What to know
Our Tour Program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. In case sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date will be 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
- In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is executed, English guidance may be provided.
- In the tour program, if only category information is provided without specifying names and/or if options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the trip starts.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located farther than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms may be provided depending on the hotel’s availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made of folding and coach beds, participants in the tour agree to any potential cramped conditions and bed types in room reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts are valid for 1 child of the appropriate age group staying with 2 adults.
- Services included in the tour program, such as hotel breakfasts, are offered in line with the breakfast culture of the country and typically consist of a limited menu known as continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room designated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized to provide a general introduction to the cities and are conducted as a panoramic view from the vehicle without including museum or archaeological site entrances. These tours usually last a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours may not take place if local authorities do not allow visits on the days and times indicated in the program or if there are closed roads due to any event, or if weather conditions render the tour impossible to carry out. Furthermore, some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted, if possible.
- Extra tours are organized with the condition of a minimum participation of 20 people by the local agency we service. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions may not take place, or extra excursion pricing, content, and used vehicle may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and hours of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the status of museums and archaeological sites in the places to be visited, whether they are open or closed, and due to weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are considered to accept waiting in a convenient resting place along the way. These passengers are dropped off at a rest stop before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the point they were dropped off after the completion of the tour.
- If only category information is provided and/or if alternative information for the same destination exists, you can learn about the hotel(s) you will be staying at 48 hours before the trip starts.
- Tour flights are group tickets, so flight times may change. You can confirm current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.
- It is required to confirm the tour flight times without domestic flights. If the guest has purchased a domestic connecting flight from a different product provider independently of the agency, in case the trip is canceled or there is a change of time by the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency. The guest acknowledges in advance the possible material and moral losses due to the cancellation or change of the tour when purchasing the tour. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.
- According to the airline rules; if the outbound flight ticket purchased for round-trip is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
- Guests included in the tour without airfare are required to be ready at the tour starting point on their own and without any delay. Otherwise, they will be responsible for providing all their transfers on their own.
- Guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the notified times in accordance with airline rules, do not check in and complete boarding on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but cannot board the plane, are not held responsible by the tour for situations in which they miss their flights. All costs incurred for obtaining new round-trip flight tickets necessary for the guests who miss their flight and regarding transfers in the destination area etc. will be their responsibility.
- Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities, and the tour is not responsible for items that are forgotten/lost/stolen. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the person, and costs incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the item owner.
- In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., as the integrity and continuity of the group are essential, the guide may not accompany guests individually in these types of adverse situations.
- It is mandatory to provide correct names, birthdates, and passport numbers as stated on the passport when purchasing the tour. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations and changes due to erroneous information will be charged to you.
- In some airlines, meal and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to fees.
- During the tour, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.
- During our tours, the times communicated by our guide to the guests are the times for departure, when the vehicle's wheels begin to roll. Our guide, responsible for ensuring equality for all guests, will not wait during meeting times and will move the vehicle. In case of a possible delay, the late guest will have to make their own way to the next stop.
- Extra tours are organized with the requirement of minimum participation of 20 persons by the local agency we service. If sufficient number is not reached, the excursions may not take place, and extra excursion prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. Moreover, the days and hours of the tours can be changed by the guide according to the status of museums and archaeological sites in the places to be visited, whether they are open or closed, and due to weather conditions. During extra tours, different guides may accompany our guests.
- Extra tours are optional in our classic packages where extra tours are not included. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour accept waiting in a convenient rest stop along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest facility before the extra tour starts and picked up from the location they were dropped off after the tour finishes.
- In programs where extra tours are included, fees for entrance to museums and archaeological sites must be paid at the time of reservation to your agency or to the guide during the tour.
- The participant acknowledges that they will attend the tours scheduled in the tour program and that they will not disrupt the program, and accepts to pay in advance the amounts predetermined in the tour program for local guides, museum and archaeological site entrances, city taxes, and any audio system costs that may arise. The participant has been fully and comprehensively informed about this.
- The relationship between the airline and the passenger essentially falls under the La Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing trip. The tour is obliged to inform you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. A passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient for visa applications.
- Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if their passport issuance date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are going to or their flights may not be carried out by the airline. In such cases, the responsibility rests with the passenger.
- The visa information specified in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding a passport other than the Republic of Turkey should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
- The passport police have the authority to refuse entry into the country. The tour is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility rests with the passenger.
- To avoid problems at the customs with the police when entering the country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew such passports, and if there is a country applying for visas for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility rests with the passenger.
- Guests under the age of 18 may be asked to present a document showing the common consent of their parents when traveling alone or with only one parent at border controls; therefore, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
