• The tour duration is 2 Nights and 3 Days, including the day of departure and return, with 2 nights of hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent traveling. • Our tour includes guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing in a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing rights, etc. cannot be refunded. • Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. Separate bedding may not be provided for children aged 0-6 during hotel accommodation. • In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays in an extra bed. • The hotels specified in the program are preferred accommodation facilities from tour to tour. Changes may be made according to availability in regions and hotels as long as hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated if requested 48 hours before the tour departure, depending on availability. • The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. Room selection is not possible. • Our break locations may change in terms of location and service standards due to extraordinary circumstances such as density and renovations, provided they remain the same. • In the program schedule (in the order of points to be visited during the day or between days), the guide may make changes if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, density at the visit sites, etc. • Our tour is not responsible for places that could not be visited during the tour program due to force majeure (weather, road, density at visit sites, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timing given by our guide during the tour. In such a case, the guest does not have any right to claim. • A graduated pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the reservation numbers within the package tour increase and the date approaches, tour prices may gradually rise. turdan tura reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, a price guarantee cannot be established without a down payment. • It is absolutely not possible to guarantee or promise a seat number at the time of reservation. There is no guarantee on notes entered into the reservation. Special seat selection such as front or back is not available. • The seat arrangement in the vehicle is adjusted by the turdan tura Operation according to the order of reservation. In cases of disputes regarding seat placement, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard. • Extra tours such as night tours included in the tour program depend on the number of participants and available personnel. Extra tours to be conducted on the road will still be carried out even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to resting areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have accepted to wait at the break point. • If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have any right to claim. turdan tura is not responsible in this case. • Extra tour prices may vary by periods. In such instances, the extra tour prices at the time of the actual tour date will apply, not the purchase date. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour. • Turdan tura is not responsible for any financial damages caused by guests in all services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim financial damages caused by guests. • For children under the age of 18 who are not considered adults, a consent form from one or both of their parents is mandatory to be carried during the tour. • Participating guests must carry reports relating to health issues, pregnancy, or medications they are continuously using. • Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, and other reasons during the predetermined times for departure points. • The estimated arrival times at the end of the tour are subject to change due to force majeure; turdan tura is not responsible for any delays. • Our guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the points we picked them up from at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different point. • According to traffic law, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seatbelts during their journey. Turdan tura is not responsible for any situations in which this is not adhered to. • All personal belongings in the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest when at stops, etc. • Since the excursion on the first day will begin before checking into the hotel, please prepare essential items separately. • Due to the busy program, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it’s advisable to be prepared. • Long distances may be covered during the program. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide during the trip. • Lunches feature economical menus specific to the region. During lunch and dinner, tables are grouped based on regional density. • The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. Our guests can confirm the finalized route 2 days before the start of the tour if desired. • The agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via phone call, SMS, or email if the tour does not reach sufficient numbers, and the guest can choose to postpone the tour to the next date or cancel it. Alternatively, ticketing can be done for the nearest departure point to allow the guest to participate in the tour. In this case, the guest does not have any right to claim. • Guests who wish to cancel or make changes without a reason must do so at least 30 days prior to the service start date for a full refund. Cancellations or changes made between 29 to 15 days before the tour will incur a 30% deduction from the reservation fee, 15 to 7 days will incur a 50% deduction, and cancellations or changes made 7 days or less will incur a 100% deduction from the reservation fee. • Guests who purchase a Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package can cancel their purchased package tour without providing a reason until 72 hours before the tour start date. Upon cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, based on the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover flight tickets. Guests wishing to purchase this package can do so during the reservation by adding it as an extra. • Museum Cards and entrance fees for museums are not included in the tour fee. All museum entrance fees are the responsibility of the guests. **CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND GUARANTEE PACKAGE** The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package allows the guest to cancel and change their purchased package tour without providing any reason, up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the amount paid for the package tour will be fully refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover air travel in package tours. Guests wishing to obtain this package may do so by including it during the reservation process. **MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE 1618** The scope of the Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the cancellation of services due to the agency's bankruptcy or any reason preventing the provision of package tour services. It is included in the tour fee. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment expenses. Private health insurance is the guest's responsibility. **OUR TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES** Our transportation is classified according to the number of participants in our tours. The types of vehicles provided are determined by the number of people in each tour. Vehicles do not come equipped with headphones. In vehicles with TV units, it is recommended to carry an external charger as charging your phone may reduce battery life.
