- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets purchased is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline and cannot be used.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for participants in flights are personal responsibilities. Any last-minute delays and gate changes during flights will be announced verbally at airports and displayed on information boards at the location. This information should be followed by the guests personally. Additionally, guests who are not present at the designated airport at the reported times or do not check-in and board on time, or who do so but do not board the plane, are not the responsibility of the tour operator if they are unable to complete their flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area for passengers who miss the flight will be their responsibility.
- The general luggage weight limit for outbound flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. The excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the tour operator.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles (to business or first class) may have upgrade procedures carried out depending on the availability of the airline after the tickets are issued (please check with the airline of which you are a member). A mileage guarantee is not provided for each flight. Please check whether the tickets for the program are from an upgradeable class.
- Check-in time for hotels is at 14:00, and check-out time is at 12:00. Requests regarding the assigned room (High Floor, Non-Smoking Room, Bed Type) will be communicated to the hotel. The bed provided for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are either foldable or referred to as coach beds. Child discounts are applicable only for one ‘single child’ matching the age group staying with 2 adults.
