After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our Etihad Airways scheduled flight to Abu Dhabi begins. Following our arrival in Abu Dhabi, we will transfer to our scheduled flight with Etihad Airways to Bangkok. After arriving in Bangkok, we proceed to our private bus waiting for us at the airport. Transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight stay at our hotel. 2nd Day BANGKOK We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, we set off for our Panoramic City Tour of Bangkok. During our panoramic city tour, we will see attractions such as Chinatown, Flower Market, Democracy Monument, Ministries Avenue, the Parliament Building, and the current King's Palace in Bangkok. Next, we will visit the world-famous Golden Buddha Statue. After the tour, we transfer back to the hotel and have free time. Overnight stay at our hotel. 3rd Day BANGKOK – PHUKET After breakfast at the hotel, we check out and set off for our Floating Market tour. On this tour, we exit Bangkok and first stop at a coconut farm in the Samut Songkhram district, where the world-renowned Siamese Twins were born. Here we gather information on how the Thai people benefit from coconut trees and see souvenirs made from this tree. You can also visit the orchid garden inside. After leaving, we take a 10-minute bus ride to the pier where Thai-style boats depart. We board the boats and enjoy a pleasant journey for about half an hour with gorgeous exotic Southeast Asian scenery until we reach the famous Floating Market, which has appeared on magazine covers. During our tour of the floating market, you will see the open market set up in canoes and have the opportunity to shop. We will explore the floating market until the afternoon closure. On the return journey to Bangkok, you will get to taste the famous tropical fruits of Thailand, provided by your guide. Then we head to Bangkok airport. After completing baggage procedures, we take a local airline flight to Phuket. After arriving in Phuket, transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel. 4th Day PHUKET We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we set off for our full-day Phi Phi Island tour with lunch included. We quickly reach Phi Phi Don, one of the two heavenly coral islands near Phuket with speedboats. We visit Maya Bay, where some scenes of the film “The Beach” starring Hollywood star Leonardo Di Caprio were shot, with its palm tree-lined beach and crystal-clear turquoise sea. Our second stop is Phi Phi Ley, where we will visit the Viking Cave. Our lunch will be on Phi Phi Island. After the tour, transfer back to our hotel and free time. Overnight stay at our hotel. 5th Day PHUKET After breakfast at the hotel, we have free time to enjoy the sun, sand, and sea at the beaches of Phuket. 6th Day PHUKET – BANGKOK – PATTAYA After breakfast at the hotel, we check out and set off for our Elephant Safari tour. How many times in your life can you go on a safari on an elephant? Here’s your chance. After gathering information about elephants, we will go on a safari through the forest on elephants. On the way, we will visit the world-famous Jewelry Factory, vital to Thailand's economy, where you can find valuable stones in various shapes and forms. Then we transfer to Phuket airport. After completing baggage procedures, we fly to Bangkok with a local airline. Upon arrival in Bangkok, we head to Pattaya. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in Pattaya and free time. Overnight stay at our hotel. 7th Day PATTAYA We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we set off for our Crocodile Farm tour with our guests. Here, we will watch the dangerous show with the crocodiles, then we will stroll through the gardens arranged with tropical plants and trees. You'll be able to take pictures with tigers, feed elephants, and see various Southeast Asian wildlife in the garden. Next, we will set off for our Nong Nooch Tropical Garden tour. We guarantee you will take many photos in this remarkably well-organized garden, which has received awards for years in Thailand. First, we will watch a cultural show where we get to know Thai culture up close, showcasing Thai dances, Thai boxing, and recreations of historical battles, among other performances. In such cases, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour departure. - Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are either rollaway or coach beds, participants in 3rd person and/or child reservations will be deemed to have accepted potential crowding and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for one child who meets the age criteria staying with two adults. - The services included in the tour program, such as breakfasts taken at the hotel, are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and are generally served as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, which may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group. - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized to provide a general introduction to the cities and are conducted with a guide's narration from the vehicle, without including museum or site entrance fees and lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. If these panoramic tours cannot be conducted due to restrictions imposed by local authorities on the days and times indicated in the program, due to inclement weather, or due to closed roads necessitated by any events, the tour provider shall not be responsible for the inability to conduct the associated tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot if there are closed roads or areas where vehicle access is not permitted. - Additional tours are organized by the local agency providing our service with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the adequate number is not achieved, excursions may not be conducted or the prices, content, and used vehicles for extra excursions may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and sites, as well as weather conditions. - Additional tours are optional for participants and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours arranged during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the same location after the tour is completed. - When only category information is provided and/or where alternative information is available for the same destination, you may learn about the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the tour departure. - Tour flights are group tickets, and flight times may vary. You can confirm the current flight details from your agency. Updated times will be communicated to you via the tour information from your agency. - It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without purchasing domestic flight tickets. If the passenger has acquired the domestic connection flight from a different supplier independently from the agency, in the case that the tour is canceled by the agency or if there is a change in flight times, the passenger cannot claim any fee refunds from the agency. Passengers accept in advance all potential financial and moral losses that may arise from changes or cancellations of the tour when purchasing the tour. The agency cannot be held responsible for this matter. - Per airline regulations, if a round-trip ticket is purchased, the return flight will be canceled if the departure flight is not used. - Guests who are included in the tour without a flight must be present at the tour's starting point on their own and without any delay. In case of any issues, they will be responsible for all transfers on their own. - Guests who do not appear at the designated airport at the scheduled times as per airline regulations, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures on time but miss the flight will not hold the tour responsible for their inability to board the flight. All costs related to obtaining new round-trip tickets necessary for those who miss the flight and transfers in the destination area are to be borne by themselves. - Individuals participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identifications, and the tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the person, and all expenses incurred during delivery will be borne by the item owner. - In cases of illness, loss, or theft, the guide cannot accompany guests individually as the integrity and continuity of the group are essential. - When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the correct names, birth dates, and passport numbers as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties for ticket cancellations and changes due to incorrect information will be charged to you. - In some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may incur fees. - During the tour, seat numbers in the bus cannot be guaranteed. - The times communicated by our guide during the tours are the times for vehicle movement. Our guide, responsible for treating all guests fairly, will not wait at meeting times and will move the vehicle. In case of any delay, the guest who arrives late must manage transportation to the next stop on their own. - Additional tours are organized by the local agency we work with and require a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, excursions cannot be conducted, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for additional tours may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be adjusted by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and sites as well as weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. - Additional tours are not mandatory in our classic packages where they are not included. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the additional tours arranged during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the appropriate rest stop before the additional tour starts and picked up at the same location after the tour. - In programs where extra tours are included, entrance fees for the museum & archaeological sites must be paid either during reservation to your agency or to the guide during the tour. - Participants accept that they will pay the pre-announced amounts for expenses related to local guides, museum & site entries, city taxes, and if there is an audio system like earphones, in return for participating in the tours scheduled in the tour program and understand that they have been fully informed regarding this requirement. - The tour serves as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and is subject to the La Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be flight delays for scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the trip and flight. The tour is obliged to inform about these changes at the earliest opportunity. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. VISA - There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. A passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel is sufficient for the visa application. - Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if they are more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or the airline may refuse to carry them. In such cases, the responsibility falls on the passenger. - The visa information provided in the program applies to Turkish citizens. Guests holding passports from outside the Republic of Turkey should obtain their visa information from the relevant consulates. - Passport control officers have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The responsibility in this regard lies with the passenger and not the tour. - To avoid issues with customs at the border due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, those passports should be renewed, and if a Turkish citizen is traveling to a country that requires a visa, this visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility rests with the passenger. - Guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one parent are advised to show a document indicating the mutual consent of both parents at the entry-exit points, and it is recommended that both the minors and their parents be aware of this matter.
