No separate bed may be provided in hotel accommodation for children aged 0-6. • In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays in an extra bed. • The hotels specified in the program are preferred accommodations for each tour. The hotel standards remain the same but can change based on availability and crowding. Hotel names will be communicated if requested 48 hours before the departure of the tour, depending on availability. • The rooms in the designated hotels are assigned by the hotel, and guests cannot choose between them. • Our stop locations may change due to crowding, renovation, or other compelling reasons, but the location and service standards will remain the same. • The timing of the program (the order of attractions during the day or between days) may change if the guide deems it necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, or crowding at the visitor sites. • Our tour is not responsible for places that could not be visited due to compelling reasons (weather, road conditions, crowding at attractions, etc.) or if guests do not adhere to the timings given by our guide during the tour. In such cases, there will be no right to claim from the guest. • In our air and bus tours, guests from other provinces may join the tour at the designated meeting point from the airport. In such cases, there may be waiting times at the airport due to flight schedules. • A tiered pricing system applies to all our tours. The tour prices may increase progressively as the number of reservations in the package increases and the date approaches. The right to increase prices from tour to tour is reserved. In such cases, prices cannot be fixed without an advance payment. • Guarantee of seat numbers cannot be given during the reservation process. Notes entered in the reservation have no guarantee. Special seat selections such as front or back seating are not available. • The seating arrangement inside the vehicle is made by the Operations based on the order of reservations. There will be no refunds for disputes regarding seat placements. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard. • Extra tours, such as night tours, included in the tour program will be carried out based on the number of participants and the availability of personnel. Extra tours on the way will be conducted even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not join the extra tours will be directed to rest areas or city centers by the guide. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have accepted to join the tour by agreeing to wait at the break locations. • If any extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest will have no right to claim compensation. The tour is not responsible in such cases. • Extra tour prices may vary according to periods. In such cases, the date the guest purchased the tour is not considered; the price in effect on the date of the tour applies. The guest accepts this by purchasing the tour. • The tour is not responsible for any material damages caused by the guests in services provided by transportation, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim damages caused by guests. • For children under the age of 18 who are not considered legal adults, a consent form from one or both parents must be kept with them during the tour if they are not accompanying an adult. • Guests participating in the tour must carry medical reports related to health problems, pregnancy condition, and medications that they regularly use. • Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the departure times determined for the departure points. • The arrival times at the end of the tour are estimated, and the tour is not responsible for delays caused by compelling reasons. • Guests will be dropped off on the opposite side of the stops taken at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different location with the vehicle staff. • According to traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle must wear seat belts throughout the journey; otherwise, the tour is not responsible. • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings within the vehicle, especially at break locations. • Since the first day's tour will start before entering the hotel, please prepare your necessary items separately. • Due to the program intensity during the tour, it may not always be possible to find ATM or currency exchange locations, so it is advisable to be prepared. • Long distances may be covered during the programmed activities. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide on the vehicle. • Lunches consist of economic menus specific to the region. For lunch and dinner, tables separated by group may be used based on regional crowding. • The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined based on regional crowding. Guests can communicate to learn about the confirmed starting and ending points 2 days before our tour begins. • If the agency determines that the tour does not have enough participants, the guest will be informed, and the guest can choose to postpone the tour to the next date or cancel it. Alternatively, the guest can be ticketed to the nearest departure point to participate in the tour. In such cases, the agency is required to notify the guest three (3) days in advance by phone, SMS, or email. In such cases, the guest will not have the right to claim. • If the guest makes cancellation and change requests up to 30 days prior to the service start date without providing a reason, the amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days prior to the tour date, 30% of the reservation fee will be deducted; 50% for cancellations and changes made between 15 and 7 days prior; and 100% for cancellations and changes made 7 days or fewer before the tour date. • Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package can cancel the purchased package tour without specifying a reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date. The full amount of the paid package tour will be refunded without any deductions after cancellation. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover flight tickets. For this tour, the Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package costs 100 TL. • Museum Cards and museum entrance fees are not included in the tour price. All museum entries are to be paid by guests. **CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND GUARANTEE PACKAGE** The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package allows the guest to cancel and make changes to the purchased package tour without giving any reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date. After cancellation, the total amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deduction according to the payment method chosen. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover air travel in air tours. For this tour, the Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package is 100 TL. **COMPULSORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618** The scope of the Compulsory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason for not providing package tour services. Or, ticketing can be arranged to the nearest departure point to allow the guest to participate in the tour. In such cases, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via phone call, SMS, or email. In such cases, the guest does not have the right to claim. • The guest can cancel or change the reservation without giving reasons up to 30 days before the start date of the service, and the amount paid will be refunded to the guest.
