Need to Know
- Our Tour Program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. In case sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date will be 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you via turdan tura.
- In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is carried out, English guidance may be provided.
- In cases where only category information is given in the tour program without specifying names and/or there are alternatives for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by turdan tura 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Triple rooms are subject to availability at the hotels, and in these types of rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are considered folding or coach beds, tour participants acknowledge that they accept any crowding and bed type issues that may arise in rooms designated for the third person and/or children. Child discounts apply only for a single child accompanying two adults and within the appropriate age group. No bed guarantees are provided for children aged 0-2 at hotels.
- Included services in the tour program such as breakfasts at the hotel will generally be presented as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, suitable for the breakfast culture of the country in which you are staying and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.
- Since the tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. Current flight details can be confirmed from turdan tura. Updated times will be communicated by turdan tura with the tour information.
- It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without taking domestic flights. If a guest has purchased their domestic connection flight from a different supplier independently of turdan tura, they cannot claim any refund from turdan tura in case cancellation or time changes occur. Guests acknowledge in advance any material or moral losses that may arise from the cancellation or change of the tour when purchasing the tour. turdan tura cannot be held responsible for this situation. turdan tura is not responsible for guests missing their international flight due to potential delays, flight cancellations, etc. if they have purchased their own domestic flights.
- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight purchased as a round trip is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
- Guests who are included in the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point on time and without any delays at their own expense. Otherwise, they will have to arrange all their transfers at their own expense.
- For guests not present at the specified airport at the times indicated in accordance with airline regulations, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but cannot board the flight, turdan tura is not responsible for their inability to complete the flight. All expenses for obtaining new round-trip tickets necessary for guests who miss their flights to participate in the tour and transfers in the area to be visited are their responsibility.
- Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/ID cards, and turdan tura is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or individual, and the costs incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the item owner.
- In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., the guide cannot accompany guests individually due to the integrity and continuity of the group.
- During the purchase of the tour, it is mandatory to provide the correct name, date of birth, and passport number as written on the passport. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties resulting from incorrect information will be collected from you.
- Some airlines may charge for meal services and online check-in.
- During the tour, seat numbers in bus usage cannot be guaranteed.
- The times communicated by our guide during the tours are the times of vehicle operation, and it is the responsibility of our guide to ensure equal rights for all guests. Any guests who are late will have to make their own way to the next stop without any waiting.
- Optional tours are organized by the local turdan tura with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, excursions may not take place or the prices, content, and the vehicles to be used for the extra tours may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may change according to whether museums and historical sites to be visited are open/closed and due to weather conditions, as determined by the guide. Different guides may accompany guests during optional excursions.
- In our regular packages, optional tours that are not included are based on the participant's preference and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable resting place along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside resting place before the optional tour starts and collected from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
- In programs where extra tours are included, it is mandatory to pay for museum & site entrance fees either at the time of reservation to turdan tura or to the guide during the tour.
- Participants acknowledge in advance that they will pay the amounts for expenses such as local guide fees, museum & site entry fees, city taxes, and any headphone audio systems to the tour authority during travel, as previously disclosed in the tour program. Participants have been fully and adequately informed on this matter.
- turdan tura acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be delays in scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the existing trip and flight. turdan tura is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers acknowledge and accept that flight details may change when purchasing the tour.
VISA
- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens to enter Japan; however, approval or a visa is required to enter Korea via K-ETA. Visa applications must be made with a passport valid for at least 8 months from the date of travel.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may be refused entry to the country they are traveling to, and their flight may not be conducted by the airline. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. turdan tura is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, these passports should be renewed, and if a visa is required for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by the customs police to provide a document showing the mutual consent of both parents at the border entrances and exits, so we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
