After luggage, ticket and boarding procedures, our flight to Saigon starts with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. We spend the night on the plane. 2nd Day SAIGON Upon our arrival in Saigon, we transfer to our private bus waiting for us at the airport and head to a local restaurant for our dinner. Then, we transfer to our hotel in Saigon and have free time to rest. Overnight at the hotel. 3rd Day SAIGON After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Cu Chi Tunnels tour with Lunch. The underground tunnel network, which had great strategic importance during the Vietnam War, is one of the most significant symbols of the war. We will see the trench, camps, and tunnels that were built by the North Vietnamese people during the Vietnam – U.S. war, which has become a city during the war. After the tour, we will have lunch at a local restaurant. Then we proceed for our Saigon city tour. The places to be seen during our city tour include the Independence Palace, Opera House, Historical Post Office, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and Ben Thanh Market. After the city tour, we transfer to a local restaurant for dinner. Afterward, we transfer back to our hotel in Saigon and have free time to rest. Overnight at the hotel. 4th Day SAIGON After breakfast at the hotel, we embark on our Mekong Delta tour with Lunch, famous for its vast river network and fertile lands. Our first stop on the tour is the Cao Dai Temple located in the Ben Luc region. This temple is an important religious structure and tourist attraction, known for its architecture and philosophy. The symbol of the religion is a grand eye, believed to be the left eye of God, and is located at the entrance of the temple. Then, we start our tour by boarding boats at My Tho pier. During our boat tour, we will see the Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise islands in turn. We will have the chance to visit Chuong Duong Fruit Gardens during our tour. In this area, we will have the opportunity to taste both tropical fruits and Vietnam’s beautiful green tea accompanied by local Vietnamese music. Afterward, we will visit the coconut products workshop, where we will see the production of coconut products and get information. At the end of our tour, we will have lunch at a local restaurant and return to the city of Saigon. After dinner, we transfer back to our hotel in Saigon. Overnight at the hotel. 5th Day SAIGON – SIEM REAP After breakfast at the hotel, we check out of our rooms and have free time until the time announced by our guide. Then we move to the airport for our flight to Siem Reap. After completing passport and baggage procedures, we will board our local airline flight to Siem Reap and transfer to a local restaurant for our dinner upon arrival. Afterward, we are transferred to our hotel and have free time to rest. Overnight at the hotel. 6th Day SIEM REAP After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our full-day Angkor Wat Temple tour with Lunch. We will visit Angkor Wat, the largest temple in the world, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage list, and the Khmer capital Angkor Thom. The temple complex, which is built on an area of 81 hectares, is even larger than the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive 5 towers are on the Cambodian flag. According to art historians, this principal work is the best example of Khmer art and architecture, and its towers symbolize the five peaks of Meru. The surrounding wall symbolizes the mountains at the end of the world, and the trench behind the wall symbolizes the oceans beyond. After having lunch, we will visit Ta Prohm, one of the most beautiful temples in the region. The temple, used in the Tomb Raider films starring Angelina Jolie, is famous for not having undergone any restoration since it was discovered. This mysterious temple creates a unique visual feast with the trees growing inside it. At the end of the tour, we have our dinner at a local restaurant, after which we transfer back to our hotel in Siem Reap and have free time to rest. Overnight at the hotel. 7th Day SIEM REAP – HANOI After breakfast at the hotel, we check out of our rooms and depart for our Tonle Sap tour with Lunch. Tonle Sap, located 10 km from Siem Reap, is the largest lake in Southeast Asia. On this massive lake, we will witness the life of people living on the water, including floating schools, restaurants, hospitals, and more. After the tour, we have our lunch at a local restaurant. Then, we transfer to the airport for our flight to Hanoi with a local airline. After completing passport and baggage procedures, we will fly to Hanoi. After arriving in Hanoi, we transfer to a local restaurant for our dinner. Then, we transfer to our hotel in Hanoi and have free time to rest. Overnight at the hotel. 8th Day HANOI After breakfast at the hotel, we embark on our Hanoi city tour. During our tour, we will see Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, the first university in Vietnam, the Literature Temple, and the Single Pillar Pagoda. After a tour in the old town center with a local transportation vehicle called rickshaw, we will have our lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, we will proceed for our Evening Water Puppet Theater and Night tour. We will watch the Water Puppet Theater, an important part of the culture of the Red River Delta in Hanoi, and have our dinner afterward. After our evening tour with rickshaws in the old town center, we return to our hotel in Hanoi and have free time to rest. Overnight at the hotel. 9th Day HANOI – HALONG BAY After breakfast at the hotel, we check out of our rooms for a Halong Bay Boat tour with Lunch and Dinner, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. On this delightful boat tour, we will explore one of the world’s most magnificent natural beauties, with islands and caves around the bay. We will have our lunch and dinner on the boat. Overnight on the boat. 10th Day HALONG BAY – HANOI – ISTANBUL After breakfast on the boat, we will explore the serene and tranquil spots of Ha Long Bay with small boats. At dawn, you will find yourself wrapped in nature, surrounded only by the sound of oars touching the water. Afterward, we arrive at the port and continue our journey to Hanoi City by road. On the way, we will visit Bat Trang village where traditional pottery is made. During our approximately 2-hour visit, we will see how traditional pots are made and can purchase pots made by local people. Then we transfer to the airport. After completing baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, our flight to Istanbul begins. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the agency will notify you of the cancellation by the last cancellation notification date, which is 21 days prior to the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency. -If there is insufficient participation but the tour is conducted, English guidance may be provided. -When the program specifies only category information without mentioning the names of hotels and/or when options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the trip. -During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified kilometers or in a different city. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours before the trip. -Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted in a maximum of 2-3 hours with panoramic narration from the vehicle, excluding entrance to museums and historical sites. The tour is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours due to local authorities not allowing visits on the designated day and time, closed roads, or impossible weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or there is no vehicle access. -Three-person rooms can be provided depending on the hotel's availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Three-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since additional beds are composed of folding beds and coach beds, the tour participant accepts the possibility of congestion and bed types in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child of the age group staying with two accompanying adults. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2 in hotels. -The breakfasts included in the tour program are offered in line with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally consist of a limited menu known as a continental breakfast, which includes butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups. -Tour flights are group tickets, so flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Up-to-date timings will be communicated to you by your agency during the tour information. -It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without purchasing a domestic flight. If the guest has obtained a connecting domestic flight from a different service provider independently of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in the event of cancellation or time changes by the agency. The guest acknowledges the possible material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation or change of the tour at the time of purchasing the tour. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation. -According to the regulations of airlines; if the departure flight of round-trip plane tickets purchased is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline. -Guests included in the tour without flights must be present at the starting point of the tour at their own expense and without any delay. Otherwise, they will be responsible for all their transfers independently. -Travel participants who are not present at the indicated airport at the specified times according to airline rules, who fail to complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but cannot board the plane, are not responsible for the tour in case of failing to catch the flight. Guests who miss the flight are responsible for obtaining new round-trip plane tickets necessary for participation in the tour and all related transfers in the region to be visited. -Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities, and the tour is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or to the person, and costs incurred during transportation will be borne by the item owner. -In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., the guide cannot accompany guests individually due to the continuity and integrity of the group. -At the time of purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to correctly inform the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties arising from incorrect information will be charged to you for ticket cancellations and changes. -Some airlines may charge for food and beverage and online check-in services. -Seat numbers on the bus during the tour cannot be guaranteed. -The times communicated by our guide to the guests during the tours are the times for the movement of the vehicle wheels. Our guide, responsible for treating all guests' rights equally, will not wait during meeting times and will move the vehicle. In such a case, late guests must arrange their transportation independently to the next stop. -Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, subject to a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the tours may be canceled, or the prices, contents, and vehicles for extra tours may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and hours of the tours may be altered by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. -In classic packages where extra tours are not included, participation in extra tours is optional for the participant and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours are deemed to accept to wait at a suitable rest facility on the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the same spot after the tour is completed. -In programs where extra tours are included, payment of museum and site entrance fees is mandatory either at the time of reservation to your agency or to the guide during the tour. -The participant accepts in advance that they will pay for local guide fees, museum and site entrance fees, city taxes, any audio system costs as communicated in the tour program, and confirms that they have been fully informed about this. -Tour organizations are subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol, acting as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger. There may be delays inherent in scheduled and charter flights, or times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. The tour organization is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. VISA -Turkish citizens are subject to visa requirements. When applying for a visa, it is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel end date and the documents listed for "Required Documents for Visa" from our agency. -Guests traveling with green passports must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago; otherwise, they may not be allowed entry into the country and/or their flights may not be executed by the airline. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger. -For holders of green passports, no visa requirement exists, and it is sufficient to have a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel end date. -Having obtained a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny entry. The tour organization is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. -For passports that are torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged; to avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited; such passports should be renewed, and if traveling to a country requiring a visa from Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. -For guests under 18 years of age, there may be a requirement to present a document showing the joint consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent. Therefore, we advise sensitivity on this matter to guests under 18 and their parents.
