- It is mandatory to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the end date of the tour purchased during overseas trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Torn or worn-out passports cannot be used for entry.
- In cases where children under the age of 18, who are not considered adults, do not participate in the tour with one or both parents, a consent letter from one or both parents must be obtained. It is mandatory to keep these consent letters with the individuals during the trip.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour departure date. If cancellation occurs between 30-15 days prior to the tour departure date, a penalty will be applied. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the tour, the total tour fee will be subject to a penalty and will not be refunded. The cancellation request submitted by participants along with documents such as hospital reports and workplace permission letters from Turkey will unfortunately not be accepted for cancellations of hotels and services that will be used abroad.
- In order to shop and spend money in all the countries included in the tour, it is sufficient to carry Euros. In areas where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- Our tours implement a rotation system for seat planning on a daily basis, and fixed seats or front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- There is a requirement for a minimum of 3 days of accommodation to be able to bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) from abroad into Turkey.
- The duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad are: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (excluding drinks with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including drinks with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
- During the tour, guides may make changes to the program flow as long as they show each location specified in the program, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification will be made 20 days before the tour departure. Tours that are canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated by the tour operator.
- In cases where hotel information is provided by category without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotels will be communicated by the tour operator 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the indicated kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by the tour operator 15 days before the tour departure.
- Triple rooms may be provided according to hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are usually pull-out or coach beds, tourists with reservations for 3rd persons and/or children acknowledge and accept the potential cramped conditions and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for one child in the applicable age group staying with two adults.
- Breakfasts included in the tour services are generally served as limited menus consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee and are served in a separate hall designated for the group, according to the breakfast culture of the country.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for general promotion of cities and are 2-3 hours long conducted from the vehicle without including museum or ancient site entrances. Tour operators are not responsible for the inability to fulfill these tours if they are not allowed to enter or visit due to local authority regulations, closures due to any events, or due to weather conditions rendering the tours impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not allowed.
- During travel, waiting times at border customs crossed by road may exceed standard times, and the tour operator is not responsible for any negative experiences resulting from these waiting periods.
- Extra tours are arranged by local tour operators with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, tours cannot be conducted or the prices, content, and transportation used for extra tours may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may change at the discretion of the guide based on the open/closed status of museums and ancient sites.
- Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip agree to wait at a suitable rest venue on the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from that point after the tour is completed.
- For participants in air packages, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities that must be completed in advance at the respective airline counters at the airport or online through the airline's website.
- Tour operators are not responsible for guests who are not present at the designated airport at the specified time communicated by the tour operator, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures but do not board the plane. Passengers who miss their flight are responsible for all costs associated with acquiring new round-trip flight tickets and transfers to the destination.
- The tour operator serves as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be risks of delays for scheduled and charter flights, and flight times may change prior to the trip. The tour operator is obligated to inform the passenger of these changes as soon as possible. Passengers acknowledge the risk of flight time changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay for airport taxes and services.
