What to know
-Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the deadline for cancellation notification is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your travel agency.
-In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is conducted, English guiding may be provided.
-In cases where only category information is given without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip.
-During periods like fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, your agency will provide information 15 days before the tour departure.
-Triple rooms can be provided depending on the availability of hotels, and in these types of rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are made up of fold-out and coach beds, so participants acknowledge that they accept the potential cramped conditions and bed types in the rooms for the 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply to one child that meets the age group staying with 2 adults.
-Breakfasts obtained at the hotel included in the tour program are presented in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally consist of a limited menu known as continental breakfast, which includes butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.
-Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted with a guided narration from inside the vehicle, excluding entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites. These tours last a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, along with other tours indicated in the program, will not be the responsibility of the tour if they cannot be conducted due to local authorities not permitting visits on the scheduled day and time, closed roads due to any events, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot in locations where vehicle access is restricted.
-Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the tours may not take place or the prices, content, and transport used for extra tours may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may change based on the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites to be visited and weather conditions, as determined by the guide.
-Extra tours are optional for participants and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to accept that they will wait at an available rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside restaurant before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
-In cases where only category information is provided and/or alternative information is available for the same destination, you can learn about the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the trip.
-In our promotional and early booking campaigns, cancellations and changes cannot be made by guests.
-Between tours, there is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and it is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays for scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the existing trip and flight. Between tours, it is the responsibility of the agency to inform these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour with the understanding and acceptance that flight details may change, and children aged 0-2 are exempt from airport taxes and service fees.
VISA
-There is no visa application for Turkish Republic citizens. A passport valid for at least 8 months from the end of the travel date is sufficient for visa application.
-Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago; otherwise, they may be denied entry to the destination country and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
-The passport police have the authority to refuse entry to the country. The tour is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
-To avoid issues at the border with customs police regarding torn, worn out, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is advisable to renew such passports and, if traveling to a country that requires a visa for Turkish citizens, ensure that the visa is on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
-Passengers under 18 years old traveling alone or with only one parent are advised to provide a document showing the joint consent of both parents, as customs officials may request this during entry and exit.
