Need to Know
• The tour duration is 5 Nights 6 Days, including the day of movement and return, with 4 nights of hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent traveling.
• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are included in a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, sightseeing rights, etc. are not refundable.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanied by two adults. In hotels, separate beds may not be provided for children aged 0-6.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays in an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are preferred accommodation facilities from tour to tour. Changes may be made regarding the region and hotels with the same standards depending on the occupancy. The names of the hotels will be communicated if requested 48 hours before the tour departure, based on availability.
• The rooms in the hotels to be stayed in are determined by the hotel. Room selection is not allowed.
• Our break points may change in terms of location and service standards due to factors like density, renovation, etc., while keeping the same standards.
• In the program schedule (in the order of places to be visited during the day or between days), in cases such as weather conditions, road conditions, density at visiting sites, etc., the guide may make changes if deemed necessary.
• Our tour is not responsible for places that cannot be visited due to force majeure (weather, road, density at visiting places, etc.) or if guests do not adhere to the timings given by our guide during the tour. In such a case, guests do not have the right to claim.
• A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of reservations within the package tour increases and the date approaches, tour prices may gradually rise. The right to increase prices from tour to tour is reserved. In this case, price fixing cannot be done without taking a pre-payment.
• A seating number cannot be guaranteed during the reservation. There is no guarantee for the notes entered for the reservation. Special seat selections (like front or back) are not allowed.
• The seating arrangement within the vehicle is organized by the tour operation based on the order of reservation. Refunds are not possible in case of objections regarding the seating arrangement. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours, like night tours included in the tour program, depend on the number of participants and the available staff. Extra tours to be held on the way will be conducted even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed to rest areas or city centers by our guide. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have accepted to take part in the tour by waiting at the break point.
• If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have any right to claim. The tour is not responsible in this case.
• Prices for extra tours may vary by periods. In such cases, the date the guest purchased the tour is not considered, but the date the tour is scheduled to begin is taken into account. The price for extra tours valid during the period of the tour will apply. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour.
• The company is not responsible for any material damages incurred by the guest during services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses retain the right to claim for the material damages caused by the guest.
• In the case that children under 18 years of age are not accompanied by either of their parents, a consent letter is required to be carried with them during the trip.
• Guests participating in the tour are required to carry their reports regarding health issues, pregnancy, and any medications they regularly use.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc. at the designated times for departure points.
• Information related to the estimated arrival times at the end of the tour is approximate, and the tour is not responsible for delays that may arise due to force majeure.
• Guests will be dropped off on the opposite side of the stops we picked them up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on the vehicle staff to be dropped off at a different location.
• According to traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout their journey, and the tour is not responsible for any situations otherwise.
• All personal belongings inside the vehicle are the guest's responsibility during breaks, etc.
• The first day's sightseeing will begin before checking into the hotel, so please prepare your essential items separately.
• Due to the density of the program, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Long distances may be covered during scheduled programs. The necessary information will be provided by the tour guide during the trip.
• Lunches consist of economical menus unique to the region. During lunch and dinner, tables divided into groups may be used based on regional density.
• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. Guests may inquire about the finalized starting and ending routes of the tour two days in advance if they wish.
• In cases where the agency does not reach the required number of participants for the tour, the guest will be informed, and at their request, the tour may be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, ticketing may be arranged for the nearest departure point to enable the guest's participation in the tour. In such a case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. In this situation, the guest does not have the right to claim.
• The guest will receive a refund for cancellations or changes made up to 30 days before the starting date of the service without giving any reason. For cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date, a 0% deduction from the reservation fee will apply; for cancellations and changes made between 15 to 7 days, a deduction of P% will apply; for changes made 7 days or less before the tour date, a 0% deduction will be made from the reservation fee.
• Guests who have purchased a Cancellation, Refund, and Protection Package can cancel the purchased package tour without reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. The full amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without deduction after the cancellation. The Cancellation, Refund, and Protection Package does not cover flight tickets. Guests who wish to purchase this package can add it to their reservation at the time of booking.
• Museum Cards and entrance fees for museums and sites are not included in the tour fee. All museum entrances are paid by guests.
**CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND PROTECTION PACKAGE**
The Cancellation, Refund, and Protection Package allows the guest to cancel or change their purchased package tour without giving any reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. In the event of cancellation, the full amount paid for the package will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Protection Package does not cover flight arrangements in tours with flights. Guests wishing to obtain this package may make an additional reservation during the booking process.
**MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE No. 1618**
Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason for not delivering the package tour service. It is included in the cost of the tour. It does not cover health insurance and does not cover treatment expenses. Private health insurance expenses are the guest's responsibility.
**OUR TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES**
In our tours, transportation classifications are made based on the number of participants as follows. The types of vehicles provided depend on the number of guests on each tour. Our vehicles do not have earphones. In vehicles with TV units, it is recommended to bring an external charger for your phone, as charging your phone may reduce its battery life.
