We meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport **3 hours before the flight.** After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we begin our flight to Dubai with Emirates Airlines. Day 2 DUBAI - BALI Upon our arrival in Dubai, we will take our flight to Bali after the transfer with Emirates Airlines. We will spend the night on the plane. After arriving in Bali, Indonesia’s most visited island known for its beaches, we will transfer to our hotel with our private bus waiting at the airport. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 3 BALI After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for our **Lunch Included Ubud & Kintamani Batur Volcano** tour with our guests. In this full-day tour, we will closely explore Bali’s impressive culture, handcrafted art, picturesque rice fields, traditional villages, and the extraordinary scenery of Mount Batur and its lake. First, we will go to Batubulan to watch the cultural Barong Dance performance. Afterwards, we will visit the Celuk & Mas Villages, known for their gold, silver, and wood carving arts, where we will observe artists carving intricate designs on wooden blocks. After Mas Village, we will stop at Goa Gajah, the Elephant Cave dating back to the 11th century. Next, we will head to the cool mountains of Kintamani for lunch. We will first admire Mount Batur from above the valley and take pictures overlooking Batur Lake, which is marked by black lava streaks. Then we will enjoy our lunch at a restaurant with lovely views. Afterwards, we will visit the Holy Water Spring, which is believed to have magical healing powers. Our tour will continue with Bali’s artistic heart, Ubud Village. The places we will see include Tegallalang rice terraces, Ubud Art Market, Tegenungan Waterfall, and coffee plantations. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 4 BALI After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for our **Lunch Included Bedugul & Gitgit Waterfall Tour**. Located in Bali's highlands, Bedugul is part of Bali but is completely different from the others in every sense. Known as Bali's coldest place, Bedugul has a unique climate. Surrounded by lush forests, it hosts some of the most surprising waterfalls in Bali. After having lunch at a local restaurant, we will visit Lake Bratan and the iconic Ulun Danu Beratan Temple located on the lake. After the tour, we will return to our hotel and have free time to rest. We will head out for dinner at **“Jimbaran Beach Seafood Restaurant”**. After the tour, transfer back to our hotel and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 5 BALI After breakfast at the hotel, we will move to **Mengiat Beach** located in the Nusa Dua region. You can swim in the white sandy beach formed by ocean corals and the crystal-clear blue sea, relax on a sun lounger while having a foot massage, and enjoy the sun, sand, and sea while sipping on fresh coconut water. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 6 BALI After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for our **Lunch Included Tanah Lot Temples & Monkey Forest** tour. We will see the Royal Temple in Kapal village, which includes 3 temples and the Monkey Forest, home to approximately 300 monkeys believed to be the guardians of the temples, and the Tanah Lot Temples built on a rock overlooking the ocean. After that, we will move to the world-famous Monkey Forest. Lunch will be local Indonesian cuisine. At the end of the tour, you will have the opportunity to watch Bali’s magnificent sunset. Free time for sunbathing. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 7 BALI - DUBAI After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out of the rooms and have free time until the transfer time announced by your guide. We will then transfer to the airport. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we will fly to Dubai with Emirates Airlines. Overnight on the plane. Day 8 DUBAI - ISTANBUL After arriving in Dubai, we will continue our flight to Istanbul with Emirates Airlines. Once we arrive at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services will conclude. Bali Entry Information;

The Bali Government will impose a Tourist Tax on foreign tourists traveling by air, sea, and land. The tax must be paid electronically. A tax of 150,000 IDR (10 USD) will be collected from all foreign visitors.

1- Our passengers will be able to fill in the data and pay the fee before arriving at the entrance gate to Bali by accessing the https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id website or through the Love Bali Application on mobile.

2- The payment method must be credit card, bank transfer, virtual account, or QRIS.

3- If payment cannot be made through the Love Bali application, foreign tourists will need to make non-cash payments at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) payment points at the airport.

4- Upon successful completion of the transaction, our foreign tourist passengers will receive a notification that the fee has been paid. After the payment is completed, our passengers will be able to enter the country.

Important Information;

- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people. In case there is insufficient participation for the trip, the last cancellation notification date will be 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be informed to you through your agency.

- In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is conducted, English guidance may be provided.

- If only category information is provided without mentioning names and/or if options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed to you by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.

- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. In such cases, your agency will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.

- Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed designated for the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are composed of what are called fold-out and coach beds, the tour participants acknowledge that they have accepted the potential tightness and type of bed that may occur in reservations for 3rd persons and/or children. Child discounts are valid for one child that meets the age group, accompanying two adults.

- The breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country, generally offered as a limited menu called continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served separately in a designated hall for groups.

- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted with a maximum duration of 2-3 hours without including museum or site entrance fees, accompanied by a guide's narration from the vehicle. Panoramic tours, as well as other tours indicated in the program, are not the responsibility of the tour company if they cannot be realized due to local authorities not allowing visits to the sites or closed roads due to any event on the day and hour of the tour, or if it is made impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot, as feasible, in areas where closed roads or vehicle entry is not permitted.

- Extra tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive service with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, excursions cannot be conducted, or the prices, contents, and used vehicles for extra trips may change based on participant numbers. Additionally, the days and hours of the tours may be changed by the guide based on the open/closed status of the museums and sites to be visited and the weather conditions.

- Extra tours are at the participant's discretion and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are considered to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the point where they were left after the completion of the tour.

- If only category information is provided and/or if alternative information is available for the same destination, you may learn about the hotel(s) you will stay at 48 hours before the tour movement.

- In our promotional and early booking campaign tours, guests cannot cancel or change.

- The tour serves as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, and hours may change before the existing tour and flight. The tour is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.

VISA

- There is a Visa on Arrival application for Turkish Republic citizens. It is sufficient to have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date for visa application.

- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

- The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The tour is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.

- In order to avoid problems at the border customs with passports that are torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged, it is necessary to renew those passports, and if they are a citizen of Turkey needing a visa for the visited country, it is required that the visa be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

- Guests under the age of 18 are advised to be cautious as it may be required to present documentation showing parental consent when traveling alone or with only one parent during entry-exit from the country.
