-You must have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the end of your travel and not older than 10 years.
-In destinations that require a visa, the necessary documents for the visa application must be submitted in accordance with the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by your agency. To avoid issues with customs at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew such passports, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler. Guests under 18 years of age may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of both parents when traveling alone or only with one parent, so it is advised that guests under 18 and their parents are sensitive to this matter.
-In order to enter Indonesia, individuals must have completed their Covid vaccinations. A negative PCR test must be obtained 48 hours before the flight, and another PCR test must be conducted upon arrival and on the 3rd day. We do not anticipate any issues in the food that could negatively affect your health. We recommend not drinking tap water.
-Extra tours and Activities are organized by the local agency we provide services from, requiring a minimum participation of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If adequate numbers are not reached, tours may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra tours/activities may vary based on participant numbers. Additionally, the days and times of extra tours/activities can be altered by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums, historical sites, or places to visit and weather conditions.
EVENTS
-During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels can be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. 3-person rooms may be offered depending on the availability of hotels, and in such rooms, the bed provided for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of folding and coach bed types, participants reserving as 3rd persons and/or children accept that they may experience tightness in the rooms and the type of beds. Child discounts apply to a single (1) child staying with 2 adults and falling within the specified age group in the pricing section. Breakfasts included in the tour program are generally served in a separate hall designated for groups and are prepared in accordance with the local breakfast culture of the country, typically consisting of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee.
-The currency of Indonesia (IDR) is Indonesian Rupiah.

-There is a time difference of + hours between Indonesia and Turkey. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 16:00 in all three countries.
-Your mobile phone line can be used for international calls (roaming) if enabled. Communication may be problematic in some areas.
-We recommend bringing easily wearable and removable t-shirts, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. Additionally, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for potential noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards.
-In Southeast Asia, chicken and seafood are quite common. Local spices are used in meals.
-Although electricity is 230 volts, the hotels you will be staying in generally use 220 volts. The plugs are type A dual and type B triple. -In addition to souvenirs, you may find country-specific wristwatches and types of natural food and beverages.
-Having a valid passport and/or obtained visa (for the necessary destination/passport) does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport officer has the authority to refuse your entry. The tour is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler.
-From tour to tour, the travel agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or the times may change before the existing trip and flight. The tour is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers acknowledge and accept that their flight details may change when purchasing the tour. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay the airport tax and airport service fees. The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are a maximum of 2-3 hour tours conducted for the general presentation of the cities, which do not include entrance fees to museums and historical sites. If the panoramic tours, along with other tours indicated in the program, cannot take place due to local authorities not allowing visits at the indicated day and time or due to road closures or any events, or if the tours cannot be completed due to weather conditions, the tour is not responsible for these cancellations. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot within the limits of possibilities where road closures or vehicle access are restricted.
