Need to Know
• The duration of the tour is 5 nights and 6 days, including the days of movement and return, with 3 nights of hotel accommodation. The journey lasts for 2 nights.
• In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are packaged together and cannot be separated. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing rights, etc. cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for a single child accompanied by 2 adults. In hotel accommodation for children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided.
• In hotel accommodations, the third guest in triple rooms usually stays in an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are preferred accommodation facilities from tour to tour. Changes may be made to the region and hotels, provided that the hotel standards remain the same, depending on availability and density. Hotel names will be communicated if requested 48 hours before the tour departure.
• The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. Room selection cannot be made.
• Our rest stops may change in terms of location and service standards for reasons such as density, renovations, etc., while remaining at the same standard.
• In the program timing (during the day at places to be visited or between days), the guide may make changes if they find it necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, density at visiting places, etc.
• Our tour is not responsible for places that cannot be visited as stated in the tour program due to force majeure (weather, roads, density at visiting places, etc.) or if guests do not follow the timings given by our guide during the tour. In such a case, the guest does not have a right to claim.
• A staggered pricing system is applied in all our tours. With the increase in the number of reservations in the package tour and as the date approaches, tour prices may gradually increase. The right to increase prices from tour to tour is reserved. In this case, no price fixing can be done without receiving an advance payment.
• During the reservation, there is absolutely no guarantee of seat numbers. There is no guarantee for the notes entered into the reservation. Special seat selections, such as front or back, are not available.
• The seating arrangement within the vehicle is arranged by the Operations based on the order of reservations. In cases of objections regarding seat arrangements, a refund is not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours, such as night tours in the tour program, depend on the number of participants and the conditions of the existing personnel. Extra tours conducted en route will be carried out even if all guests do not participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have accepted to wait at rest stops.
• If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have the right to claim. The tour is not responsible in this situation.
• Extra tour prices may vary by periods. In such a case, the date the guest purchased the tour is not considered; the date the tour departs is taken into account. The extra tour price valid for the period when the tour takes place will apply. The guest accepts this by purchasing the tour.
• The tour is not responsible for any financial damages that may occur due to the services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers caused by the guest. Businesses have the right to claim financial damages incurred by guests.
• In cases where children under the age of 18 are not accompanied by one or both parents, a consent form is required and must be kept with the individuals during travel.
• Guests participating in the tour must carry reports related to health issues, pregnancy, and medications they use regularly.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the times specified for departure points.
• Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is approximate, and the tour is not responsible for delays that may arise due to force majeure.
• Guests will be dropped off on the opposite side of the stops we collected them from at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on getting off at a different location with the vehicle personnel.
• According to traffic law, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts during their travels, and the tour is not responsible in case of non-compliance.
• All personal belongings within the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest at rest stops, etc.
• Since the first day of the tour will start before entering the hotel, please prepare necessary items separately.
• Due to the program's density, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Long distances may be covered in the executed programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide in the vehicle.
• Lunches consist of economical menus specific to the region. For lunch and dinner, tables are used in groups according to regional density.
• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined according to regional density. Guests can inquire about the finalized starting and ending routes of the tour up to 2 days before the tour starts.
• In situations where the agency does not reach the required number of participants for the tour, the guest will be informed, and at the guest's request, the tour may be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, ticketing can be done for the nearest departure point to ensure the guest's participation in the tour. In this case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via phone, SMS, or email. The guest has no right to claim in such a situation.
• Guests who cancel or change their reservations without providing a reason up to 30 days before the service start date will have their paid amount refunded. Cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days prior to the tour date will incur a 30% deduction of the reservation fee; cancellations and changes made between 15 and 7 days will incur a 50% deduction; and cancellations and changes made 7 days or less prior to the tour date will incur a 100% deduction.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package can cancel their purchased package tour without providing a reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date. After cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method used. The Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package does not cover flight tickets.
• Museum Cards and entrance fees to museums are not included in the tour price. All museum entrance fees must be paid by the guests.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND INSURANCE PACKAGE
The Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package allows the guest who purchased the package tour to cancel or change it without stating a reason up to 72 hours before the start date. After cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. This package does not cover flight costs for tours with flights. Guests who wish to purchase this package can add it during the reservation process.
COMPULSORY TRAVEL INSURANCE
The Compulsory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason for the provision of package tour services not being fulfilled. It is included in the tour fee. It is not health insurance and does not cover medical expenses. Private health insurance is the guest's expense.

Transportation in our tours is categorized as follows based on the number of participants. Depending on the number of people in each tour, the following vehicle types will be provided. Our vehicles do not have headphones. In vehicles with TV units, it is recommended to bring an external charger as charging your phone will reduce its battery life.
