-Mandatory Local Service Fees Per Adult/Child: 100 USD (This will be collected by local authorities upon your arrival in Egypt against a receipt and must be paid in cash before transferring to the hotel)

-In order for the tours to take place with a Turkish guide, the minimum number of participants must be reached. If these numbers are not reached:
-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with the guest's approval)
-They can be carried out in English or Turkish at a price difference (with the guest's approval)
-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. Discounts from discounted packages will be deducted from the price and the net amount paid will be refunded.
-When the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
-If a health issue occurs, confirmed by a doctor's report for themselves and/or the person they share the room with, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. Discounts from discounted packages will be deducted from the price and the net amount paid will be refunded.
-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour's departure, the amount paid will be refunded. Discounts from discounted packages will be deducted from the price and the net amount paid will be refunded.
-No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour's departure.
-Guests who are not present at the designated meeting point at the specified time can join the tour by making their own way to another location. If they do not choose this or if it is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made.
-Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, if there is a delay, the guest should contact our authorized personnel to learn the arrival time of the vehicle. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, it cannot be considered a reason for tour cancellation, and if cancellation is requested, no refund will be made.
-During the tour, our authorized personnel will provide the necessary information about the departure time during the free time and break points. If the guest is late and the flow of the tour is not affected, it is at our staff's discretion to wait for a reasonable time or to continue. In other cases, the guest can continue the tour by making their own way to the next point or return to the hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refund will be made.
-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, locations, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on price/quality balance and our long-standing experience in Egypt, all of which have International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Egyptian Authorities. In case of incomplete and/or faulty service during our tours and activities; as your experience with us in Egypt is continuously monitored by TURDAN TURA, any problems will be solved with instant interventions, and/or a partial or full refund will be issued based on the problem. Discounts from discounted packages will be deducted from the price and the net amount paid will be refunded.
However, TURDAN TURA cannot be held responsible for conditions arising beyond its control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, delays due to technical malfunctions, and similar situations.
-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized personnel to learn about the tour conditions and make your participation decision accordingly.
-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities carry certain risks of accidents that can lead to serious injuries and even worse. TURDAN TURA cannot be held responsible for any negative occurrences. When participating in such tours and activities, ensure that you are aware of these risks; if you are in doubt, please obtain information from our authorized personnel. If you are still unsure, do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly request that you strictly adhere to the warnings of our authorized personnel, follow the safety measures provided, and wear any safety equipment as instructed. Otherwise, you will be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
-It is the guest's responsibility to wear appropriate clothing at places of religious significance. TURDAN TURA has no responsibility for guests who are denied entry to such places due to clothing.
-In some tours and activities, you may require special personal items/clothing. It is entirely the responsibility of our guests to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothes, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, headscarves, shawls, or to borrow and return towels from the hotel.
-Food allergies or other allergies, special dietary needs due to health issues must be reported to your guide. Please understand that we may not always be able to meet such special needs. We can only promise to do our best.
-We strongly recommend that you avoid drinking open water or other beverages during your stay in Egypt and during our tours, and to refrain from eating fruits/vegetables that you are not sure have been thoroughly washed and peeled, as well as consuming unpackaged foods sold openly outside. Your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, and symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting can occur. In such cases, TURDAN TURA will assist you in obtaining necessary medical intervention. However, the associated costs will be your responsibility.
-Like any cautious individual, we highly recommend that you obtain your Health and Travel Insurance before participating in both domestic and international travels.
