• The duration of the tour is 3 nights and 4 days, including the movement and return day, and it includes 2 nights of hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent traveling. • In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are included in a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing rights, etc. cannot be refunded. • Child discounts applied in tour packages are for a single child accompanying two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided for hotel accommodation. • In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms generally stays in an extra bed. • The hotels specified in the program are the priority accommodation facilities for each tour. Changes may be made to the region and hotels based on availability, provided the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated 48 hours before the tour departure if requested based on availability. • Rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. There is no choice between rooms. • Our stop locations may change based on factors such as density, renovation, etc., but this will remain the same in terms of location and service standards. • The program's timing (the order of places to be visited during the day or between days) may change if necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, density at visit sites, etc., as deemed necessary by the guide. • Our organization is not responsible for places that are not visited during the tour due to force majeure (weather, road, density at visit sites, etc.) or guests not following the timing given by our guide. In such cases, guests do not have the right to claim. • A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of reservations within the package tour increases and the date approaches, tour prices may increase in tiers. The organization reserves the right to raise prices from tour to tour, and in this case, no price fixation can be made without taking a deposit. • During the reservation, a specific seat number cannot be promised or guaranteed. There is no guarantee for notes entered into the reservation. Special seat selection, such as front or back, is not available. • The seating arrangement in the vehicle is arranged by the operation based on the order of reservations. In cases of objections regarding seat placement, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard. • Extra tours, such as night tours included in the tour program, are conducted based on the number of participants and available personnel. Extra tours will be carried out even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed to rest areas or city centers by our guide. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the rest area. • If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, no claims can be made by the guest. The organization has no responsibility in this case. • Extra tour prices may change according to the periods. In this case, the date the guest bought the tour is not considered; the extra tour price valid for the date of the tour will apply. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour. • The organization is not responsible for any material damages caused by guests in all services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim damages caused by guests. • In cases where children under the age of 18 are not accompanied by one or both parents, a consent form must be kept with them during the trip. • Guests participating in tours with health issues, pregnancy, or medications must carry their reports with them. • Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc. at the established departure times. • Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is estimated, and the organization is not responsible for delays due to force majeure. • Guests will be dropped off on the opposite side of the stops we collected them from at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at different locations. • According to traffic regulations, all guests must wear seatbelts during the journey; otherwise, the organization is not responsible for the circumstances. • All personal belongings inside the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest at stops, etc. • Since the first day's tour will begin before checking into the hotel, please prepare the necessary items you need to keep separate. • It is advisable to be prepared as it may not always be possible to find ATMs, exchange offices, etc. due to the program's intensity during the tour. • Long distances may need to be covered in the executed programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide inside the vehicle. • Lunch includes economical menus specific to the region. Lunch and dinner tables will be designated in groups depending on regional density. • The starting and ending route of our tours is determined based on regional density. Guests can learn the confirmed starting and ending routes of the tour two days before it starts if they wish. • In the event that the tour does not reach sufficient numbers, the agency is obliged to inform the guest and, based on the guest's wishes, can defer the tour to the next date or cancel it. Alternatively, guest participation can be ensured by ticketing to the nearest departure point. In this case, the agency is required to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. The guest does not have the right to claim in this situation. • Guests will be refunded their payment if cancellations or changes are made 30 days before the service start date without reason. For cancellations or changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date, 100% of the reservation amount will be deducted; for cancellations or changes made between 15 and 7 days, 50% of the reservation amount will be deducted; and for cancellations or changes made 7 days or less before the tour date, 100% of the reservation amount will be deducted. • Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package can cancel the purchased package tour without stating a reason until 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the entire package tour fee paid will be refunded without any deduction, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover flight tickets. • Museum Passes and entrance fees for museums or archaeological sites are not included in the tour fee. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by the guests. CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND GUARANTEE PACKAGE The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package allows the guest to cancel and change their purchased package tour until 72 hours before the start date of the tour without specifying any reason. After cancellation, 100% of the package tour fee paid will be refunded without any deduction, according to the payment method. This package does not cover transportation for tours with flights. MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618 The scope of Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason for the package tour services not being provided. It is included in the tour fee. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment costs. Private health insurance expenses are the responsibility of the guest. OUR TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES In our tours, transportation is classified according to the number of guests as follows. The following vehicle types are used according to the number of participants in each tour. There are no headphones in our vehicles. In vehicles with TV units, it is recommended to carry an external charger as charging your phone may reduce your phone's battery life.
