• The duration of the tour is 2 Nights and 3 Days including the day of movement and return, and includes 1 night of hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent traveling. • Our tour includes guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing as a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing, etc., cannot be refunded. • Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided during hotel accommodation. • In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays on an extra bed. • The hotels specified in the program are the primary accommodation facilities for each tour. Changes may be made based on availability to the area and hotels, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated 48 hours before departure, if requested, based on availability. • The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. No selection can be made between rooms. • Our break locations may change due to reasons such as traffic, renovation, etc., provided that their location and service standards remain the same. • In the program schedule, regarding the order of visited points during the day or between days, the guide may make changes if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, density at visited places, etc. • Our tours are not responsible for places that cannot be visited due to force majeure (weather, road, density at visited places, etc.) or if guests do not adhere to the timings given by our guide during the tour. In such a case, the guest does not have any claim rights. • A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of reservations within the package tour increases and the date approaches, tour prices may also increase accordingly. Each tour reserves the right to raise prices. In this case, prices cannot be fixed without an advance payment. • A seat number guarantee or promise cannot be given at the time of reservation. There is no guarantee for notes entered into the reservation. Special seat requests such as being at the front or back cannot be made. • The seating arrangement in the vehicle is determined by the Operation based on the order of reservation. In cases of objections regarding seating placement, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard. • Extra tours, such as night tours in the tour program, depend on the number of participants and the conditions of available personnel. Even if not all guests participate, extra tours that will take place on the way will still be carried out. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to resting areas or city centers. By not participating in extra tours, guests have accepted to wait at the break points as part of the tour. • If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest has no claim rights. The tour operator has no responsibility in this situation. • The prices of extra tours may vary by periods. In such cases, the extra tour price valid at the time of the tour departure is considered, not the date when the guest purchased the tour. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour. • The tour operator is not responsible for any material damages caused by the guest in all services provided by the transport vehicle, hotel, food and beverage areas, and suppliers. Establishments have the right to request compensation for damages caused by the guest. • Children under 18 years of age who are not considered adults must have a parental consent form with them if they are participating in the tour without either or both of their parents. • Guests participating in the tour must carry reports regarding medical issues, pregnancy status, and medications they use regularly. • Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the departure times determined for departure points. • Information regarding the estimated arrival times at the end of the tour is approximate, and the tour operator is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. • Guests will be dropped off at the opposite end of the stops taken at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different point. • According to traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout their journey, and the tour operator is not responsible for any cases otherwise. • Guests are responsible for all personal belongings in the vehicle during breaks and other locations. • Since the first day of the tour will begin before entering the hotel, please prepare the items you need to bring separately. • Due to the intensity of the program during the tour, it may not always be possible to find places such as ATMs or currency exchange offices, so it is advisable to be prepared. • Long distances may be covered in the programs to be carried out. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide in the vehicle. • Lunches are prepared with economical menus specific to the region. For lunch and dinner, tables are used that are divided into groups depending on the crowd in the area. • The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined according to regional density. Guests may learn the confirmed starting and ending routes two days before the tour begins if they wish. • If the agency does not reach a sufficient number of participants for the tour, the guest will be informed and may choose to postpone the tour to the next date or cancel it. Alternatively, ticketing can be done for the nearest departure point to allow the guest to participate in the tour. In such a case, the agency is required to notify the guest three (3) days in advance via phone, SMS, or email. In this situation, the guest does not have any claim rights. • Guests who cancel or change their reservations up to 30 days before the start date of the service without stating a reason will receive a refund of the amount paid. For cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date, 30% of the reservation fee will be deducted; for cancellations made between 15 and 7 days, 50% of the reservation fee will be deducted; and for cancellations made 7 days or less before, 100% of the reservation fee will be deducted. • Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package may cancel the purchased package tour without stating any reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date without any deduction. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover flight tickets. For this tour, the Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package is 100 TL. • Museum Cards and museum entrance fees are not included in the tour price. All museum entrances are to be paid by the guests. **CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND GUARANTEE PACKAGE** The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package allows the guest to cancel and change the purchased package tour without specifying any reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. Following the cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover flights for tours with flights. For this tour, the Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package is 100 TL. **MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NUMBER 1618** The coverage of the 1618 numbered Mandatory Travel Insurance includes the insolvency of the agency or the provision of package tour services for any reason. It is included in the tour price. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment expenses. Private health insurance is the guest's responsibility. **OUR TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES** In our tours, transportation is classified according to the number of participants as follows. In vehicles with TV units, it is recommended to carry an external charger as charging your phone may reduce its battery life.
