Guiding Services and Extra Tours
- Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the tours may not take place, or the prices and contents of the extra tours may vary. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide based on the operating status of museums and historical sites at the destinations, as well as weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
- The vehicles allocated for extra tours are exclusively for the guests who have purchased these extra tours.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and last for a maximum of 2-3 hours, conducted as a panoramic overview from the vehicle and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. If the panoramic tours cannot be conducted due to the local authorities’ restrictions on visiting certain places or closed roads for any events on the specified days and times of the program, or due to unfavorable weather conditions that make the tours impossible, Turdan tura is not responsible for the non-execution of these tours. In some cases, tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot in places where vehicle access is not allowed.
- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants and whether the museum and historical site is closed. This also applies to potential changes in flight times.
- Participation in extra tours is voluntary and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the trip will be deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the way.
