- A mandatory fee of 75 USD covering city and tourist taxes, and local service charges will be collected by the guide before the tour begins. - A visa for Egypt is required for this tour. - According to civil aviation laws (Hague laws), airlines may update flight times and the airport they will use. Flight times must be confirmed by our guests 48 hours in advance. Our agency is not responsible for any changes in flight times, airports, or possible delays made by the airline companies. - Our agency is not responsible for any changes or disruptions in domestic connecting flight access for guests who do not confirm their flight times and routes. - The airline rules apply for group tickets, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either, and no refunds will be made for the unused segment. - Generally, the baggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. For domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight can drop to 15kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of our agency. - To make a reservation, individuals must provide their name and surname, date of birth, T.C. identity number, and passport number as they appear in the passport they will travel with. All reservations are made based on these details, and any penalties for potential cancellations or changes will be incurred by individuals. - This tour lasts for 7 nights and 8 days and includes accommodations in 3 & 4-star hotels. The maximum distance of hotels from the center is 5-25 km. - During fair, congress, concert, event, or sports tournament periods, hotels may be located farther away than specified. In such cases, your agency will inform you 15 days before the tour departure date. - Breakfast at the hotel is served according to the breakfast culture of the country and generally consists of a continental menu; butter, jam (marmalade), bread, tea, coffee, and soft drinks. Group breakfasts may be served in separate rooms depending on the hotel's occupancy. - For group reservations of 10 people or more, booking extra package tours through the agency at the time of reservation is mandatory. - There will be no hot or cold drinks and snacks in the vehicle during the tour. However, the driver and assistant may offer refreshments for sale inside the vehicle. - The child price for those under 12 years old is applicable if they stay in the same room as 2 adults. In a triple room, the 3rd bed is an extra folding bed and does not have the same comfort as the other 2 beds. - In extra tours, children aged 0-2 are free. Children aged 2-12 receive a discount. - Triple rooms may be provided based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Extra beds are folding beds, and the trip participant acknowledges they accept the potential crowding and bedding types in room reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. - Our agency reserves the right to change the tour route, provided the content remains the same. City introduction tours may be held the next day depending on the arrival time in the city. - Hotel names are provided as "and similar." Information about the hotel where accommodation will take place will be given 2-3 days before the tour departure. - Panoramic city tours are tours designed for the general promotion of cities, conducted with guide narration, without getting off the vehicle, or conducted walking according to the nature of the city, and do not include museum and site entrance fees. - Our agency is not responsible for the same day and time occurrences of tours due to circumstances outside of our agency's control (such as closed roads, weather conditions, permissions denied by local authorities, congestions at border crossings, etc.). Some tours may be conducted using public transport or walking at points where closed roads or vehicle entry is not permitted. - Extra tour prices are determined with a minimum participation of 10 people in mind. Therefore, if sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not occur, or extra tour prices, content, the vehicle used, and participant counts may vary. - Participation in extra tours is voluntary. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours scheduled along the way are considered to accept waiting at a rest facility determined by the guide. Such passengers will be dropped off at the roadside facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the same location afterward. - Guests who have purchased one of the advantageous extra tour packages, if they do not participate in any tour (including for special reasons), will have their tour refund calculated based on the non-discounted price. There will be no right to refund for excursions that require a reservation, such as boat trips, dinners, night shows, and paid entry fees. - Museum entrance fees are not included in the prices for extra tours. - The use of the bus, except for panoramic city tours and transfers between countries, is reserved for guests who have purchased extra tours. - To avoid problems during your international departures and arrivals, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end of your travel. Guests traveling with T.C. green passport whose passport issue date is older than 10 years must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger. - Our agency acts only as an intermediary between our customers and the consulate and bears no responsibility for circumstances where visas are not approved or received on time; no right to compensation is created in such cases. In case of cancellation, visa and insurance fees are not refundable regardless of the time of cancellation. - The visa must be obtained from the consulate of the country where the longest stay will take place. Otherwise, our agency is not responsible for being denied entry by border police. - To ensure smooth entry into the visited country, the passport for which the visa was obtained or the passport from which departure will be made must not be torn, worn, wet, or damaged in any way. Otherwise, border police have the right to deny you entry to the country, and our agency is not responsible for this. - During your trip, please ensure you take all your belongings when leaving vehicles and hotels; otherwise, our agency or other service providers (local agency, hotel, bus company, etc.) are not responsible for any lost items. - In situations where minors do not participate in the tour with one or both parents, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent forms during travel. - Our agency reserves the right to cancel or change the tour date with prior notice to guests. In programs where sufficient participation is not achieved, the agency reserves the right to cancel the tour with prior notification. In case of tour cancellation, our agency must inform directly regarding the cancellation. Since this is a legal process, there is no right to compensation. - Individuals who have registered for our agency's travel programs are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
