Need to Know
• The duration of the tour is 3 days and 2 nights, including the day of movement and return, with 2 nights of hotel accommodation. One night is for travel.
• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and local visits are bundled together and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, local visits, etc. cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are used for one child accompanying two adults. Separate beds may not be provided for children aged 0-6 during hotel accommodation.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays in an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are the primary accommodation facilities for each tour. Changes may be made to the accommodation area and hotels, provided that the hotel standards remain the same, according to availability. Hotel names will be communicated when requested, 48 hours before the tour departure.
• The rooms in the hotels to be stayed in are determined by the hotel. There is no option for selection among rooms.
• Our rest stops may change in terms of location and service standards due to reasons like density, renovation, etc. provided that they remain the same.
• In the program timing, the guide may change the order of visited points or the schedule between days if deemed necessary due to conditions such as weather, road conditions, crowding at visited places, etc.
• Our company is not responsible for places that are not visited even though they are written in the tour program due to force majeure (such as weather, road conditions, crowding at visited places, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timing given by our guide during the tour. In such cases, there is no right to claim for guests.
• A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of reservations in a package tour increases and the date approaches, the tour prices may also gradually increase. The right to increase prices from tour to tour is reserved. In this case, a fixed price cannot be guaranteed without a prepayment.
• During the reservation, absolutely no seat number guarantee is provided. Notes entered during reservation have no guarantee. Special seat selections, such as the front or rear, are not made.
• The seating arrangement in the vehicle is arranged by the operation based on the order of reservations. In cases of objections regarding seating arrangements, a refund is not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours, such as night tours included in the tour program, depend on the number of participants and available personnel. Extra tours to be held on the way will be carried out even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not join extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have joined the tour, accepting to wait at the rest stops.
• If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest will not have any claim rights. Our company has no responsibility in this case.
• Extra tour prices may vary by periods. In this case, the date on which the guest purchased the tour is not considered, but the date of the tour departure is taken into account. The extra tour price valid during the period of the tour will be applicable. The guest accepts this by purchasing the tour.
• The guest accepts responsibility for any material damages caused by them in all services provided by the transportation vehicle, hotel, food and beverage areas, and suppliers. Businesses reserve the right to claim for damages caused by guests.
• In the case of minors under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by one or both parents, a notarized consent form must be kept with them during the trip.
• Guests participating in the tour should carry reports related to health problems, pregnancy, or medications they use regularly with them.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the designated times for departure points.
• Information regarding the expected arrival times at the end of the tour is tentative, and our company is not responsible for delays that may occur due to force majeure.
• Our guests will be dropped off in the opposite direction of the stops we collected them from at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different point to the vehicle staff.
• According to traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout the journey, otherwise, our company is not responsible for any resulting situations.
• Guests are responsible for all personal belongings in the vehicle, especially at rest areas, etc.
• Since sightseeing will start on the first day before entering the hotel, please prepare the necessary items separately.
• It is beneficial to be prepared since it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc. during the program due to the intensity of the schedule.
• Long distances may be covered during the program. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide in the vehicle.
• Lunch menus have been created with dishes unique to the region. During lunch and dinner, tables are used that are divided according to group intensity in the area.
• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined according to regional density. Guests can inquire about the finalized starting and ending route two days before the tour if they wish.
• If the agency determines that the tour does not reach a sufficient number, the guest will be informed, and according to the guest’s wishes, the tour can be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, booking can be made for the nearest departure point to ensure the guest’s participation in the tour. In such a case, the Agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. In such cases, the guest will have no right to claim.
• Cancellations and changes made by the guest without stating a reason, up to 30 days before the start date of the service will be refunded to the guest in full. For cancellations and changes made between 29 to 15 days prior to the tour date, the reservation fee will be forfeited. For cancellations and changes made between 15-7 days, a fee of P will be deducted from the reservation fee; cuts equivalent to 0 will apply to cancellations and changes made 7 days or less before travel.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package can cancel the purchased package tour unconditionally up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour without stating any reason. The entire payment made for the package tour will be refunded without deduction. The Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package does not cover flight tickets. Guests wishing to purchase this package can do so by adding it to their reservations at the time of booking.
• Museum cards and entrance fees to museums are not included in the tour price. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by the guests.
**CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND INSURANCE PACKAGE**
The Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package allows the guest to cancel and make changes to their purchased package tour without giving any reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, depending on the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Insurance Package does not cover flights for tours. Guests who wish to purchase this package can add it to their reservation during the booking process.
**COMPULSORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618**
Compulsory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency’s bankruptcy or any reason for the service not being provided during the package tour. It is included in the tour price. It is not health insurance and does not cover medical expenses. Private health insurance costs are the guest’s responsibility.
**OUR TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES**
In our tours, our transportation is classified according to the number of participants as follows. Depending on the number of participants in each tour, the following types of vehicles will be provided. Our vehicles do not have headsets. On vehicles with TV units, we recommend bringing an external charger, as charging your phone may reduce the battery life.

THE 2-NIGHT HOTEL ACCOMMODATION TOUR PROGRAM HAS BEEN PREPARED EXCLUSIVELY BY TOUR COMPANY. COPYING AND PUBLISHING THE PROGRAM ARE PROHIBITED. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED TO TOUR COMPANY.
TOUR COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COPIES OF THE TOURED PROGRAM THAT HAVE BEEN MADE.
