Guests can inquire about the confirmed start and finish of the route two days before the tour starts if they wish. • If the tour does not reach the required number, the agency is obliged to inform the guest, and according to the guest's request, the tour may be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, ticketing can be arranged for the nearest departure point to allow the guest to join the tour. In such a case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via phone call, SMS, or email. The guest has no right to claim under such circumstances. • Guests who cancel or change their reservation without providing a reason up to 30 days before the start date of the service will have their payment refunded. For cancellations and changes made between 29 to 15 days before the tour date, 30% of the reservation fee will be deducted; cancellations and changes made between 15 to 7 days before will incur a deduction of 50% of the reservation fee; and for cancellations and changes made 7 days or less before, 100% of the reservation fee will be deducted. • Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel their purchased package tour without providing a reason, up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by the guests. **INFORMATION ABOUT BATUM** According to the agreement made between Turkey and Georgia, Turkish citizens can pass into Batum with their identity card containing their Turkish ID number. Entry is not allowed with identification cards other than ID cards (such as driver’s licenses, corporate IDs, etc.). Guests under 18 traveling without one or both parents must obtain a notarized authorization letter to enter Batum. It is mandatory for all identities, including babies and children, to have a photo. The identification cards must not be worn out and must not be older than 10 years. As of September 1, 2020, entry into Batum with old identity cards is not permitted.
