Need to Know
• The duration of the tour is 5 nights and 6 days, including the day of departure and return, with 4 nights of hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent traveling.
• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and excursions are included in a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused rights for transportation, accommodation, guiding, excursions, etc. cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child only when accompanied by two adults. Children aged 0-6 may not be provided a separate bed during hotel accommodation.
• In hotel accommodations, the third guest in triple rooms usually stays on an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are priority accommodation facilities from tour to tour. Changes can be made to the regions and hotels, while maintaining the same hotel standards, depending on occupancy. The names of the hotels will be provided 48 hours before departure upon request, depending on availability.
• The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. No selection can be made between rooms.
• Our rest stops can change in terms of location and service standards due to extraordinary circumstances such as congestion, renovation, etc., provided that the standards remain the same.
• The timing of the program (the order of points to be visited during the day or between days) may be altered by the guide if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, congestion at visitor sites, etc.
• Due to extraordinary circumstances during our tour (weather, road, congestion at visitor sites, etc.) or if guests do not adhere to the timings provided by our guide during the tour, the tour is not responsible for any sites that were not visited despite being included in the tour program. In such cases, the guest has no right to claim.
• All our tours operate on a tiered pricing system. Prices will gradually increase as the number of reservations included in the package rises and the date approaches. The right to increase prices from tour to tour is reserved. In this case, prices cannot be fixed without a prepayment.
• A seat number cannot be promised or guaranteed at the time of reservation. Notes entered in the reservation have no guarantee. Special seat selections such as front or back cannot be made.
• The seating arrangement inside the vehicle is organized by the operation based on the order of reservation. No refund is possible for objections regarding seat assignments. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours like night tours included in the tour program are subject to availability based on the number of participants and existing personnel. Extra tours along the way will be conducted regardless of whether all guests participate. Guests not participating in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in the extra tours have accepted to wait at the rest stop by participating in the tour.
• No rights arise for guests if an extra tour does not take place for any reason. The tour operator is not responsible in this case.
• Extra tour prices may vary according to periods. In such cases, the valid extra tour price will be based on the date of the tour, not the date the guest purchased the tour. The guest accepts this while purchasing the tour.
• The tour operator is not responsible for any material damages caused by guests in all services provided by the transportation vehicle, hotel, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim damages caused by guests.
• In cases where children under 18, who are not considered adults, are not accompanied by one or both parents, a notarized consent form must be carried by the individuals during travel.
• Guests participating in tours are required to carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they regularly use.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the designated departure times.
• Information about arrival times at the end of the tour is tentative, and the tour operator is not responsible for delays arising from extraordinary circumstances.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the arrival stops at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on getting off at a different point.
• According to traffic regulations, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts during travel; otherwise, the tour operator is not responsible.
• All personal belongings within the vehicle are the responsibility of the guests at rest stops, etc.
• Since the first day of the tour will begin before checking into the hotel, please prepare any necessary items separately.
• It is advisable to be prepared, as it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc. during the program due to its intensity.
• Long distances may be traveled during the program. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide during the ride.
• Lunches feature economical menus specific to the region. During lunch and dinner, tables are used that are divided into groups based on regional density.
• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined according to regional density. Guests can learn the confirmed starting and ending routes of the tour two days prior to the start if they wish.
• If the agency does not reach the required number of participants for the tour, they are obliged to inform the guest, and the guest may choose to postpone the tour to the next date or cancel it. Alternatively, ticketing can be done for the nearest departure point to ensure the guest's participation in the tour. In this case, the agency is required to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via phone, SMS, or email. The guest has no right to claim in such a case.
• Guests who cancel or make changes to their reservations without providing a reason up to 30 days before the service start date will be refunded the payment they made. For cancellations or changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date, 30% of the reservation fee will be deducted; for cancellations or changes made between 15 and 7 days, 50% will be deducted; for cancellations or changes made 7 days or less before, 100% will be deducted from the reservation fee.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel the package tour they purchased without specifying a reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. Upon cancellation, the entire paid package tour fee will be refunded without any deduction, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight tickets.
• Museum Cards and museum entrance fees are not included in the tour price. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by the guests.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE
The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows the guest to cancel the purchased package tour without specifying any reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the total amount paid for the package tour is refunded without any deduction according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flights in package tours. For this tour, the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package cost is 500 TL.
MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NUMBER 1618
Mandatory Travel Insurance Number 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason that prevents the provision of package tour services. It is included in the tour price. It does not cover health insurance and does not cover treatment expenses. Private health insurance costs are the responsibility of the guest.

Our transportation is classified according to the number of participants as follows. The type of vehicle provided in each of our tours is determined based on the number of participants. Our vehicles do not have headphones. In vehicles with TV units, it is recommended to bring an external charger since using your phone can reduce battery life.
