- For international trips, it is mandatory to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour purchased. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel, and they must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn and worn-out passports.
- In cases where one or both parents are not accompanying children under the age of 18 who are not considered adults, a consent form must be obtained from one or both parents of the child. It is mandatory for participants to carry the necessary consent documents with them during the trip.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour departure date. If the cancellation occurs between 30-15 days before the tour departure date, a penalty is applied. If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the tour departure date, the full tour fee is subject to a penalty and cannot be refunded. The cancellation request submitted by the participant together with hospital reports, work leave documents, and other documents obtained from authorities in Turkey, cannot be accepted for cancellations of hotels and services outside of Turkey.
- To make purchases and expenditures in all countries included in the tour, it is sufficient to have Euro. The guide will assist with currency exchange in regions using the local currency.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the night.
- Our tours apply a rotation (seat change) policy in the seating arrangement daily, and fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum accommodation requirement of 3 days for bringing goods (such as alcohol and cigarettes).
- The duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding drinks containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including drinks containing less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
- During the tour, guides may change the program flow, provided they show all the places listed in the itinerary based on weather and road conditions.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not provided for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated by the tour operator.
- In cases where only category information is given without specifying names on the tour program and/or options for the same destination are available, the hotels will be announced by the tour operator 2 days prior to the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, the tour operator will inform participants 15 days prior to the tour departure.
- Triple rooms are subject to availability in hotels, and in such rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed plus 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are a type of folding bed, participants with 3rd person and/or child reservations accept and acknowledge the potential discomfort and bed type in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child of an age group accompanying 2 adults.
- Included services in the tour program are hotel breakfast, which is generally served as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, in a separate hall assigned for the group according to the breakfast culture of the host country.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general introduction of cities and are made with a guide's narration from inside the vehicle, excluding entry to museums and historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. The tour operator is not responsible for the cancellation of these tours if local authorities do not permit entry or if any roads are closed due to any events, or if the weather conditions make it impossible to carry out the tour. Some tours may also be organized by public transport or on foot in places where road closures or vehicle access restrictions exist.
- During border crossings made by land during travel, waiting times at customs may exceed standards, and the tour operator cannot be held responsible for any negative experiences arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local tour operator with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and transportation used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and hours of the tours may vary according to the opening/closing status of the museums and historical sites to be visited and can be changed by the guide according to weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional for participants and are not mandatory. Participants who do not want to join the organized extra tours must accept that they will be waiting at a rest area available on the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the same location after the tour is completed.
- For participants in tours including flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be performed by the guest in advance at the respective airline counters or online on the airline's website at the airports before the flight.
- Tour operators are not responsible for participants who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced by the tour operator, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but do not board the flight. Those who miss their flight will be responsible for purchasing new round-trip airline tickets and any related transfers at the destination.
- The tour operator acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight delays may occur on scheduled and charter flights, and departure times may change before the trip. The tour operator is obliged to inform passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of schedule changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and fees.
