Need to Know
• Our tours include guidance, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing as a package and cannot be considered separately. Any unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, sightseeing rights, etc. cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. Separate beds may not be provided for children aged 0-6 during hotel accommodation.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms typically stays in an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are the primary accommodation facilities from tour to tour. Depending on the intensity of the region and hotels, changes may be made to the hotels as long as the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be provided upon request 48 hours prior to departure, depending on availability.
• Rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. No choice can be made between rooms.
• Our rest stops may be changed in terms of location and service standards due to reasons such as crowding or renovations, as long as they remain the same.
• In the program, timing (order of visited points during the day or among days) may be changed by the guide if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, crowding at sightseeing places, etc.
• In case of force majeure (weather, road, crowding at visitation sites, etc.) during our tour, or if guests do not adhere to the timings provided by our guide, the program cannot be held responsible for places not visited as stated in the tour. In such cases, guests do not have a right to claim.
• In our flights, changes may be made to the tour program at regional airports without affecting the sightseeing points mentioned in the program. In such case, the tour operator will inform the guest along with the flight tickets. If there is no deficiency in the program regarding airport changes, the guest does not have a right to claim.
• The tour operator is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions or delays from the airline during our flights. In such cases, the guest does not have a right to claim.
• The tour operator is not responsible for changes in flight times made by the airline. Changes in flight times will be communicated to the guest by the tour operator.
• All our tours apply a graduated pricing system. As the number of reservations within the package tour increases and the date approaches, tour prices may gradually increase. The tour operator reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, prices cannot be guaranteed without advance payment.
• During the reservation, no seat number promises or guarantees can be given. There is no guarantee for notes entered into reservations. Special seat selections, such as front or back, are not available.
• The seat arrangement in vehicles is adjusted by the tour operation based on the order of reservations. It is not possible to refund in case of objections regarding seat placement. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Extra tours, such as night tours mentioned in the tour program, depend on the number of participants and the staff available. Extra tours that take place on the route will still be carried out even if not all guests participate. Guests who choose not to participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have joined the tour, accepting to wait at the rest area.
• If an extra tour does not occur for any reason, guests do not have a right to claim. The tour operator bears no responsibility in this case.
• Extra tour prices may vary by periods. In such cases, the date the guest purchased the tour is not considered; the date the tour takes place is taken into account for the price of the extra tour. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour.
• The tour operator is not responsible for any material damages that may arise from the transportation vehicle, hotel, dining areas, and all services provided by suppliers. Businesses have the right to request damages caused by guests.
• For children under 18 years old who are not considered legally adult, consent from one or both parents must be present during the tour.
• Guests participating in the tour must carry reports related to any health issues, pregnancy, or medications they use regularly.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc., during the designated departure times.
• Information about arrival times at the end of the tour is an estimate, and the tour operator is not liable for delays due to force majeure.
• At the end of the tour, guests will be dropped off at stops opposite to those they were picked up from. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different location.
• According to traffic law, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout the journey, and the tour operator is not responsible for any situation otherwise.
• The responsibility for all personal belongings in the vehicle rests with the guest during breaks, etc.
• Since the first day's tour will start before checking into the hotel, please prepare the items you need to have ready separately.
• Due to the program's intensity, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchanges, etc. during the tour, so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Long distances may be covered during the planned programs. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide in the vehicle.
• Lunches consist of economically priced regional menus. Groups will use tables divided based on regional density for lunch and dinner.
• The beginning and ending routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. The confirmed starting and ending routes can be learned by guests if they contact us 2 days before the tour begins.
• In the event that the agency does not reach a sufficient number for the tour, the guest will be informed, and the guest can choose to postpone to the next date or cancel the tour. Alternatively, tickets may be booked for the nearest departure point to enable the guest to participate in the tour. In such cases, the agency is obliged to inform the guest via a call, SMS, or email at least three (3) days in advance. In such cases, the guest does not have a right to claim.
• Guests may cancel and change their reservation without providing a reason up to 30 days before the start date of the service, and the amount they paid will be refunded. Cancellations and changes made between 29 to 15 days before the tour date will incur a 30% deduction from the reservation amount; cancellations made between 15-7 days will incur a 50% deduction; cancellations made 7 days or less will incur a 100% deduction from the reservation amount.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel the purchased package tour without providing a reason, up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. The full amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight tickets. Guests wishing to purchase this package can add it to their reservations during the reservation process.
• Museum Cards and entrance fees for museums are not included in the tour price. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by guests.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE
The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows guests to cancel and change the purchased package tour without providing any reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the total amount paid for the package tour will be refunded completely without deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover transportation for flights. Guests wishing to obtain this package can add it during the reservation process.
MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NUMBER 1618
The 1618 Mandatory Travel Insurance covers the case of the agency's bankruptcy or any reason for the non-provision of package tour services. It is included in the tour price. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment costs. Personal health insurance is at the guest's own expense.

Our vehicles do not include headphones. We recommend bringing an external charger as charging your phone in vehicles with TV units may reduce the battery life.
