• The duration of the tour is 2 Nights 3 Days, including the day of movement and return, with 2 nights of hotel accommodation. • In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are all included in a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing rights, etc. cannot be refunded. • Child discounts applied in tour packages are applicable for one child accompanying two adults. Separate beds may not be provided for children aged 0-6 during hotel accommodation. • In hotels, the third guest in triple rooms usually accommodates on an extra bed. • The hotels mentioned in the program are the preferred accommodation facilities for each tour. Changes may occur in the region and hotels depending on the occupancy, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated 48 hours before the tour departure upon request, subject to availability. • The rooms in the hotels are assigned by the hotel. Room selection is not possible. • Our rest areas may change in terms of location and service standards due to circumstances such as density, renovations, etc., while maintaining the same standards. • In terms of program timing (the order of visited points during the day or between days), the guide may make changes if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, crowding at visiting places, etc. • Our tour is not responsible for places that cannot be visited as stated in the program due to force majeure (weather, road conditions, density at visiting locations, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timing provided by our guide during the tour. In such a case, the guest has no claim for rights. • In our tours with flights, changes may be made at regional airports as long as they do not affect the sightseeing spots in the tour program. In such a case, the guest will be informed by Turdan Tura along with the flight tickets. If there is no deficiency in the program regarding the airport change, the guest has no claim for rights. • Turdan Tura is not responsible for any delays in our flight tours due to weather conditions or delays caused by the airline. In such a case, the guest has no claim for rights. • Turdan Tura is not responsible for any changes made by the airline company regarding flight times in our flight tours. The guest will be informed about any changes in flight times by Turdan Tura. • All our tours are subject to a graduated pricing system. With the increase in the number of reservations and the approach of the date within the tour package, tour prices may gradually rise. Turdan Tura reserves the right to increase prices. Under these circumstances, price stabilization cannot be ensured without prepayment. • It is absolutely not guaranteed that a specific seat number will be assigned during the reservation. There is no guarantee for the notes entered in the reservation. Special seat selection, such as front or back seats, is not available. • The seating arrangement in the vehicle is organized by the Turdan Tura operation based on the order of reservation. In cases of objections regarding seat assignments, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles have the same standards. • Additional tours, such as night tours included in the tour program, depend on the number of participants and the availability of staff. Additional tours that will be conducted on the way will take place even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in additional tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have accepted to join the tour with the understanding that they will wait at the rest area. • If an additional tour does not take place for any reason, the guest has no claim for rights. Turdan Tura has no responsibility in this case. • The prices of additional tours may vary depending on the seasons. In this case, the date on which the guest purchased the tour is not taken into consideration, but rather the date on which the tour departs. The price of the additional tour during the travel period will be valid. The guest has accepted this when purchasing the tour. • Turdan Tura is not responsible for any material damages caused by guests in all services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim monetary damages caused by guests. • In cases where minors under the age of 18 are not accompanied by one or both parents, a consent form required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during travel. • Guests participating in the tour must carry documents related to health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they use regularly. • Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc. during the scheduled times for departure points. • Information regarding the estimated arrival times at the end of the tour is approximate, and Turdan Tura is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure. • Guests will be dropped off on the opposite side of the stops we have taken at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on the vehicle personnel to be dropped off at a different location. • According to traffic law, all passengers in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout their journey; otherwise, Turdan Tura is not responsible for any resulting situations. • The responsibility for all personal belongings in the vehicle lies with the guests at stops, etc. • Since the first day's sightseeing will start before entering the hotel, please prepare your essential belongings separately. • Due to the program's intensity, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc. during the tour, so it is advisable to be prepared. • Long distances may have to be covered within the programs to be carried out. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide during the journey. • Lunches consist of economically priced menus specific to the region. Tables divided into groups will be used for lunch and dinner, depending on regional density. • The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. Guests can learn about the finalized starting and ending routes at least 2 days before the tour begins if they wish to do so. • In case the agency does not reach the sufficient number of participants for the tour, the guest will be informed, and according to the guest's preference, the tour may be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, tickets may be arranged to the nearest departure point to allow the guest to participate in the tour. In such a situation, the agency is obliged to notify the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or email. In such a case, the guest has no claim for rights. • If the guest cancels or changes the reservation up to 30 days before the start date of the service without stating a reason, the amount paid will be refunded to the guest. For cancellations and changes made 29 to 15 days before the tour date, 100% of the reservation fee will be retained; for cancellations and changes made 15 to 7 days before, 50% of the reservation fee will be retained; and for cancellations and changes made 7 days or less, 100% of the reservation fee will be retained. • Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package may cancel their purchased package tour without stating a reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the total amount paid for the package tour will be refunded in full without any deductions, based on the payment method used. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight tickets. • Museum Card and entrance fees for museums are not included in the tour fee. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by guests. **CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE** The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows the guest who has purchased the package tour to cancel or change the reservation without providing any reason up to 72 hours prior to the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the entire package tour fee paid will be refunded in full without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight transport in package tours. **MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NUMBER 1618** The scope of the Mandatory Travel Insurance Number 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or the non-provision of package tour services for any reason. It is included in the tour fee. It is not health insurance and does not cover medical expenses. Private health insurance is the responsibility of the guest. **OUR TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES** In our tours, transportation is classified according to the number of participants as follows.
