We meet at the international departure terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before our departure (one calendar day before the departure date). After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Rabat begins with Air Arabia Airlines. Upon arrival at Rabat Airport, we transfer to Marrakech with our private bus waiting for us at the airport. After having breakfast at a local restaurant, guests wishing can join an extra tour organized to visit the Majorelle Garden & Bahia Palace & Marrakech Medina Shopping (80 Euro). We will visit the Majorelle Garden, one of the most beautiful places in Marrakech, established by French furniture designer and painter Jacques Majorelle and later transformed into its current state by famous designer Yves Saint Laurent. During this visit, we will get information about argan oil and exotic spices and visit the Bahia Palace adorned with country-specific tile work called zelij. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel in Marrakech and have free time to rest. Then, guests wishing can participate in the optional extra organized dinner at Chez Ali Fantasia Show (65 Euro). We will enjoy a delightful dinner featuring traditional Moroccan flavors in a carefully decorated Berber tent, with performances by folklore groups from various regions of Morocco. In this region, the highest density of Argan trees can be found. First, we visit the Argan Oil Cooperative and learn about Argan oil. Then we reach Essaouira, located on the Atlantic coast. This city, reminiscent of the old Bodrum, is a world-famous ancient Portuguese city. Recognized as a "World Heritage" site by UNESCO, the city features a fishing port and is a coastal town where art and culture intertwine. It has also served as a backdrop for many productions, including Orson Welles' Othello and the widely-watched series Game of Thrones. The city's fortress, fishing port, and Medina, built by adapting ancient Roman cities, are among the places to see. You can explore the city in its narrow labyrinthine streets and enjoy some delightful shopping. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel in Marrakech for free time to rest. Then, guests wishing can join the extra organized dinner at Dar Soukkar Local Restaurant in Marrakech (75 Euro). On our route, we will see that Ouarzazate has been used as a set for many Hollywood films, including The Message, Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy, Gladiator, Alexander the Great, and Babylon, as well as the recent television phenomenon Game of Thrones. After arriving in Ouarzazate, we proceed to our hotel. Then those who wish can participate in the extra organized tour of the Atlas Film Studios (25 Euro). Our tour includes a visit to the Atlas Film Studios, which has hosted many film and series sets like The Message, Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy, Gladiator, Alexander the Great, and Babylon. Today, we will have a travel story-like day, as on one side of the road is the desert and on the other side are the Atlas Mountains. We will visit places including the irrigation canals, Todra Valley, and M'gouna (rose city). Those who wish can join the extra organized Sahara Desert Sunset Activity Jeep and Camel Safari (80 Euro) tour. We are heading to the sand dunes where we will do a safari in the desert. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel in Erfoud and have free time. Dinner and overnight accommodation at our hotel. -Sahara Desert Sunset Activity Jeep and Camel Safari: 80 Euro 5th Day ERFOUD – MIDELT – IFRANE – FES After having breakfast at the hotel, we head to Fes. After a photo stop at the magnificent Ziz Valley, we have free time for lunch in the town of Midelt. Next, we will visit Ifrane, which is called "Little Switzerland of Morocco" due to its ski center and Swiss-style architecture. After a coffee break here, we continue to Fes. Fes is under the protection of UNESCO. Upon arriving in Fes, we will take a walk around the monumental gate of the royal palace, Bab-el Makhzen, and the surrounding Jewish quarter, Mellah, before transferring to our hotel. After visiting the Attarine Medrese, Karaouine University, Nejarine Square, and the leather tanneries where specific Moroccan jewelry and copper items exist, we transfer to Casablanca. Casablanca owes its fame to being the setting for the famous "Casablanca" film, which hosted meetings during World War II and supported intensive espionage activities. Today, Casablanca has the largest port in Africa and is an industrial city. We will take a panoramic tour of the Mohammed V Square, the stunning Hassan II Mosque, and the lively Corniche waterfront. After the tour, dinner and overnight accommodation at our hotel. 7th Day CASABLANCA – RABAT – ISTANBUL We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. First, we move to the capital city, Rabat. Located on the banks of the Bou Regreg River, surrounded by eucalyptus and Portuguese cork oak forests, Rabat has served as the capital since the return of the exiled king. In Rabat, we will visit Kasbah Oudaya, the Hassan Tower, and the Mausoleum of King Mohammed V, before heading to Rabat Airport at the time determined by our guide. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date will be 20 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through TURDAN TURA. - In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is conducted, English guiding may be provided. - In situations where only category information is provided without specified names and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by TURDAN TURA 48 hours before the tour departure. - During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such circumstances, information will be provided by TURDAN TURA 15 days prior to the tour departure date. - Triple rooms may be assigned according to hotel availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are made up of folding and coach beds, participants in the tour declare that they accept the potential tightness and bed types that may occur in reservations for the third person and/or children. Child discounts are valid for one child who meets the age group staying with two adults. - The included services in the tour program, such as breakfasts taken at the hotel, are generally served as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, according to the breakfast culture of the country, and may be served in a separate hall dedicated to the group. - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted with an English-speaking guide from the vehicle, excluding museum and site entrance fees and lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. TURDAN TURA is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours if local authorities do not allow visits at the designated times or if the tours cannot be realized due to closed roads caused by any events or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where access is restricted due to closed roads or vehicle entry prohibitions, as much as feasible. - Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, requiring at least 10 participants. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the tours cannot be conducted or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicles to be used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide based on the status of openings and closings of the museums and sites to be visited and weather conditions. - Participation in extra tours is optional and not compulsory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same location after the tour is completed. - If only category information is provided and/or when alternative information for the same destination exists, you will learn about your accommodation hotel(s) 48 hours before the tour departure. - In our promotional and early booking campaign tours, guests cannot cancel or make changes. - TURDAN TURA acts as an intermediary agency between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be delays in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the current trip and flight. TURDAN TURA is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0-2 years old do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees. - There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. A passport valid for at least 8 months after the travel end date is sufficient for visa application. - Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be admitted into the country they are going to, and/or the airline may not allow their flights. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger. - The passport control authorities have the authority to deny entry into the country. TURDAN TURA is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. - In order to avoid issues with customs officers at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, or damaged passports, those passports should be renewed. If the country to be visited requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport; otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. - Travelers under the age of 18 should be aware that they may be asked to show a joint consent document from both parents when entering or exiting the country if they are traveling alone or with only one parent. Therefore, we recommend that guests under 18 years of age and their parents pay attention to this matter.
