 nights of hotel accommodations. 1 night is spent traveling.
• In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are bundled together and cannot be separated. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing rights, etc. cannot be refunded.
• Discounts for children applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanied by two adults. Children aged 0-6 may not receive a separate bed during hotel accommodations.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually has accommodation in an extra bed.
• The hotels mentioned in the program are the priority accommodation facilities for each tour. Changes may be made to the area and hotels based on availability, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated 48 hours before the tour departure upon request, depending on availability.
• The rooms at the accommodation hotels are determined by the hotel. Room selection is not possible.
• Our rest stops may change in location and service standards due to reasons such as density, renovation, etc., provided that they remain the same in terms of service standards.
• The tour program timings (the sequence of visited points during the day or between days) may be altered by the guide if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, or density at the visiting sites.
• Our tour is not responsible for places not visited as specified in the tour program due to force majeure (weather, road, density at visiting places, etc.) or if guests do not adhere to the timings provided by the guide during the tour. In such cases, no claims can be made by the guests.
• A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. With an increase in the number of reservations in the package tour and the approach of the date, tour prices may also increase tier by tier. The right to raise prices from tour to tour is reserved. In this case, prices cannot be locked without an advance payment.
• Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed at the time of reservation. There is no guarantee for the notes entered during the reservation. Special seat selections such as front or back seats are not available.
• The seating arrangement in the vehicle is arranged by the operation based on the order of reservations. Refunds are not possible in case of objections regarding seating arrangements. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours, such as night tours included in the tour program, are subject to the number of participants and the conditions of the available personnel. Extra tours to be conducted along the way will take place even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed to rest areas or city centers by our guide. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have joined the tour under the condition of waiting at the rest stop.
• In the event that an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest has no claim. The tour is not responsible in this case.
• Extra tour prices may vary by season. In this situation, the date of departure of the tour is considered, not the date the guest purchased the tour. The extra tour price valid in the period when the tour occurs will apply. The guest accepts this upon purchasing the tour.
• The tour is not responsible for any material damages incurred by the guests in the services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, food outlets, and suppliers. Businesses reserve the right to claim damages caused by guests.
• For children under 18 who are not considered legal adults, a consent form from one or both parents must be present during the tour if they are not accompanying the child.
• Guests participating in the tour must carry reports related to health issues, pregnancy, and medications they are continuously using.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc. at the specified departure times.
• Information related to the estimated arrival times at the end of the tour is approximate, and the tour is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stops taken at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different location to the vehicle personnel.
• According to traffic law, it is mandatory for all guests in the vehicle to wear seatbelts during their travels, and the tour is not responsible for any situation that arises otherwise.
• All personal belongings inside the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest in rest stops, etc.
• Since the first day's excursion will start before checking into the hotel, please prepare the items you need to have with you separately.
• Due to the intensity of the program during the tour, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
• The itineraries may include long distances. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide inside the vehicle.
• Lunches are prepared with region-specific economical menus. Grouped tables may be used for lunch and dinner depending on regional density.
• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. Before the tour begins, guests can learn about the finalized starting and ending routes if they contact us two days in advance.
• In cases where the agency does not reach the sufficient number for the tour, the guest will be informed, and according to the guest's wish, the tour can be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, ticketing can be done for the nearest departure point to allow the guest to participate in the tour. In such circumstances, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via phone, SMS, or email. In this situation, no claims can be made by the guest.
• Cancellations and modifications made by the guest up to 30 days before the start date of the service will result in a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations and modifications made between 29 and 15 days before the tour will incur a 30% deduction of the reservation fee; those made between 15 and 7 days will incur a 50% deduction; and those made 7 days or less before the tour will incur a 100% deduction from the reservation fee.
• Guests who purchase the cancellation, refund, and guarantee package can cancel the purchased package tour without specifying a reason until 72 hours before the tour starts. After cancellation, the entire amount of the package tour fee paid will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. The cancellation, refund, and guarantee package does not cover flight tickets. Guests wishing to purchase this package can do so by adding it to their reservation during the reservation process.
• Museum Cards and entrance fees to museums are not included in the tour fee. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by the guests.
**CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND GUARANTEE PACKAGE**
The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package allows the guest to cancel and make changes to the purchased package tour without specifying any reasons until 72 hours before the tour's start date. After cancellation, the entire amount of the package tour fee will be refunded without any deductions according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover flight transportation in tours with flights. Guests wishing to purchase this package can add it as a supplement to their reservation during the booking process.
**MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618**
Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or failure to provide the package tour service for any reason. It is included in the tour fee. It does not provide health insurance and does not cover treatment costs. Private health insurance is the guest's responsibility.

In vehicles with TV units, it is recommended to bring an external charger as charging your phone might decrease its battery life.
