After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we transfer to our special bus waiting for us at the airport after our flight with Uzbekistan Airlines to Tashkent. We will see places including the Mausoleum and Complex of Hz. Emir Külal (qs), Hz. -Our Tour Program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. In case sufficient participation is not reached, the agency will notify you of the cancellation no later than 21 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

-In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or where options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour departure.

-During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will notify you 48 hours before the tour departure.

-Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are general introductory tours of cities conducted in a panoramic manner from inside the vehicle with the guide's narration and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. These tours are a maximum of 2-3 hours. If the mentioned tours cannot be conducted due to local authorities’ restrictions, road closures due to any event, or if the weather conditions make the tour impossible, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where access is not allowed either due to closed roads or vehicle entry restrictions.

-Triple rooms are available depending on the hotel's availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Because the extra beds are converted beds or coach beds, participants in the reservation of 3rd persons and/or children accept they may experience crowding and bed type issues in the rooms. Child discounts apply to one child of eligible age group staying with two adults. There is no bed guarantee in hotels for children aged 0-2.

-Services included in the tour program, such as breakfasts taken at hotels, are offered with a limited menu generally consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, suitable for the breakfast culture of the country, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.

-Since the tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be provided by your agency in the tour information.

-It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without purchasing domestic flights. If the guest has obtained a domestic connection flight from a different provider independently of the agency, in the case of cancellation of the trip by the agency or if there is a change in flight times, the guest cannot request any refund from the agency. The guest accepts any monetary or moral losses that may arise from the cancellation or alteration of the tour at the time of purchasing the tour. TURDAN TURA cannot be held responsible for this situation.

-According to the airline's rules; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets purchased is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.

-Guests who are included in the tour without flights must be at the tour starting point on time and without delay with their own means. Otherwise, they will have to provide their own transportation for all transfers.

-For participants in the tour who are not present at the specified airport at the indicated times according to the airline rules, who do not check in and board on time, or who check in and board on time but are unable to board the plane, TURDAN TURA is not responsible for the situation of not being able to take the flight. Guests who miss their flight are responsible for all expenses related to the procurement of new round-trip flight tickets necessary for their participation in the tour and local transfers.

-Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identity cards, and TURDAN TURA is not responsible for items that are forgotten, lost, or stolen. In the event that forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the expenses incurred during transportation are the responsibility of the item owner.

-In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., in order to maintain the integrity and continuity of the group, the guide cannot accompany guests one-on-one under such negative circumstances.

-It is mandatory to provide the correct name, date of birth, and passport number as stated on the passport at the time of purchasing the tour. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to you.

-In some airlines, food and drink and online check-in services may be subject to charges.

-During the tour, seat numbers are not guaranteed on the bus.

-During our tours, the times communicated by our guide to guests refer to the time of movement, i.e., the turning of the vehicle's wheels. Our guide, who is responsible for ensuring equal right to all guests, will not wait at the meeting times and will move the vehicle. In case of any delays, late guests must arrange their own transportation to the next stop.

-Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people by the local agency from which we receive service. If the required number is not reached, the tours may not be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during the extra tours.

-In classic packages where extra tours are not included, participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to accept to wait at an available rest area on the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest area before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.

-In programs where extra tours are included, entrance fees to museums & archaeological sites must be paid to your agency upon reservation or to the guide during the tour.

-TURDAN TURA is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and private flights or existing trips and flights may change before the scheduled times. TURDAN TURA is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

VISA

-There is no visa requirement for T.C. citizens. It is sufficient to have a valid passport for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

-Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue of their passport is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or the airline may refuse to operate their flights. In such cases, the responsibility falls on the passenger.

-The visa information mentioned in the program applies to the citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding passports other than the Republic of Turkey should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.

-The passport police have the authority to refuse entry into the country. TURDAN TURA is not responsible for this situation, and responsibility falls on the passenger.

-To avoid problems with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed, and if the country being visited requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility falls on the passenger.

-Guests under the age of 18 who travel alone or only with one of the parents may be asked to present a document showing the common consent of both parents when entering and leaving the country, so we advise guests under 18 and their parents to be sensitive to this issue.
