  • After picking up our esteemed guests from the designated points, we start our night journey to Kapadokya Ihlara Hacıbektaş Tour.

  • Day 2
  • Tuz Lake – Aksaray – Ihlara Valley – Narlıgöl Crater Lake – Underground City – Pigeon Valley - Paşabağ – Dervent Valley – Pottery Workshop - Avanos
  • After our night journey, we arrive at Tuz Lake early in the morning for the Kapadokya Ihlara Hacıbektaş Tour. (The sunrise will not be visible during periods when dawn is late.) After our free time at Tuz Lake, we take a breakfast break before starting our tour. Following that, we head to our first stop, Ihlara Valley, with the view of Hasan Mountain, one of the most important components of the Kapadokya formation. (Due to the construction of Cam Terrace and facilities at the main entrance of Ihlara Valley, temporary entries are closed. Until the work is completed, visits to Ihlara Valley will be made via Belisırma Gate or Selime.) We descend 380 steps to reach the Ihlara Valley, which is 14 km long, a natural formation, and a significant retreat place in Christianity. We take a walk in the Ihlara Valley, which has a depth of over 120 meters created and flowed by the Melendiz stream, while gathering information about the valley, its settlements, and churches. Depending on the density, we may see examples of Ağaçaltı, Sümbüllü, or Yılanlı Churches and receive information from our guide. We will also have free time to immortalize our memories at beautiful photo spots and recharge our spirits in the valley atmosphere. When we meet at the arranged time at our vehicle, we gather our energy spent on climbing the stairs and move to our next visit, Narlıgöl Crater Lake. We take a short photo break at Narlıgöl, which showcases different beauties in all four seasons and has a heart shape when viewed from above. After our photo break, we proceed to Kaymaklı Underground City. (In case of crowding, Derinkuyu or Özkonak Underground City will be visited. With approximately 4500 years of usage history, the underground city fascinates with its architectural features and uses. We will conduct our visit to the Kaymaklı Underground City with our guide. You will be amazed at every step of this underground city, where thousands of people lived, transformed into an underground city due to excavation during the Hitit, Roman, and Byzantine periods, made of tuff rocks. After visiting Kaymaklı Underground City, we board our bus and head to Pigeon Valley. At Pigeon Valley, where Nazar and pottery trees combine, we take a photo break where you can capture magnificent shots. After our break, we move to the restaurant where we will have our lunch. After our lunch, we have free time for any of the 1-hour activities. During the 1-hour free time, guests who do not participate in activities can enjoy tea or coffee and take a walk.
  • Atv Tour (Extra): For those who want to participate in the fun activities of Kapadokya, we drop off our guests who wish to have an ATV tour to the area where they will ride. With trainers, we will embark on an adrenaline-filled journey among the fairy chimneys, where Çavuşin Panorama, Kılıçlar Valley, and Kızılçukur Valley are among the sights. After enjoying our tour with photo breaks, we return to the starting point.
  • Horse Safari Tour (Extra): After getting to know the horses with the trainers, we will have an unforgettable safari for about an hour among the fairy chimneys with the help of assistants. During photo breaks, staff will take your photos to immortalize your memories.
  • We pick up guests returning from the activities and head to Paşabağ, where we will closely see the grand and shady fairy chimneys. After receiving information from our guide about the fairy chimneys, you can take a walk among the fairy chimneys and capture wonderful photos. After we complete our time at Paşabağ, we gather in our bus and proceed to the last point of the day, Dervent Valley, also known as Dream Valley. The reason for its name is that you can shape the fairy chimneys according to your imagination and liken them to creatures. After our guide shows us the fairy chimneys resembling a dancing bride and groom and a sitting camel, we take a short photo break. After our photo break, we proceed to the Pottery Workshop, the final stop of the day. Here our master will explain and demonstrate to us how pottery was made in ancient times, after which he will try to have our guests create pottery with his entertaining presentation. After getting information about the products from our master, we will have time for shopping. Here, you can complete your purchases of pottery products and souvenirs. After our shopping, we board our bus and head to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel.
  • Guests who wish can join an extra special Turkish Night event after dinner.

  • Turkish Night (Extra): At the time determined by our guide, we will take the bus from in front of our hotel to move to the Kayadan Carved Cave Restaurant where the event will take place. We will watch shows such as Marriage Proposal, Henna, Wedding, and folklore dances that represent Turkish culture, with unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and mezes included in the night. At the end of the night, we will take the bus back to our hotel.

  • Balloon Tour – Ürgüp – Asmalı Konak - Winery – Göreme Open Air Museum – Onyx Stone Workshop – Hacı Bektaş-ı Veli Tomb - Istanbul
  • In the early morning, guests who wish can participate in the Balloon or Balloon Watching tour. After the extra tours are completed, we will return to the hotel.
  • *Balloon Tour (Extra) We will meet with our guests wishing to join in front of the lobby at pre-determined early morning times and transfer to the balloon launch area. We will watch the preparations of the balloons with refreshments. Once the preparations are complete, we will proceed to take off. During our balloon trip that lasts about an hour, we will watch the fairy chimneys and the entire area with the sunrise, which showcases the artistry of nature. After our balloon trip is completed, upon landing at the designated spots, the champagne offered will make the unforgettable Balloon Tour a must-do activity. After receiving our certificates too, we will head back to the hotel. The balloon tour allows enough time for preparation for today’s planned program.
  • *Balloon Watching Tour (Extra): Guests wishing to join can participate in our extra Balloon Watching Tour (Extra 200₺). In this tour, we go to the Love Valley, where guests can see the preparations of the balloons for takeoff. We will watch the incredible view created by the balloons at sunrise. You can take unforgettable photos in this marvelous atmosphere to immortalize the moment. After our Balloon Watching tour, we will return to the hotel, allowing enough time to prepare for today's planned program. (In case of cancellation of balloon takeoff at the launch area, refunds will not be provided. If the cancellation happens before leaving the hotel, Balloon Watching Tour fees will be refunded. This extra service of guidance and transportation is provided from tour to tour. The agency is not responsible for the cancellation of the balloon takeoff at the launch area.)

  • On the last day of the Kapadokya Ihlara Hacıbektaş Tour, after having breakfast at our hotel, we will go to the leather workshop where we will watch a fashion show and receive information about the important Turkish leather art that has held a significant place in history since ancient times. Following the delightful show and shopping, we will move towards Ürgüp. In Ürgüp, we will first photograph Asmalı Konak from outside, where the famous series Asmalı Konak was shot in the early 2000s. Next, we head to the Winery for those who want to buy the world-renowned wines that come to mind when talking about Kapadokya. After guests have completed their wine shopping, we will board our bus. Our next stop will be a shop where you can find a variety of locally produced pumpkin seeds roasted in milk and many regional selections. After a short shopping break there, we will depart for the Göreme Open Air Museum, which holds one of the significant places in the historical development of Christianity. At Göreme Open Air Museum, we will explore the Girls' and Boys' Monasteries, St. Basil Church, Apple Church, St. Barbara Church, Snake Church, Dark Church, Sandaled Church, and Tokalı Church with our guide. After completing our visit here, we will gather in the bus and move to the Onyx Stone Workshop. We will visit the workshop where we will see the processing of onyx stones, mined from the volcanic region of Kapadokya, and semi-precious and precious stones extracted from different depths, followed by a shopping break for those who wish. After completing our shopping, we will move to the restaurant where we will have lunch. After having lunch, we will bid farewell to Kapadokya and head towards Hacı Bektaş-ı Veli Tomb. When we arrive at Hacı Bektaş-ı Veli Tomb, we will begin our visit with explanations from our guide. We will make visits to the Three Wells Fountain in the outer courtyard, the Main Courtyard (Kitchen, Square House), and the Last Courtyard (Pir House, Hacı Bektaş Veli Tomb). After completing our visit to Hacı Bektaş-ı Veli Tomb, we conclude our Kapadokya Ihlara Hacıbektaş Tour and begin our return journey. We will drop off our esteemed guests at the points where we picked them up, and bid farewell, looking forward to seeing you next time on our tours.

• The duration of the tour is 2 Nights 3 Days, including the day of movement and return, and it includes 1 night of hotel accommodation. The journey takes 1 night. • In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are offered as a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing rights, etc. cannot be refunded. • Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for a single child accompanying two adults. In hotels, separate beds may not be provided for children aged 0-6. • In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually sleeps on an extra bed. • The hotels listed in the program are the preferred accommodation facilities for each tour. Changes may be made regarding the region and hotels based on availability, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated 48 hours before the tour departure upon request, based on availability. • The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. In such cases, guests do not have the right to claim. • A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. Tour prices may gradually increase as the number of reservations included in the package increases and the date approaches. The right to increase prices from tour to tour is reserved. In this case, no price guarantees can be made without a deposit. • During the reservation, seat numbers cannot be guaranteed. There is no guarantee for notes entered during the reservation. Special seat selections such as front or back are not available. • The seating arrangement in the vehicle is arranged by the operation based on the order of reservations for each tour. Refunds are not possible in case of disputes regarding seat assignments. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard. • Optional tours, such as night tours included in the program, will take place depending on the number of participants and the availability of personnel. Optional tours will be carried out even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in optional tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in optional tours have joined the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest areas. • If an optional tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have the right to claim. In this case, our company bears no responsibility. • Prices for optional tours may vary by periods. In such cases, the price is determined by the date of the tour, not the date of purchase. The price applicable in the period when the tour takes place will be valid. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour. • Our company is not responsible for any material damages that may occur due to the guest in all services provided by the transportation vehicle, hotel, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to demand damages caused by guests. • In cases where minors under 18 are not accompanied by one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to carry a consent letter required for participation in the tour. • Guests participating in the tour must have reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, or medications they regularly use. • Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc. during the specified departure times. • Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is tentative, and our company is not responsible for delays due to compelling reasons. • Guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stops we picked up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different point. • According to traffic law, all guests in the vehicle must wear seat belts throughout the journey, and our company is not responsible in case of non-compliance. • All personal belongings in the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest during breaks, etc. • Since the first day's tour will begin before entering the hotel, please prepare necessary items separately. • Due to the busy program, it is beneficial to be prepared as finding ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc. may not always be possible. • Long distances may be covered during the executed programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide in the vehicle. • Lunches consist of economical menus specific to the region. During lunch and dinner, tables are divided into groups depending on the intensity of the area. • The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined according to regional intensity. Before our tour starts, guests can learn about the confirmed starting and ending routes if they contact us 2 days in advance. • In cases where the tour does not reach a sufficient number of participants, the agency has to inform the guest, and according to the guest's request, the tour can be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, the nearest departure point can be ticketed to enable the guest to participate in the tour. In such cases, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. In such cases, the guest does not have the right to claim. • Cancellations and changes made by the guest at least 30 days prior to the start date of the service will be refunded. For cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days prior, 30% of the reservation fee will be deducted; for 15-7 days, 50% will be deducted; for cancellations and changes made 7 days or less before the date, 100% will be deducted. • Guests who have purchased a Cancellation, Refund and Insurance Package can cancel the purchased package tour without providing a reason, up to 72 hours before the tour start date. In the event of cancellation, the total amount of the package tour fee will be refunded without any deduction, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund and Insurance Package does not cover flight tickets. For this tour, the Cancellation, Refund and Insurance Package is 250 TL. • Museum Cards and entrance fees for historical sites are not included in the tour price. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by the guests. **CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND INSURANCE PACKAGE** The Cancellation, Refund and Insurance Package allows the guest to cancel and change the purchased package tour without providing any reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the total amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deduction, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund and Insurance Package does not cover flight transportation in tours with flights. For this tour, the package price is 250 TL. **MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618** The scope of Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 includes the agency's bankruptcy or any reason for the non-provision of package tour services. It is included in the tour price. It does not cover health insurance and does not cover treatment costs.
