• After picking up our esteemed guests from the designated points, we begin our night journey to the İzmir Çeşme Alaçatı Efes Şirince Tour.

• İzmir – Konak Square - Kordon – Clock Tower – Government House – Elevator – Çeşme – Çeşme Castle - Alaçatı
• After our night journey, we stop at Çiçekliköy for a Traditional Breakfast with the tour. After breakfast, we head to İzmir. In İzmir, we visit the Historical Elevator, Dario Moreno Street, Kordon, Clock Tower, and Government House, and then set out for Çeşme. Our first stop in Çeşme will be the Çeşme Castle, which is one of the most important castles in Western Anatolia, where we can see both Genoese and Ottoman architectural styles. After receiving information about the Çeşme Castle from our guide, we start our tour of the castle. After finishing our visit to the castle, we will see the Caravanserai, built by Suleiman the Magnificent in 1528, from a panoramic perspective. We then give free time in Çeşme. During this free time, we recommend tasting the unique ice creams of Çeşme. After our free time, we board our bus and head to our next stop, Alaçatı. Alaçatı, with its narrow streets built on Arnavut cobblestones and a blend of Greek and Ottoman architecture, will impress us. After receiving brief information about Alaçatı from our guide, we have our lunch break to try the famous kumru. After lunch, we give free time until the time determined by our guide. During this time, you can take colorful photos in front of the Historical Stone Houses in Alaçatı to make the tour unforgettable. At the end of our free time, we head to our hotel for dinner and accommodation.

• Mother Mary – Ephesus Ancient City – Şirince - Istanbul
• On the last day of the tour, we set off to visit the home of Mother Mary in Selçuk after having breakfast at our hotel. We will have our visit and pray in the church believed to be located in the area where Hz. Mary lived. After leaving the House of Mother Mary, we begin our visit to the Ephesus Ancient City, one of the most famous ancient cities in the world, made entirely of marble from the early ages. With our guide, we will explore the Ephesus ruins, Agora, Ancient Theatre, Terrace Houses, Odeon, Heracles Gate, Trajanus Fountain, and the Celsus Library, then we will take a break for lunch. After our lunch break, we will head to Şirince. Our journey continues through olive groves, leading us to the charming Greek village of Şirince, formerly known as "Çirkince." We will visit the Wine House / Wine Museum, which contains the finest wines from the region. Afterward, we have free time to take beautiful photos and shop in the village. We will explore Şirince with its lovely houses, streets, and people and then begin our journey back to Istanbul. We will drop off our guests at the designated points and bid farewell until the next tour event.

• The tour duration is 2 Nights 3 Days, including the movement and return day, with 1 night of hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent traveling. • In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing tours are included in a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing rights, etc. cannot be refunded. • Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided in hotel accommodation. • In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms generally stays in an extra bed. • The hotels mentioned in the program are priority accommodation facilities and may vary by tour. Changes can be made to hotel standards as long as the same level of quality is maintained based on occupancy. If requested, the names of the hotels will be communicated 48 hours before the departure of the tour based on availability. • The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. There is no option to choose between rooms. • Our stops may change in terms of location and service standards due to reasons such as intensity, renovation, etc., while maintaining the same service level. • The timing of the program may change at the discretion of the guide due to weather conditions, road conditions, peak times at places to be visited, etc. • Our tour is not responsible for places that cannot be visited due to force majeure (weather, road conditions, peak times at visited places, etc.) or if guests do not adhere to the timing given by the guide during the tour. In such cases, guests do not have any claim rights. • A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. The prices of tour packages may gradually increase as the number of reservations increases and the date approaches. The right to raise prices is reserved from tour to tour. In this case, securing a price without advance payment is not possible. • There is no guarantee of specific seat numbers during the reservation. The notes entered into the reservation do not guarantee specific selections. Special seat selections such as front or back are not possible. • The seating arrangement in the vehicle is arranged by the operation based on the order of reservation. In case of objections regarding the seating arrangement, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard. • Additional tours, such as night tours included in the tour program, depend on the number of participants and the available staff. Additional tours along the route will proceed even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in additional tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests not joining additional tours accept that they have joined the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest areas. • If any additional tour does not take place for any reason, the guest will not have any claim rights. The tour is not responsible for this situation. • Additional tour prices may vary by periods. In this case, the date of the tour is considered rather than when the guest purchased the tour. The price of the additional tour valid during the period of the tour will apply. The guest accepts this by purchasing the tour. • The tour is not responsible for any material damages caused by the guest to services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim damages caused by guests. • In cases where minors under the age of 18 are not accompanied by one or both of their parents, a consent letter must be kept with them during the trip. • Guests participating in the tour must have medical documents related to health issues, pregnancy, and medications they use regularly. • Delays may occur during the specified departure times due to traffic, accidents, etc. • Information regarding arrival times after the tour is provisional, and the tour is not responsible for delays due to force majeure. • Guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stops at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on getting off at a different point. • According to traffic law, it is mandatory for all guests in the vehicle to wear seat belts during their trip; otherwise, the tour is not responsible. • All personal belongings inside the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest at rest areas, etc. • Since the first day's tour will start before checking into the hotel, please prepare the necessary items separately. • Due to the intense program, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared. • Long distances may be covered during scheduled programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide inside the vehicle. • Lunches consist of locally sourced economical menus. During lunch and dinner, tables will be used for groups depending on the area's occupancy. • The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. Guests may check the confirmed starting and ending routes of the tour 2 days before it begins. • In cases where the agency does not reach sufficient participant numbers for the tour, the guest will be informed, and according to the guest's request, the tour can be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, ticketing can be done for the nearest departure point to enable guest participation in the tour. In such cases, the agency is obliged to inform the guest 3 days in advance via call, SMS, or email. The guest does not have any claim rights in such a situation. • Cancellations and changes made by the guest at least 30 days before the service start date will result in a full refund of the paid amount. Cancellations and changes made 29 to 15 days before the tour date will incur a 30% deduction from the reservation amount; 15-7 days before 50%, and 7 days or less will incur a 100% deduction from the reservation amount. • Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package can cancel the purchased package tour without stating any reason until 72 hours before the tour start date. The full amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions after cancellation. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package do not cover flight tickets. The cost of this package for our tour is 100 TL. • Museum Cards and entry fees for museums are not included in the tour price. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by the guests. **CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND GUARANTEE PACKAGE** The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package allows the guest to cancel and change the purchased package tour without any reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date. After cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover flight arrangements in tours. The cost of this package for our tour is 100 TL. **MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618** The coverage of Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 includes situations where the agency goes bankrupt or for any reason the package tour service is not provided. It is included in the tour price. It is not health insurance and does not cover medical expenses. Private health insurance is the responsibility of the guest. **OUR TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES** Transportation in our tours is classified according to the number of guests as follows. The type of vehicles provided corresponds to the number of guests on each tour. Our vehicles do not have headphones. In vehicles with TV units, it is recommended to bring an external charger as charging your phone may reduce its battery life.
