Need to Know
• The duration of the tour is 5 Nights and 6 Days, including the day of movement and return, and includes 5 nights of hotel accommodation.
• Our tour includes guidance, transportation, accommodation, and surrounding excursions as a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, surrounding excursions, etc., cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages apply only for one child accompanying two adults. Separate beds may not be provided for children aged 0-6 during hotel accommodation.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays in an extra bed.
• The hotels mentioned in the program are the priority accommodation facilities from tour to tour. Changes may be made in the regions and hotels according to the intensity, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. The names of the hotels will be communicated upon request, 48 hours before the tour departure, based on availability.
• The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. No choice can be made between rooms.
• Our rest stops may change for reasons such as intensity, renovations, etc., provided that the location and service standards remain the same.
• In the program schedule, the tour guide may make changes if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, crowd at the visit sites, etc.
• In our tours, if places mentioned in the itinerary cannot be visited due to force majeure (weather, road, crowd at the visit sites, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timings provided by our guide during the tour, the tour program is not responsible for those places. In such a case, guests do not have the right to claim.
• In packaged tours with flights, changes can be made at regional airports as long as they do not affect the sightseeing points in the tour program. In such a case, guests will be informed together with the flight tickets by the tour company. If there is no deficiency in the program regarding airport changes, the guest does not have the right to claim.
• In our flight tours, the tour company is not responsible for program disruptions caused by adverse weather conditions or delays due to the airline. In such a situation, the guest does not have the right to claim.
• In our flight tours, the tour company is not responsible for changes in flight times made by the airline. Changes in flight times will be communicated to the guest by the tour company.
• A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. With the increase in the number of reservations in the package tour and as the date approaches, tour prices may gradually increase. The tour company reserves the right to increase prices. In such a case, prices cannot be fixed without down payment.
• Seat numbers cannot be promised or guaranteed during the reservation. There is no guarantee for notes entered in the reservation. No special seat selection such as front or back is made.
• The seat arrangement in the vehicle is determined by the Operation of the tour company based on the order of reservation. Refunds are not possible for disputes regarding seat placement. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours such as night tours listed in the tour program occur based on the number of participants and the conditions of available personnel. Extra tours that will be held along the route will be carried out even if not all guests participate. Guests who will not participate in the extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in the extra tours have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the rest stop.
• In the event that an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have the right to claim. Malitur has no responsibility in this case.
• Extra tour prices may vary by periods. In such cases, the date of the tour is taken into account instead of the date the guest purchased the tour. The extra tour price valid during the period of the tour applies. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour.
• The tour company is not responsible for material damages that may occur due to the guests in all services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim damages caused by guests.
• Guests under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by one or both parents must carry a notarized consent letter with them during travel.
• Guests participating in the tour should have reports regarding any health issues, pregnancy conditions, or medications used continuously with them.
• Delays may occur at the departure points due to traffic, accidents, etc., according to the designated hours.
• Information regarding expected arrival times at the end of the tour is tentative, and the tour company is not responsible for delays that may occur due to force majeure.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite side of the stops we picked them up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on getting off at a different point with the vehicle staff.
• According to traffic law, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seatbelts throughout their journey; otherwise, the tour company is not responsible for any resulting situations.
• The responsibility for all personal items in the vehicle belongs to the guest while at rest stops, etc.
• Since the first day's tour will start before entering the hotel, please prepare the items you need to bring separately.
• Due to the program's intensity, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Long distances may be traveled during the programs to be carried out. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide in the vehicle.
• Lunches consist of region-specific economical menus. Due to regional density, tables used for lunch and dinner may be divided into groups.
• The starting and ending route of our tours is determined according to regional density. Guests can learn the finalized starting and ending points of the route two days before the tour if they wish.
• If the tour does not reach the required number, the agency must inform the guest, and the guest may choose to postpone the tour to the next date or cancel it. Alternatively, the guest may be ticketed for the nearest departure point to participate in the tour. In such a case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via call, SMS, or e-mail. In such a case, the guest does not have the right to claim.
• Guests may cancel and change their reservations without giving reasons until 30 days before the service start date, and the amount they have paid will be refunded. In cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days prior to the tour date, 30% of the reservation fee will be deducted; between 15-7 days, 50% will be deducted; for cancellations and changes made within 7 days or less, 100% of the reservation fee will be deducted.
• Guests who have purchased the Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package can cancel their purchased package tour without stating a reason until 72 hours before the tour start date without any deductions. The full amount paid will be refunded based on the payment method after cancellation. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover flight tickets.
• Museum passes and entrance fees are not included in the tour price. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by the guests.
INFORMATION ABOUT BATUM
According to the agreement made between the Republic of Turkey and the Republic of Georgia, Turkish citizens can cross into Batumi with their identity card bearing their Turkish ID number. It is not possible to cross with identification cards other than identity cards (driver's license, institutional IDs, etc.). Guests under 18 years of age who are not traveling with both parents (mother and father) must obtain a notarized consent document to cross into Batumi. Identification documents must include photographs, including for infants and children. Identity cards should not be worn out and must not be older than 10 years.
Officially, as of 01.09.2020, entry into Batumi with old identity cards is not permitted.
Guests are required to carry their identity cards with Turkish ID number. The exit fee of 710₺ must be paid by the guest.
The tour company is not responsible for issues that may arise at the Georgian border due to deformities in identification documents.
Foreign guests who have entered Turkey with a passport must have obtained a multiple entry visa for Turkey to go to Georgia and return to Turkey.
Additionally, entry will be provided according to the visa protocol that Georgia has with the countries of issuance of the passports or identities.
Citizens of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) can enter Turkey using their Turkish ID cards and thus can enter Georgia with their Turkish ID cards. KKTC citizens who enter Turkey with a European Union passport must also have obtained a multiple entry visa to return to Turkey.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND GUARANTEE PACKAGE
The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package allows guests who have purchased a package tour to cancel and make changes without providing any reason until 72 hours before the start of the tour. After cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover flight arrangements in tours. Guests who wish to purchase this package can add it to their reservations during booking.
MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618
The mandatory travel insurance No. 1618 covers the collapse of the agency or any reasons leading to the service not being provided in the package tour. It is included in the tour fee. It does not cover health insurance and does not cover treatment costs. Special health insurance is the guest's responsibility.

Our vehicles do not have earphones. In vehicles equipped with TVs, we recommend bringing an external charger as charging your phone may reduce battery life.
