Need to Know
- It is mandatory to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Torn and worn passports cannot be used for entry.
- In cases where children under 18 years of age, who are not considered adults, do not travel with one or both parents, a consent form from one or both parents is required. It is mandatory to have the necessary consent forms with the individuals during the trip.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour departure date. A penalty will be applied 30-15 days before the tour departure date. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the tour departure date, the entire tour fee will be subject to a penalty and will not be refunded. Cancellation requests along with documents obtained from authorities in Turkey, such as hospital reports and work leave certificates, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of accommodations and services abroad.
- To make purchases and expenses in all countries included in the tour, it is sufficient to carry Euro. In areas where local currency is used, the guide will assist in currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to carry a cardigan or a similar clothing item for the evening.
- Our tours implement a rotation (seat change) application for seating arrangements daily, and a fixed seat or front seat guarantee is not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- There is a requirement for at least 3 days of accommodation to be able to bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) into Turkey from abroad.
- The duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (excluding alcoholic beverages with more than "above" alcohol content, wines and champagnes), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including those with less than "below" alcohol content, wines, and champagnes), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
- Tour guides can make changes in the program flow as long as they show all the locations mentioned in the program depending on weather and road conditions.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. In case of insufficient participation for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated by the tour operator.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the names of the hotels in the tour program or when options exist for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by the tour operator 2 days before the trip.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided by the tour operator 15 days before the tour departure.
- Triple rooms can be provided based on hotel availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are made up of open-close beds and coach beds, participants in 3rd person and/or child reservations accept that they may experience congestion in the rooms and the type of bed. Child discounts are valid for one child of the age group staying with 2 adults.
- Meals included in the tour package, such as breakfasts taken at hotels, are usually served in a separate room assigned to the group and consist of a limited menu known as continental breakfast, typically including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, according to the breakfast culture of the country.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted to provide a general introduction of the cities and include no museum or archaeological site entry. They are limited to a maximum of 2-3 hours, conducted with a guide's explanation from the vehicle. If for any reason access to the locations is not allowed or if the tours cannot be realized due to closed roads, or if the weather makes it impossible to conduct the tour, the tour operator is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted via public transportation or on foot in places where vehicle entry is not permitted.
- During travels, waiting times at border gates crossed by land may exceed standards, and the tour operator is not responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by local tour operators on the condition of a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicles used may vary depending on participant numbers. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may also change according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites and weather conditions and will be altered by the guide.
- Participation in extra tours is voluntary and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the trip are considered to have accepted to wait at a suitable resting facility on the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside resting facility before the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from the same spot after the tour is completed.
- For participants in tours by air, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities, and guests must complete these processes at the relevant airline counters in airports or online via airline company websites before the flight.
- Guests who are not present at the designated airport during the times specified by the tour operator, who do not complete the check-in and boarding processes on time, or who complete these processes on time but do not board the plane, are not the responsibility of the tour operator. Individuals who miss their flight will be responsible for all expenses related to new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination region necessary for them to join the tour.
- The tour operator acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be risks of delay in scheduled and charter flights, or schedules may change before the trip and flight. The tour operator is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes when purchasing the trip. Infants aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and service fees.

In vehicles with TV units, it is recommended to have an external charger as charging your phone in the vehicle can reduce your phone's battery life.
