  • Day 2
  • SINGAPORE – BANGKOK – (Evening Meal Bangkok Night Markets Tour)
  • We arrive at Singapore Airport at 5:00 AM, and then we fly to Bangkok at 7:10 AM on Singapore Airlines flight SQ706. We arrive in Bangkok at 8:35 AM and transfer to the city center with our private vehicle for the city tour. During our city tour in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, we will panoramically see the king's residence (mansion), the Parliament Building, and the Democracy Monument. After the city tour, we will transfer to our hotel. After checking into our rooms and having some free time to relax, our guests who wish can join the optional Evening Meal Bangkok Night Markets Tour (50 Euro). In this tour, we first visit Patpong Night Market, one of Bangkok's economical shopping areas. Here you can find imitation products of world-renowned brands, all kinds of souvenirs, and enjoy fun shopping at the street vendors lined up next to each other. We will continue to visit Khao San Road with its bright lights and crowds, known as the heart of Bangkok's nightlife, hosting music, dining, and entertainment venues for every taste. At the end of the tour, we return to our hotel.

  • Day 3
  • BANGKOK – (Bangkok Phenomena Tour) – (Illuminated Bangkok Chao Phraya River & Asiatique Tour)
  • After breakfast, there is a full day of free time. Our guests who wish can join the optional Bangkok Phenomena Tour (85 Euro). In this tour, we will first visit the Maeklong Railway Market. At a certain time every morning, a train passes through the middle of the market, and sellers pack up their goods at that moment; this unique feature has made it one of Bangkok's most striking tourist spots. After our visit to the Maeklong Railway Market, we will visit a Coconut Farm, observing all the ways the local people use coconut trees, and then we provide some free time to buy souvenirs made from this tree. Our next stop will be the tourist village of the Padaung (Long Neck) Women, who are world-renowned for their heavy rings worn from a young age that stretch their necks. We will then reach the Floating Market with Thai-style boats. In the world-famous Floating Market, where stalls made up of canoes sell handicrafts, tropical fruits, and vegetables, we will enjoy shopping and bargaining with local vendors. After the Floating Market tour, we head to downtown Bangkok. Our panoramic stop on the way will be the Dragon Temple (Wat Samphran). Photographing this site has made it a popular tourist destination; the temple, which is shaped like a pink cylinder and surrounded by a dragon statue, is fascinating. After free time for photos around the Dragon Temple, we reach downtown Bangkok and perform our city tour. We will panomorically see the royal residence (mansion), the Parliament Building, the Democracy Monument, and the Golden Buddha statue (Wat Traimit), which houses the world's most valuable and purest gold statue. Next, we will visit the Golden Buddha statue in Chinatown, one of the largest in the world. Our next stop is Wat Pho, known as the largest temple in Bangkok, housing the famous Reclining Buddha made in 1832. The statue is 45 meters long and 15 meters high, with its feet and eyes inlaid with mother-of-pearl and covered in gold. After visiting the Reclining Buddha, we finish our tour and offer some free time in the city center. During this free time, our guests wishing can join the optional Illuminated Bangkok Chao Phraya River & Asiatique Tour (45 Euro). At Asiatique Riverfront, one of Bangkok's largest outdoor projects located on the riverside, we will enjoy shopping, entertainment, and diverse restaurants offering various cuisines, cultural events, and Bangkok's modern nightlife before transferring back to our hotel.

  • Day 4
  • BANGKOK – PHUKET – (Evening Meal Phuket Sunset and Night Tour)
  • After breakfast (depending on the domestic airline's flight schedule, breakfast may be taken at the hotel or provided as a packed meal), we complete our check-out procedures from the hotel and head to Bangkok Airport for our flight to Phuket. After arriving at Thailand's most visited island, Phuket, we transfer to the hotel. After checking into our rooms, we're provided with free time to enjoy the sea, sun, and sand. In the evening, we will organize an optional Evening Meal Phuket Sunset Tour (55 Euro) for our guests who wish to join. In this tour, we will organize a sightseeing tour at the viewpoint of Phuket’s southern tip to photograph the sunset along with views of Phuket’s most beautiful islands, bays, and beaches. We will have dinner at a local restaurant. The tour continues with a night tour of Phuket’s nightlife and sparkling streets. After the tour, we return to our hotel for some free time to relax.

  • PHUKET – (Lunch Included James Bond Island Tour)
  • After breakfast, there is a full day of free time. Our guests who wish can participate in the optional all-day Lunch Included James Bond Island Tour (85 Euro). In this tour, starting with our speedboat, our first stop will be the Hong and Panak Islands, which have been featured in many documentaries. During our canoe trip, you will witness stunning natural scenery and many living creatures between the bays and caves. After having a buffet lunch on our boat, our next stop will be James Bond Island, where the famous nail rock and beach from the "The Man with the Golden Gun" film were shot. We will have free time for shopping from the local vendors on the island and taking plenty of photos. After the tour, we return to our hotel for free time. Guests can consult with our guide about options for participating in evening entertainment and shows.

  • After breakfast, there is a full day of free time. Our guests who wish can join the optional all-day Lunch Included Phi Phi Island Tour (85 Euro). We will quickly reach Phi Phi Don, one of the two paradise coral islands near Phuket, with our speedboats. We will see Maya Bay, known for its palm tree-fringed beach and pristine turquoise sea, and we will stop for photos. Then we will visit Phi Phi Ley, where we will see the Viking Cave. After our lunch, we will have free time for snorkeling, enjoying the sea, sun, and sand, and then we return to our hotel to conclude the tour. In the evening, guests can consult our guide for options to join in evening entertainment and shows.

  • PHUKET – SINGAPORE – (Singapore Icons Tour)
  • After breakfast and check-out procedures from the hotel, we head to Phuket Airport for our flight to Singapore. After checking in and completing our baggage drop and passport control, we take Singapore Airlines flight SQ725, departing at 9:55 AM for Singapore. We arrive at Singapore Airport at 1:00 PM, where our vehicle awaits to transfer us to the hotel. After checking into our rooms and enjoying some free time to rest, guests wishing can join the optional Singapore Icons Tour (55 Euro). In this tour, we will witness the unique beauty of Singapore at night. Our first stop will be the Merlion statue, which represents the lion and mermaid. Then we will visit Gardens by the Bay to watch the illuminated shows in trees accompanied by symphony music. Next, we will view the Marina Bay Sand, a stunning architectural structure rising 340 meters. We will have free time to shop in the shopping mall with world-famous brands. Our guests can visit any of Marina Bay Sand's terrace bars or restaurants (advance reservation required) or its Casino. After the tour, we will return to our hotel.

  • SINGAPORE – (Sentosa Island & National Orchard Garden & Orchard Mall Tour) – BALI
  • After breakfast and check-out procedures from the hotel, there will be a full day of free time. During this free time, our guests wishing can join the optional Sentosa Island & National Orchard Garden & Orchard Mall Tour (85 Euro). In this tour, we will head to Sentosa Island, which hosts exciting activities, themed amusement parks, award-winning spas, lush rainforests, and beaches. During free time here, we can visit the SEA Aquarium, Universal Studios, or Madame Tussauds Museum and other themed amusement parks (entrance fees not included). Then we will explore the National Orchard Garden, where we can see Singapore's diverse orchid flowers. Our tour continues with free time for shopping and sightseeing on Orchard Road, which is known as the Shanzelizes of Asia, featuring popular malls. After the tour, we will head to Singapore Airport for our flight to Bali. After arriving at the airport and completing our baggage drop, check-in, and passport control, we fly to Bali on Singapore Airlines flight SQ948, departing at 9:20 PM. We arrive at Denpasar Airport at 12:05 AM, followed by a transfer to our hotel in Bali. Rooms will be allocated, and we will have free time to relax.

  • After breakfast, there is a full day of free time. Our guests wishing can participate in the optional Lunch Included Mystic Bali Tour (85 Euro). Our tour will begin with a visit to Tanah Lot Temple, located by the sea and famous for its stunning view, after which we will head to Lake Bratan, which is the second largest lake in Bali, with magnificent views and captivating temples. After lunch at a local restaurant, we will travel north of the island to Git Git Waterfall, where we can see the splashing waters and take photos after a pleasant forest journey. Following Git Git, we will have the chance to shop for local souvenirs. After lunch at a local restaurant, we will head to Ubud, known as Bali's cultural and artistic center, where many famous Hollywood films have been shot. First, we will stop for a short break at the Ubud Sacred Monkey Forest. Then we will see the Royal Palace, considered the focal point of Ubud, and we will provide free time at the Ubud Art Market, which is seen as the center for local handicrafts and souvenirs. In the late afternoon, we will transfer back to the hotel at the time specified by your guide.

  • BALI – (Lunch Included Uluwatu Temple and Tropical Bali Island Beach Tour – Sunset Kecak Dance Show)
  • After breakfast, there is a full day of free time. Our guests wishing can join the optional Uluwatu Temple and Lunch Included Tropical Bali Island Beach Tour with Sunset Kecak Dance Show (85 Euro). We will start our tour by visiting Uluwatu Temple, which is situated on the edge of a steep cliff and is considered one of the symbol temples of Bali, believed to protect the island from evil spirits and holds great spiritual significance for the local people. Afterward, we will have free time at one of Bali’s famous beaches for sunbathing, swimming, and more. Our lunch will be served here. Later, we will move to watch the Kecak dance, which is a visual dance performance themed around Hindu religious motifs and stories, illustrating the battle between good and evil. The combination of the dusk colors surrounding the dance is captivating to the audience. In the late afternoon, we will transfer back to the hotel at the time specified by your guide.

  • After breakfast and check-out procedures from the hotel, we will offer some free time until our flight back to Istanbul. During this free time, our guests wishing can join the optional Lunch Included Bali Icons Tour (85 Euro). Our tour will start with a visit to the Rice Terraces, where there is free time to experience the Infinity Swing and try the famous Luwak coffee while taking various photos. Afterwards, we will visit Tirta Empul, a Hindu water temple located near the town of Tampaksiring. After our temple visit, we will transfer to Denpasar Airport. Upon arrival at the airport, we will complete our baggage drop, check-in, and passport control before flying to Singapore on Singapore Airlines flight SQ947, departing at 9:45 PM.

  • We arrive at Singapore Airport at 12:20 AM and continue on our return flight to Istanbul on Singapore Airlines flight SQ392, departing at 2:15 AM. We arrive at Istanbul Airport at 8:30 AM and the tour concludes.

GENERAL TERMS


1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.

2If sufficient participation for the excursion is not achieved; Turdan Tura can cancel the tour no later than 21 days before the excursion date. In such cases, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Regarding the refund of additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic flight connections purchased from Turdan Tura will also be refunded to the guest, but the visa service, if applied using travel health insurance on behalf of the guest, will not be refunded as these services have been utilized. If the guest purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of Turdan Tura, they cannot claim any refund from Turdan Tura in the event of cancellation of the trip. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour, and Turdan Tura cannot be held responsible.

3- In case of insufficient participation for the excursion, Turdan Tura has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guiding service included in the package will only cover the airport transfer for international arrival and departure.


Cancellation and Change


4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying Turdan Tura in writing no later than 30 days before the tour departure date. In case of less than 31 days remaining until the start date of the trip, a penalty of 50% of the tour fee must be paid, and if 15 days or less remain before the trip start date, the full amount of the tour fee must be paid as a penalty. If a cancellation request is made, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary depending on the cancellation request period, so it is necessary to inquire in advance regarding refunds. Turdan Tura cannot make any commitment regarding the refund of additional services.


Guiding Services and Extra Tours


5Extra tours are organized by the local agency from which we provide service, with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If the sufficient number is not provided, the tours may not take place, or the prices and contents of the extra tours may vary. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may change at the discretion of the guide, depending on the open/closed status of museums and sites to be visited, as well as weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.

6- The vehicles allocated for extra tours are for the use of guests who purchased this extra tour.

7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as a general introduction of the cities and are made through the vehicle with narration by the guide, not including the entrance to museums and historical sites, totaling a maximum of 2-3 hours. If the panoramic tours cannot take place due to local authorities not allowing entry to these sites, or due to any event causing road closures on the days and times indicated in the program, as well as in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Turdan Tura cannot be held responsible for the failure to carry out these tours. Some tours may have to be conducted by public transport or on foot at locations where vehicle entry is not permitted or roads are closed, within the possibilities.

8- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or extra tours based on the number of participants and the closure status of the museum and historical sites. This is also valid in case of changes that may arise from flight times.

9- Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.

10- Important points to consider for the tours conducted by Speed Boats; heavy meals should not be eaten immediately before boarding the boat, and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with complaints regarding their stomach, back, neck, or pregnant guests should inform their guide about their condition.


About Flights


11- Turdan Tura operates as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply.

12- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and special flights. Turdan Tura is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip.

13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.

14- According to airline rules; if the outbound flight ticket purchased as a round trip is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.

15- For those participating in tours with flights, the check-in and boarding procedures must be carried out personally and these processes must be completed by the guest at the airports before flight, at the relevant airline counters or online through the airline's website.

16- Last-minute delays and gate changes on flights are announced orally at the airports and displayed on information boards available in the area. This information must be monitored directly by the guests.

17- Turdan Tura is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the indicated airport during the hours specified by the airlines for participation in the tour, those who do not complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time, and those who complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not get on the flight. Any costs arising from obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area for passengers who miss their flight will be borne by them.

18- The general baggage weight allowed for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Extra baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Turdan Tura.

19- For guests who wish to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade operations can be performed depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline you are a member of) after the tickets have been issued. No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Please verify whether the tickets for the program are in an upgradeable class.

20- Some airlines may charge extra for meal and online check-in services.


Other Matters


21- Turdan Tura will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In such cases, the cancellation conditions of Turdan Tura will apply.

22- In cases where the names of the hotel(s) are not specified in the tour program, only category information is provided and/or options are offered for the same destination, the information about the hotel will be communicated to the guest by Turdan Tura 48 hours before the excursion.

23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used further than indicated locations or distances. In such cases, Turdan Tura will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.

24- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest must accurately enter/disclose the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees arising from incorrect information about flight ticket cancellations or changes will be charged to the guests.

25- To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your service provider before leaving Turkey that your phone is activated for international use.

26- The check-in time for accommodation in hotels is 3:00 PM, and the check-out time is 12:00 PM.

27- Turdan Tura will communicate requests related to the room (high floor, close to general areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. It is ensured that booked rooms align with the guest's preferences according to the availability of the hotel. The realization of these requests is dependent on the availability upon check-in at the hotel and cannot be guaranteed by Turdan Tura.

28- Breakfast served in hotels may differ from the traditional rich Turkish breakfast. It is generally served as continental breakfast consisting of limited options like butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and it may be served in a separate room designated for the group.

29- In some cases, instead of a double bed, there might be two single beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 single beds that can be combined if necessary.

30- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and room types.

31- Every additional bed and baby cot is provided upon request and based on the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel.

32- The capacity of an additional bed or baby cot in the room is 1 unit (maximum).

33- In triple rooms, there is an application for extra beds, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds may consist of folding beds or what is referred to as coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have accepted the potential tightness and bed types due to the extra beds to be added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child-inclusive reservations.

34- If the number of children and their ages to stay with adults in hotel reservations is incorrectly declared by the guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility falls on the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification regarding children.

35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to the age group that meets the requirements for "one child" staying with two adults.

36- The fluctuations in exchange rates during the day are reflected in the TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and some extra services (mini bar, ironing, etc.) you will receive at the hotel may be subject to extra charges. These costs are not included in the payment at the time of purchase and will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.

37- Some countries may have varying applications regarding city, tourism, or local-level taxes. All types of city, tourism, or other taxes, which are applied in this way, will be collected from the guest by the hotel upon entry or exit.

38- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended based on traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.

39- Turdan Tura may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in cases of necessity or for reasons it deems necessary.

40- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identification of the individuals participating in the tour are their own responsibility, and Turdan Tura is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. The costs incurred for the delivery of forgotten items, should they be found, to the country and/or person will be borne by the owner of the item.

41- Individuals participating in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to any health issues with them.

42- For any extra charges, at the hotel check-in, an ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be required by the hotel. The deposit requested upon check-out will be a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Turdan Tura has no intervention in this.


Visa and Passport


43- There is no visa requirement for Turkish Republic citizens.

44- Our guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of the travel.

45- To have entry/exit stamps on your passport at customs/ border crossings, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.

46- The exemption from visa for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit from the country is assured; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry/exits to you, and Turdan Tura is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler.

47- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other country passport must inquire about the visa procedures applied by the country they will travel to with the relevant consulates, otherwise, Turdan Tura will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.

48- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged in any way must be renewed to avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited. Otherwise, the responsibility is on the traveler.

49- Minor guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or accompanied by only one parent should be aware that they may be asked to show documents demonstrating the mutual consent of both parents at border crossings; therefore, it is recommended that minor guests and their parents pay attention to this issue.
