Need to Know
-Pursuant to the minimum number of participants required for the tours to be conducted with a Turkish guide, if these numbers are not reached:
- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with the guest's approval).
- The tour can be conducted in English or Turkish at a price difference (with the guest's approval).
- If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the fee paid for that tour will be fully refunded. Discounts from discounted packages will be deducted from the price, and the net amount paid will be refunded.
-At the moment the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour:
- If a health issue confirmed by a doctor's report arises for the guest and/or the person staying in the same room, the fee paid for that tour will be fully refunded. Discounts from discounted packages will be deducted from the price, and the net amount paid will be refunded.
- For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the departure of the tour, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. Discounts from discounted packages will be deducted from the price, and the net amount paid will be refunded.
- No refunds are made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure of the tour.
- If the guest is not present at the designated meeting point at the specified time, they may join the tour by reaching another point on their own. If they choose not to do this or if it is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refunds will be made.
- Some tours may experience delays due to picking up guests from different hotels. In such cases, the guest should contact our authorized personnel to learn the arrival time of the vehicle. Such delays do not affect the content or duration of the tour and cannot be considered a reason for cancellation; therefore, no refunds will be made if a cancellation is requested.
- The authorized personnel will inform guests of the movement time during free time and stops during the tour. In the case of the guest being late, if tour flow is not affected, our personnel have the authority to either wait for a reasonable time or continue. In other situations, the guest may continue the tour on their own or return to the hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refunds will be made.
- YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt, all conforming to International Tourism Standards and certified by the Egyptian Authorities. In case of missing and/or defective services during the tours and activities, the situation you experience in Egypt will be continuously monitored by TURDAN TURA, and problems will be solved with immediate interventions, and/or full or partial refunds will be made depending on the problem. Discounts from discounted packages will be deducted from the price, and the net amount paid will be refunded.
However, TURDAN TURA cannot be held responsible for factors beyond its control such as local conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, delays due to technical failures, and similar circumstances.
- Some of our tours may require intensive physical activities. If you have a health issue, we kindly request that you consult our authorized personnel to learn about the conditions of the tour before deciding to participate.
- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/moto safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, and camel rides can carry certain risks of accidents, which could lead to serious injury or even worse. TURDAN TURA cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes that may arise. When participating in such tours and activities, please ensure you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please consult our authorized personnel for information. If you are still uncertain, do not complete your purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to comply strictly with the warnings of our authorized personnel, adhere to the measures provided to you, and wear any safety equipment given as necessary. Otherwise, you will be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
- It is the responsibility of our guests to wear appropriate clothing in places of religious significance. TURDAN TURA cannot be held responsible for guests who are not allowed entry due to attire.
- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothes, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarves, or shawls, and borrowing and returning towels from the hotel is entirely the responsibility of our guests.
- If you have food allergies or other allergies, or special dietary requirements for health reasons, you must inform our guide. In such special cases, you should be aware that we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only commit to doing our best.
- We strongly recommend that you avoid drinking tap water or other beverages, consuming fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they are washed and peeled, and eating unpackaged food sold openly in Egypt. Your body and immune system are not accustomed to the local conditions in Egypt, so you might experience symptoms like fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. In such cases, TURDAN TURA will assist you in obtaining necessary medical intervention. However, the associated costs will be borne by you.
- Like any prudent individual, we especially recommend obtaining Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international travels.
