• IMPORTANT NOTE
• Flight details may vary according to tour dates. We kindly ask passengers who will purchase domestic connecting tickets to obtain information.
• Please be present at the AJet Airlines counter in the International Departures Terminal at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen at 20:15. After completing the departure procedures at the airport, we will depart for Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt’s exotic holiday destination, with AJet Airlines’ scheduled flight VF 255 at 23:15.  

• Day 2
• Sharm El Sheikh
• Upon arrival at local time 01:40, we will transfer to our hotel. After check-in, we will settle into our rooms and overnight at our hotel. After breakfast, during the day (between 09:00-12:00), our guide will visit you at the hotel to inform you about the tours and activities you can do in Sharm El Sheikh. You can enjoy the activities in your hotel or the unique sea. Guests may join extra tours that will be arranged if they wish. Overnight at our hotel. 

• Day 3
• Sharm El Sheikh
• After breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities in your hotel. Guests may join extra tours that will be arranged if they wish. Overnight at our hotel.

• Day 4
• Sharm El Sheikh
• After breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities in your hotel. We check out at 12:00. (If the hotel has availability and with prior notice to the guide, you can keep your room until your transfer to the airport for an extra fee.) Guests may join extra tours that will be arranged if they wish. Transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide.

• Day 5
• Sharm El Sheikh – Istanbul
• After ticket and customs procedures, we start our flight with AJet Airlines’ scheduled flight VF256 at 04:45. Our journey ends upon arrival at local time 07:30.

 

• NOTE: If you wish to participate in the Cairo Pyramid Tours, you will need to obtain a visa for Egypt for $25 without passing through passport control after the Istanbul-Sharm El Sheikh flight.

- Foreign Exit Fee Stamp - All Trips Not Specified in the Tour Program - You can go to Egypt without a visa. However, in this context, it is required to land only at Sharm El Sheikh Airport and return from the same airport, and not to exit the South Sinai Region. - Personal Expenses - If you wish to participate in the Cairo Pyramid Tours, you must obtain a visa for Egypt for 25 USD without passing through passport control after the Istanbul-Sharm El Sheikh flight. - Travel Health Insurance (20 Euro)

- In order to benefit from the advantageous tour package prices for optional tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour. - Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 15 people. If there are fewer than 15 participants, the tour prices may change or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of optional tours, provided the content remains the same. - Prices for optional tours may vary depending on regional demand or the season. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for optional tours. - In cases where only category information is provided without mentioning names in the tour program, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure. - Our programs include a guide upon arrival at the destination, while the package includes guiding services only for the panoramic city tour and return airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding services will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during optional tours. - Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested optional tour may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision. - During fairs, conferences, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the specified kilometers. In such cases, the agency will inform you two days before the tour departure. - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for a general introduction of the cities and are conducted for a maximum of 2-3 hours, from within the vehicle without including museum or site entrance fees. - Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program are not responsible for situations where the visited places are closed, roads along the route are blocked due to any event, or unfavorable weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where there are closed roads or where vehicle entry is not allowed. - In our tour programs, the guide will meet you at the airport where you arrive. However, for return transfers, the guide must be present at the reception of the hotel where the guest is staying before the time given by the guide. - The hotels included in the program are subject to availability, and this may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, similar alternative hotels may be provided. - To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn currency will not be accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for optional tours cannot be made using old currency that banks will not accept. - Our package tours are aimed at international travel, so guests are responsible for their own foreign language proficiency. - Old/worn currency will not be accepted by banks in the destinations. GENERAL TERMS - At the time of reservation, the tour program must be communicated to guests along with these general terms and obligations. The operator shall not be held responsible for any complaints arising from the provided information. Our guests are considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance. - Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may be denied entry into the destination country and/or their flights by airlines from Turkey may not be carried out. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and Turdan Tura cannot be held responsible in any way. - To avoid any problems with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; those passports need to be renewed. If traveling to a country that requires a visa for T.C. citizens, this visa must also be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. - The validity of the guest's passport must be at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacles are the responsibility of the guests. - Turdan Tura acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to refuse visa applications as deemed necessary, and Turdan Tura has no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Turdan Tura only undertakes the role of intermediary. Turdan Tura holds no liability for personal visa applications. Consumers accept these terms when registering for the tour. - For passengers applying for their own visas, obtaining the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes normally one business day. Guests are required to arrange their appointment dates and times considering this timeframe. Otherwise, Turdan Tura cannot be held responsible for any potential issues. - If a guest chooses to cancel their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest has received their visa and visa service through Turdan Tura's Visa Department, and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amount, except for the consular service fees, if Turdan Tura cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, provided that the guest presents their unused visa at the end of one week from the visa's expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with the assistance of another visa intermediary firm, there will be no refunds. - Flight path changes may occur depending on the city where the plane will land. It is possible for the flight type and time to change, in which case, this situation was communicated at the time of signing the contract, and the PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE WITH THE PURCHASE OF THE TOUR. - Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. An extra bed is provided in triple rooms, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. There can be no guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms, and if the hotel has an appropriate room for this, it will be blocked according to availability. - Child discounts are valid only for children accompanied by two adults. - The breakfast served at hotels is continental, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. - Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall. - At the time of reservation/sign-up, the passenger's name-surname, date of birth, and passport number must be communicated and entered into the system as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Fees for cancels or changes due to incorrect information are the passenger's responsibility. - Our guests must have international travel and health insurance that begins one day prior to the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, regardless of whether they obtain it from Turdan Tura or not, and are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local authorities of the relevant country. In the event that a fine is incurred for not having travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests. - Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having previously entered and exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain visas or enter the border of another country, and since this situation is beyond Turdan Tura's control, the parties agree that Turdan Tura bears no responsibility in this case. - Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for economic benefits to the group must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the additional tour is completed. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick them up, and our tour will continue. - Panoramic city tours are conducted to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be held on different days, provided the content remains unchanged or may not occur due to weather conditions. In such cases, Turdan Tura is responsible for offering you the best alternative. Optional tours are conducted with a minimum of 20 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may be canceled or price changes may occur. - Tours that are not permitted to be conducted by local authorities will not be executed and Turdan Tura cannot be held responsible for this. - Flight seating in our programs is group seating, and both the departure and return flights are organized as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be canceled. In such cases, the airline's rules apply. - Last-minute delays or gate changes during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be followed by individuals. In the event of missing a flight due to such circumstances or personal reasons, the guest is required to obtain a new ticket (if necessary, as a round trip based on the previous clause) at their own expense. Additionally, if they miss the initial day’s program due to missing the group’s departure, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to a city/country with a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the guest's responsibility. - Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles can only do so after the tickets are issued and only if there is availability on the respective flight with the relevant airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are semi-flexible group class, the desired ticket may need to be upgraded to an available economy class after paying the price difference indicated by the airline. The price difference incurred in this case is the passenger's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour's departure. - To use your mobile phone abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey to see if your line is open for international calls/receiving calls. - During your travel, please make sure to take all your belongings when temporarily or completely departing from transportation vehicles and hotels. - Turdan Tura can change the order of cities and/or the airline without changing the content of the program in cases of force majeure or as deemed necessary. - Turdan Tura reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same. - Turdan Tura is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour. - If children under the age of 18 are traveling with a parent, they must obtain a consent letter from the other parent. If traveling with a third person, they must obtain a consent letter from both parents. Turdan Tura cannot be held responsible for flight cancellations due to the lack of a consent letter. - General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
