Need to Know
• The tour duration is 2 Nights and 3 Days, including the day of movement and return, and includes 2 nights of hotel accommodation.
• In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are bundled and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, and sightseeing rights cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child traveling with two adults. Separate beds may not be provided for children aged 0-6 during hotel accommodation.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays in an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are the primary accommodation facilities from tour to tour. Changes may be made to hotels and areas of accommodation according to availability, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be informed if requested 48 hours before the tour departure, depending on availability.
• The rooms at the hotels are determined by the hotel itself. No choice can be made between different rooms.
• Our rest stops may change in terms of location and service standards due to extraordinary circumstances such as density, renovations, etc., while still maintaining the same standards.
• Changes in the program schedule (such as the order of sites visited during the day or between days) may be made by the guide if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, visitor site density, etc.
• Our tour is not responsible for places that cannot be visited during the tour program due to force majeure (weather, roads, site density, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timings provided by the guide. In such cases, guests do not have the right to claim.
• In our tours with flights, changes may be made to regional airports without affecting the sightseeing points in the tour program. In such cases, guests will be informed along with the flight tickets. If there are no deficiencies in the program regarding the airport change, guests do not have the right to claim.
• Our tours with flights are not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or airline-related issues. In such cases, guests do not have the right to claim.
• Our tours with flights are not responsible for changes made to flight times by the airline. Any changes in flight times will be communicated to the guests by the tour operator.
• Our guide may meet guests at the regional airport. Guests must carry out their boarding processes individually at the departure airport. In this case, guests will be informed one day in advance by the tour operator.
• Guests from other cities joining our tours by air and bus can join via the regional meeting point at the airport. In such cases, there may be wait times at the airport due to flight times.
• All our tours apply a tiered pricing system. As the number of reservations within the package tour increases and the date approaches, the tour prices may increase gradually. Tour operators reserve the right to increase prices. Under these conditions, price stabilization cannot be made without a prepayment.
• Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during the reservation process. There is no guarantee for notes entered in the reservation. Special seat selections such as front or back cannot be made.
• The seating arrangement inside the vehicle is determined by the tour operator based on the order of reservations. Refunds for objections regarding seat placement are not possible. All seats on our vehicles have the same standards.
• Extra tours like night tours included in the program will occur based on participant numbers and current personnel conditions. Extra tours along the way will be carried out even if not all guests participate. Guests not participating in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours agree to wait at rest stops as part of the tour.
• In the event that an extra tour does not take place for any reason, guests do not have the right to claim. The tour operator is not responsible in this case.
• Extra tour prices may vary by period. In this case, the date when the guest purchased the tour is not taken into account; the date the tour takes place will be applicable for extra tour prices. Guests accept this when purchasing the tour.
• The tour operator is not responsible for material damages that may occur due to guests in all services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim for material damages caused by guests.
• In cases where minors (under 18) are not accompanied by one or both parents during the tour, a consent form is required to be kept with the individuals during the trip.
• Guests participating in the tour must also carry reports related to health issues, pregnancy, and medications they use regularly.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc. at specified departure times.
• The estimated times for arrival at the end of the tour are not guaranteed; the tour operator is not responsible for delays resulting from force majeure.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stops we took them to at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on getting off at a different location with the vehicle staff.
• According to traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout the trip; otherwise, the tour operator is not responsible for any issues.
• All personal belongings inside the vehicle are the guests' responsibility during stops, etc.
• Since the first-day tour will start before checking into the hotel, please prepare the belongings you need to have with you separately.
• Due to the program intensity during the tour, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, exchange bureaus, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Long distances may be covered within the program. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide during the trip.
• Lunches consist of locally inspired economical menus. Due to regional density, separate tables may be used for lunch and dinner.
• The beginning and ending route of our tours may be determined according to regional density. Guests can learn the confirmed beginning and end of the tour two days in advance if they wish.
• In the event the agency does not reach the sufficient number of participants for the tour, the guest will be informed and may choose to postpone the tour to the next date or cancel it. Alternatively, the guest may be provided a ticket to the nearest departure point for participation. In such cases, the agency is required to inform the guest three (3) days in advance through a call, SMS, or email. In such situations, guests do not have the right to claim.
• Guests who wish to cancel or change the service must do so at least 30 days before the start date to receive a refund. For cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date, a 0% refund on the reservation fee applies; between 15-7 days, a P% fee will be applied; for cancellations and changes made 7 days or less before the tour date, a 0% refund on the reservation fee applies.
• Guests who have purchased a Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package may cancel the purchased package tour for any reason without penalty up to 72 hours before the tour start date. The total package tour fee paid will be refunded without any deductions. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight tickets. Guests wishing to obtain this package may add it to their reservation during the reservation process.
• Museum Cards and entrance fees for museums are not included in the tour price. All museum entrance fees must be paid by the guests.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE
The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows the guest to cancel or change their purchased package tour without specifying any reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. The full amount of the paid package tour will be refunded without any deductions based on the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight transportation in tours with flights. Guests wishing to take this package can add it to their reservations during the reservation process.
MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE No. 1618
The scope of the Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or any situation leading to the non-provision of package tour services. It is included in the tour fee. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment costs. Private health insurance costs are the responsibility of the guest.
