We kindly ask those who will purchase domestic connecting tickets to get information. We meet at the international departure terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket and boarding procedures, we take our flight to Aqaba with Turkish Airlines. Day 2 AQABA – WADI RUM Upon our arrival in Aqaba, we transfer to our special bus waiting for us at the airport and proceed to our hotel. Accommodation is in our hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, we will have a panoramic city tour of Aqaba. Aqaba, which connects Jordan with the Red Sea and is historically significant due to its location, is bordered by Egypt and Saudi Arabia. With 300 sunny days and the sea temperature remaining constant throughout the year, swimming is always possible in the city. After our free time for lunch, we proceed to Wadi Rum, which is the largest valley in Jordan. Upon arrival, we will have a safari tour in Wadi Rum. We will do a safari tour with vehicles in Wadi Rum, where we will see pink sands and unique natural formations in an area of 74,000 hectares. After the tour, free time to settle into our camp rooms. Dinner and accommodation at our Wadi Rum camp. Day 3 WADI RUM – PETRA – AMMAN After breakfast at our camp, we move to have our Petra tour with lunch. We start our tour in the ancient city of Petra, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List and is one of the Seven Wonders of the World, and was the capital of the Nabataean Kingdom between 400 BC and 106 AD. During our tour, we will see Al-Khazneh (the Treasury), the Roman theater, and the royal tombs in the city known as the "Rose City" due to the colors of the pink, red, yellow, and orange rocks. After the tour, we have a break for lunch. Following lunch, we transfer to Amman and upon arrival, we conduct a panoramic city tour. The modern capital of Jordan, Amman, was established on 7 hills in the past, and today it covers 19 hills. This city, which is a mixture of modern and ancient, features the Roman Theater, which is still used for cultural and artistic activities with a capacity of six thousand, the Amman Citadel on one of the 7 hills that make up Amman, the Umayyad Palace consisting of the remnants of the old city, and the National Museum, which will be among the places we will see panoramically. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 4 AMMAN – DEAD SEA – MADABA – MOUNT NEBO – AMMAN After breakfast at the hotel, we head for our tour of Madaba & Mount Nebo & Dead Sea with lunch. First, we go to the city of Madaba, known as the city of churches, located southwest of Amman. St. George's Greek Orthodox Church is famous for the Madaba mosaic map, which is the oldest known map of the Holy Lands. This map, dating back to the 6th century AD, covers the region from Byblos (present-day Jbeil, Lebanon) to Teba (Egypt). Next, we move to Mount Nebo. Nebo, located at about 817 meters above sea level in Jordan, is the highest point of the Avarim Mountains. In the Bible, it is mentioned as the place where the Promised Land was shown to Moses. We continue our tour towards the Dead Sea. During our free time here, guests may swim in the Dead Sea depending on weather conditions. After a lunch break, we transfer to our hotel and free time. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 5 AMMAN – ISTANBUL After breakfast at the hotel, we check out of our rooms and head for our tour of Jerash Ancient City. Jerash, known as 'Gerasa' in ancient Roman times, dates back to 6500 BC and has been home to many civilizations, boasting significant remnants from the Romans that have withstood the test of time. During our visit to Jerash Ancient City, we will take a short journey into the past. After the tour, we will transfer to the airport at the time indicated by our guide. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we will depart for Istanbul with Turkish Airlines. Upon arrival, our tour and services will conclude. -Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation condition of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the agency will notify you of the cancellation on the last notification date, which is 21 days before the trip date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
-In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip.
-During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located at distances greater than the mentioned kilometers or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will notify you 48 hours before the trip.
-Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are a maximum of 2-3 hours long, conducted solely from within the vehicle with a guided narrative. These tours do not include entrance fees for museums or historical sites. The tour is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours if local authorities do not allow visits or access on the day and time of the tour, or due to closed roads related to any event, or if the weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours can be conducted via public transport or on foot where vehicle access is not permitted.
-Triple rooms are subject to availability in hotels, and in such rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. The extra beds are described as folding and coach beds, so tour participants are deemed to have accepted the potential crowdedness and type of bed in rooms booked for the 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only for a single child of the eligible age group staying with 2 adults. No bed guarantee is given for children aged 0-2 in hotels.
-Breakfasts included in the tour program are generally served in a separate hall allocated for groups, consisting of a limited menu with butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and are in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited.
-Flight times for group tickets may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated to you by your agency with the tour information.
-It is necessary to confirm tour flight times without taking a domestic flight. If a guest has obtained a domestic connection flight from a different provider independently of the agency, in cases where the tour is cancelled by the agency or there is a time change, the guest cannot claim any refund from the agency. Guests accept beforehand any possible material and moral losses resulting from cancellations or changes in the tour. The agency cannot be held responsible for this.
-According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets purchased is not used, the return flight will be cancelled by the airline.
-Guests who are included in the tour without flights must be present at the starting point of the tour without any delays and using their own means. Otherwise, they will have to arrange all their transfers at their own expense.
-Guests who do not present themselves at the designated airport at the times specified by the airline, who do not check in and board on time, or who check in and board on time but are unable to board the flight are not covered by the tour for non-realization of the flight. Guests who miss the flight are responsible for all costs related to purchasing new round-trip tickets and transfers in the area to which they will travel.
-Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports, and IDs, and the tour is not responsible for any forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and any costs incurred during delivery will be borne by the owner of the item.
-In cases of illness, loss, theft, or similar situations, due to the necessity of maintaining the integrity and continuity of the group, the guide cannot accompany guests individually during such adverse situations.
-Accurate information must be provided during the purchase of the tour regarding the name, date of birth, and passport number stated on the passport. Flight tickets will be issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellations and changes due to incorrect information will be charged to you.
-Some airlines may charge extra for meal and online check-in services.
-Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during the use of the bus during the tour.
-During our tours, the times communicated by our guide to the guests are the times when the vehicle is scheduled to move. Our guide, who is responsible for treating all guests equally, will not wait at the meeting times and will move the vehicle promptly. In case of a delay by any guest, they will have to make their own arrangements to reach the next stop.
-Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum requirement of 20 participants. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, trips cannot be made, or prices, content, and the vehicle to be used for extra trips may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archeological sites and weather conditions at the destinations. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
-In our classic packages where extra tours are not included, participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours accept to wait at a nearby rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from that point after the tour concludes.
-In itineraries that include extra tours, it is mandatory to pay for the entrance fees of museums and archaeological sites to your agency during the reservation or to the guide during the tour.
-Between the airline and passengers, the agency acts as an intermediary subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing trip. The agency is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
-There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. Passengers can travel with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of the end of their trip.
-Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be conducted by the airline. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
-Completeness of your passport and travel documents does not guarantee entry into the country, as border police have the authority to deny entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
-To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged passports, the mentioned passports must be renewed. If the country requires visas for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must also be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
-Since guests under the age of 18 may be asked by authorities for a document showing the joint consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent, we advise that minors and their parents take sensitivity towards this issue.
